Zone 2 Compartments

Barely an hour since he had returned, Valad made his declaration. Zone Two, next to the Droid Assembler Factory in Zone Three, would be turned into a residential zone. The conversion was a multi-level prefabricated setup in which would allow rooms of up to ten people. Each compartment had a barracks like setup, kitchen, bathroom and hologram suite for mass communication throughout the ship as well as entertainment.

Hall ways and wide corridors were a normal sight, since droids would be manufactured in Zone Three and still had to get to Zone One in order to board landing crafts. The corridors were outfitted with lighting and loud speakers, so even if people weren't near a hologram suite, they'd still hear announcements.

The prefabrication was cheap, but it didn't cut corners. If they would be attacked or bombarded from the outside, they were practically in the most fortified area of the ring-ship's parameter.

With the help of Riané, Jay and thousands of plastic armored droids, the slave population of over one thousand were able to put together a populace roster. Names, age, species and force sensitivity were jotted down in Datapads and ID cards were dispensed.

Even known criminal history was shared as it was considered essential information.

It turned out every tenth of a thousand of the slaves were force sensitive, prime picks in which Kazarak were probably mindful of. The rich were always looking to get their hands on individuals who could host Jedi powers. Dark Jedi would always want to have their own following, even the Sith. It was good that he raided the Slavery Cooperative, otherwise all of these useful individuals would have been spread across the galaxy.

Force Sensitives were assigned to live together in groups of ten, their compartments were located close to Zone Three, so they could access the modular core section much faster. Orphans were also assigned to live close to the force sensitives, and then there was the general populace.

All of the compartments looked the same. On each floor however there was a cafeteria, stacked on top of one another, stairs which connected each level allowed all to intermingle.

...

One of the conference rooms within the core ship module had been converted into a loft for Valad and his companions. A massive round bed took up the center of the room, big enough for at least six people laying in any direction. It was covered by a heavy blue comforter with silver lining, white sheets and orange-gold satin pillow cases with a silver Imperial embroidered upon it.

Valad was resting in the very center of the bed, with his eyes closed. His hands were rested on his abdomen and his legs were held close together. He was dressed in black skin-tight boxers and a muscle shirt.

In a sense he was meditating, but slowly falling asleep. Any and ever rustle in the room kept him awake however. His eyes slowly opened and he turn his head to the side.

The gaze narrowed upon the Princess who had crawled up beside him and was laying on her stomach. Her head in her hands as she was watching him. "What are you doing?"

"Meditating." Valad stated and pursed his lips slightly, "What are you doing?"

"Watching you Meditate. There's nothing to do here. No shops, no trade. I don't even have any handmaidens at my disposal." Leia stated in return as she was asked a question that with her tone, obviously meant she thought was stupid.

Valad's eye twitched as he reached over and flicked her nose, she quickly retracted herself and rolled a few feet away.

"Oooow..." She was holding her face, not facing him. It was as if he really caused some damage, but he didn't at all. She was trying to make him feel guilty so he'd spoil her. She was actually smiling with her back facing him.

Shaking his head slightly, he'd turn his head in the other direction as he heard a quiet snoring sound. His eyes narrowed upon Riané who was in her leotard, sleeping with a coy expression on her face, as she laid on her side.

Reaching out with the force, he would very slowly drag her limp body over to him and wrap his arms around her waist. Planting her forehead against his chest as he intertwined his legs with her own.

Hearing the rustling of the bed, the Princess blinked a few times and rolled back over to see what was going on. As she saw two people's legs intertwined with one another, her face flushed red slightly. Her heart sunk and it stung. 'Why am I feeling jealous all of a sudden?' She pressed her lips tightly together in thought.

Riané was completely oblivious in her sleep as she burrowed into what she assumed was a warm pillow. Despite it being longer and bigger than her own body, she didn't wake up and just pressed herself against it.

...

Four year old Ashoka Tano had found herself in a compartment of ten people, five of them were young force sensitives including herself, while there was a handful of older teenagers. Her big eyes surfed over the people present.

Some may be asking how Ashoka Tano had found herself in a slaver's den. Well, after the Death of Palpatine the butterfly effect sprung across the galaxy. Events changed and Plo Koon didn't make it in time to the planet of Shili and Ashoka Tano was abducted from her village as a prime force sensitive target.

She was surrounded by people who were just like her, she could feel it. She didn't know if she should be worried or ecstatic.

She had been separated from her parents mere months ago, now she was on board a seemingly well prepared warship. She wasn't stupid, she saw the droids and she saw all the guns and tanks. Only a fraction of the forces on board had been sent down to liberate them.

This wasn't even counting the star fighters.

"A new day, a new adventure..." She muttered to herself as she held her little arms around herself, rubbing her shoulders. Each of them wore the thick warm blankets which had been supplied to them as cloaks. Only their little heads could be seen.

"So what shall we call this house!?" One of the boys asked with his fists in the air, clearly ecstatic about their situation. "I say House Reyo!"

Most of the people simply looked at the boy who was within the teenage camp of the singular compartment. "We're not calling ourselves that," all nine of the others said aloud, of which included the little orange Togruta, Ashoka Tano.

"Then what should we be called?" The one who one could only suppose was named Reyo, spoke.

All of them stared at one another for a few moments before most of the boys shrugged. There were five boys and five girls, three older boys, two younger boys, two older girls and three younger girls.

"How about Clan Aku...?" The youngest Togruta, and only, in the group called out. She had derived the name from the predator from her homeworld of Shili called the Akul. They were large orange quad-legged creatures who lived in their grassy plains.

"That sounds pretty cool..." One of the boys laughed out loud before scratching their chin.

Many of the peers began to pretty much agree with the child's name claim. "Clan Aku it is," The oldest girl spoke with a confident voice. "So what is your name anyway, Little Heart?" The female was referring to the natural 'hair line' of the Togruta.

"My name is Ashoka Tano!" She suddenly beamed from her quiet demeanor, giving out her name loudly and freely. A smile formed over her lips as everyone greeted her.

"My name is Nana, it's a pleasure." The older girl said with a soft giggle before looking over towards the boys and the other girls. Gesturing for them to introduce themselves since they had all been relatively quiet.

"My name's Jocksan Andyos," the oldest boy said with a light laugh as he decided to join in. His name was rather embarrassing as it definitely directly reflected his muscular tone. He was a tan and purple Chistori.

"Kana Notaka," the second oldest girl said with a small smile across her lips. She had black slanted eyes, black hair and lightly tanned skin. Her features were generally small and lean, as she was thirteen years old and about four foot eleven inches in height.

"Luna Noshe," A pale blue and obsidian black Zabrak girl stated, she was around nine years old. She had little horns on the top of her head, she was shaved bald with no trace of hair. All of her hair had been supposedly removed during the slave processing she went through.

"Nomar Salan," the second oldest teen male stated with a wave of his hand, seemingly pretending to be not really interested in this. Out of all of them he seemed to be the most nourished due to his notable heavy weight torso and legs. Though his arms were oddly skinny, not proportionate in distribution of fats.

"I'm Reyo!"

"And I'm Anya."

Two twins seemed to speak in unison, overlapping their introductions. They scrunched up their faces and glared at one another. Spike was a boy, Anya was a girl. They were both clawdites who were force sensitive.

"I'm Ventik Neir," A kid that looked like they were dressed as a Jedi youngling stated with a dull tone, as if they weren't meant to be there. "This is starting to look like a Jedi Initiate Clan." He made a simple observation that most of the other kids seemed to ignore, all except for Ashoka Tano who's eyes almost shined a bit too bright.

'Am I going to be a Jedi?' She thought to herself, day dreaming as the last introductions were shared. Her eyes narrowed though on the last person to speak up.

"My name is Antar Nuruodo," This guy was a Duros, dressed in somewhat fashionable space clothing. It was clear he had been abducted while he was traveling with other people, considering how young he was.
