Crises Almost Over

Two weeks later, Back on Earth, the fighting with the Reapers was coming to a close as the combined forces of the Imperium, Krogan, Turians and the Alliance were pushing the Reapers back on the surface and in space. The Reapers were still hanging on since they were so powerful and the Alliance alone couldn't defeat them by themselves.

The Reaper fleet that was in space was overpowered by the Imperium ships and with the addition of the Alliance fleet, the Reapers would soon be beaten.

The Reapers had a lot of ground presence on Earth along with in space, but with the Imperium help they would soon be beaten.

John was on the surface of Earth destroying Reapers like it was nothing as it was easy for him since he was so powerful but the Alliance soldiers around him, although they were putting up a fight their weapons and armor were not like Imperium armor, so there were more casualties on their side.

The Final Reaper was located in Texas, and it was killed by the Alliance, who had attacked it from both land and air, striking it with bombers while their ground troops bombarded the Reaper.

It didn't take long for the alliance to kill the Reaper at the expense of some soldiers dying to the Reaper.

Within two weeks of fighting for Earth has come nearly to a close, only some Reaper Ground forces still remained that were currently being cleaned up by Alliance forces. The Imperium forces were helping with the cleanup while giving relief efforts to citizens scattered all around the world.

Of the 11.5 Billion Humans that lived on Earth before the Invasion, only 3.5 Billion Humans remain. That would be 8 Billion Humans that died from the Reapers and that's not counting the Humans that died on the Alliance Colonies, so the Deaths were actually higher than what it seems.

The Reaper fleet that was fighting the Imperium and Alliance ships above the planet had retreated since they were taking a lot of casualties, which boosted the morale of the Alliance soldiers since they had never seen the Reapers run, as it usually was the other way around.

While Earth was safe, the rest of the Galaxy wasn't as there were still Reaper forces spread all over the Galaxy. The Systems Alliance was focused on defending Earth, so most of their fleets were patrolling Earth space, and they could only dedicate a small fleet to help the other races.

The battle for Palaven was coming to a halt as the Turian soldiers combined with the Imperium soldiers were too much for the Reapers since the Turians had the tactics and battle prowess while the Imperium basically had everything, being the jack of all trades.

The Reaper forces were pushing hard, but it didn't seem to work until the entire Reaper armada had come into Palaven space along with it was the Citadel, which were being escorted by thousands of Reaper ships.

The Turian fleet that was fighting with the Reaper ships previously had retreated, since the entire Reaper force had descended upon them. Now the Space above Palaven was controlled by the Reapers, and the Reaper ground forces had gotten even stronger since more of them were sent down to the surface.

The Imperium Commander who was in charge of the Imperium forces that were sent to help the Turians knew that he needed to call for help since he could see lots of Reapers descending upon the world, and they had already begin pushing back the frontline.

At Imperium High command the message was received, but they didn't give any orders to assist the Turians since this matter was something that the Emperor would like to informed about.

John, who was in his Capital ship The Redemption, was looking at the Galaxy map since he planned to send fleets to eliminate small portions of the Reaper fleets that were scattered so that he can further bring down the Reaper's attack power.

He was also looking at the report of the progress on the device that his Engineer team was making, which will allow him to spread his power to reach all corners of the Galaxy. Why doesn't he just make the device well because his power requires information on the things that he make such as how it was made and what powers it, that's why he had the engineering team make a device which will amplify his power to spread across the entire the Galaxy.

He was glad to hear that it was done, so he sent somebody to go and collect it from Chasca. Just as he got done giving out the order, he had an emergency call from Imperium High Command.

"Sir, we have a matter of utmost importance that requires your attention" Said the High command officer as he sent the information over

John was quite surprised that the Reapers had gathered that many ships above Palaven and when he saw that they had the Citadel he knew what they were doing and knew that it was bad, so he called Jane to inform her since it was time to gather the fleets from around the Galaxy.
