The End of The Reaper Invasion

John was gathered together with the different leaders of the fleets, along with Jane, who would be leading the charge into battle.

"First I would like to thank you all for coming since this matter is something that will determine the future of the Galaxy" Said Jane

"You made this possible by bringing the races together to fight against a threat to the Galaxy, freeing up our military" Said the Asari Matriarch

"Yes, none of this would have been possible without Shepard" Said the Krogan Leader "But enough of that, let's prepare for this fight with the Reapers since this will determine the fate of the Galaxy"

"Yes, so the plan is to hit them head on since a surprise attack won't be possible and once we are attacking them head on we will send our ground teams on the ground of Palaven to get to a special beam that will teleport any person living or deceased to the Citadel. Once we get control of the citadel, we can use the crucible to destroy the Reapers" said Jane

The Leaders nodded and after some time of talking to each other since this might be the last time they see each other they left back to their fleet.

Jane had gone back to the Normandy and went to the Mass Relay to prepare to jump to Palaven system.

After some time, Admiral Hackett had come aboard the Normandy, greeting Commander Shepard and asking her if she is prepared to bring the Might of the Galaxy down upon the Reapers. Jane was ready to end the Reaper threat once and for all.

Admiral Hackett gave a speech to the fleets to inspire them

"Never before have, so many come together--from all quarters of the galaxy. But never before have we faced an enemy such as this. The Reapers will show us no mercy. We must give them no quarter. They will terrorize our populations. We must stand fast in the face of that terror. They will advance until our last city falls, but we will not fall. We will prevail. Each of us will be defined by our actions in the coming battle. Stand fast. Stand strong. Stand together. Hackett out."

This speech had inspired the fleets to be ready for this coming fight. After delivering the speech, Admiral Hackett went back to his ship to prepare the Alliance fleet to move out.

Jane, who was on the Normandy, had sent the signal to all fleets. After coming out of the Relay jump behind the Normandy appeared thousands upon thousands of ships of different designs, all from the various races of the Galaxy.

Joker had read out all the fleets reporting in which was the Alliance, Asari, Turians, Quarians, Geth, and Imperium fleets had reported in ready for battle.

The Salarians were one of the major races that didn't join the battle. Their Capital had already fallen to Reaper forces

As the fleets got closer to the Reapers, Commander Shepard ordered all fleet to fire. Unlike in the Video Game where barely any Reapers got destroyed from the first volley of shots from the fleets, With the addition of the Imperium ships Hundreds of Reaper ships were destroyed on the first volley.

Thousands upon Thousands of fighters were launched from the Allied fleet to attack the Reaper ships, which also launched fighters at the Allied fleet.

After the first volley, the fighting had officially begun, with the Reapers destroying the Allied fleets ships with ease. The Imperium ships had started getting in front of some ships to protect them from the Reaper's beam, which would literally one shot their ships.

After a few minutes into the battle, John had started his descent to the Surface of the planet, with thousands of transports following him. He had brought the most elite of his soldiers with him to fight the Reapers.

Among these soldiers were Thanos and his children, Ronin, and Starfire. With these people on the ground along with imperium soldiers, the war on the ground will be very short with these powerful people on the ground and with John the ground war will not take too much time to reach the beam.

As the transports entered the atmosphere of the planet, John had landed at the central command base, where the Turian Generals and the Imperium Commander were located. As John got out of the shuttle, the Imperium Commander of the forces on Palaven named Ian had stood up and saluted John.

"At ease Commander. Tell me the situation on Palaven" Said John

"Yes sir. The situation is bad, the Reapers have been pushing us back ever since they brought all of their forces to the planet. Before the Reapers only controlled 30% of the planet but ever since they have pushed us back we only control around 20% now while they control 80% of the planet also they don't hesitate to bombard cities" Said Commander Ian

"The situation is quite bad, but don't worry soon the Imperium army will be here, and we will push the Reapers back to the location of the beam which we have spotted to here" said John as he pointed to a place on the map where they saw the beam from.

"That is the capital city Cipritine which has just recently fallen to reaper control but is now a tuff position to attack since there are 4 Reaper destroyers watching that place along with hundreds of thousands of Reaper ground forces" Said Ian

"Those Reaper ground forces are nothing once the army arrives we will retake the Capital and defeat any Reapers in our way" said Thanos who had just arrived and overheard the conversation

"Yes, Those Reapers will be nothing since I will be going to join the battle as well" Said John

"With you joining as well, those four Reapers don't stand a chance" Said Ian

The Turian Generals who were listening the whole time were confused on how 2 people could take down four Reapers.

After a while the Imperium army had arrived and the push against the Reapers had started once again, though this time it was much easier since the Elite Imperium forces were at the front steam rolling the Reaper ground forces who stood no chance.

In under 2 hours they had pushed the Reaper back to the capital, and they were now facing the 4 Reaper destroyers.

Starfire, Ronin, and Thanos would take one each while John takes one. Thanos's children will continue with the ground troops heading around the Reapers to continue fighting the Reaper ground forces.

Starfire, Ronin, and Thanos had already started fighting their target. John who was standing in front of the destroyer knew that this would be too easy so when the destroyer had shot its beam out he blocked it, absorbing its power in the process, then shot an even greater beam out that completely destroyed the Reaper.

As John finished up, he heard the sounds of explosions and figured it must be the other Reapers getting defeated also.

The Beam to the Citadel was now secured and John was bout to enter it with the device that will allow him to control the Reapers, but while he was fighting the Reaper he had an even greater plan for the device.

At the Beam, he had his soldiers guard the beam while he heads up to the Citadel. Once he entered the Citadel, he had opened the arms of the Citadel, which allowed the Crucible to be deployed and dock at the Citadel.

John then headed to the location where the beam was, and he was greeted by a Hologram of a child

"I am the Catalyst, the one who controls the Reapers......" The Catalyst explained who it was, the history of why the Reapers were created and why they wipe out the Galaxy every 50,000 years.

After explaining the history of the Reapers and the Galaxy, the catalyst offered John 3 choices.

First is to destroy the Reapers, which will kill some more people, but at the cost of the majority surviving.

Second, to control the Reapers, which was said will destroy John's body in the process and give birth to a new form which will be combined with the thoughts and memories of John. John will no longer be organic and turn synthetic.

Third, unite both synthetic and organic life by offering up his body which will create a new DNA with his organic energy which will alter the matrix of all life in the Galaxy.

John already knew the choices and which one he would pick and that was the fourth choice which he will use the device he had created to control the Reapers and instead of altering the matrix of everyone in the Galaxy he will only alter his own matrix which will make him part synthetic.

He had chosen this because the Reapers have memories of many civilizations, which John could use.

John put his power into the device and threw it at the beam, which absorbed it and started to release a wave of energy. Once John was hit by the wave, he could feel the power to control the Reaper and could feel his body changing not on the outside but the inside.

His cells begin to change as his matrix was being combined with synthetics. His eyes started glowing green, and you could see the energy on his face.

The Ships in the space were ordered to retreat away since the Crucible was activated.

The wave of energy was shot out of the Citadel then headed for the Mass Relay, which spread the energy to the entire Galaxy through the Relays.

On every planet that the Reapers were on, they could be seen leaving the planet, causing the people defending the planet to cheer, thinking that they achieved victory.

All over the Galaxy the Reapers were leaving, all converging on once point which was a place that John was gathering all the Reapers.

After the Reaper ships left, the war was finally over. The galaxy was now free of the Reaper threat, and the rebuilding phase was now beginning.
