Chapter 15: The USJ Debrief

Aizawa was carried out by All Might as police rounded up the small fry. All Might waved over one of his buddies.

"Tsukauchi, GOOD to see you, old friend. HAHAHA." All Might's very large smile was reassuring. Tsukauchi gave us a massive sigh.

"Hi, All Might, who is this?"

"Hello, my name is Inari Nataka, my hero name is Kyuubi, Are you All Might's usual police contact?"

"Yes, Ma'am." All Might gave him a thumbs up and a wave to follow him. We followed him to the courtyard where the Nomu was buried up to its neck. The Nomu didn't respond to anything as we stood over to it.

"Cementoss, would you pop some walls up please, I would like to talk to these two in private if that's ok?" All might gave him a big smile with his question. Cementoss just sighed and built walls around us and the Nomu. As soon as the walls were up, All Might deflated down to a much healthier-looking skinny form. Actual muscle and fat were on his body now.

"The testimony from the kids that fought this thing and their interactions with the hand villain named Shigaraki implied that this beast had multiple quirks." All Might gave a serious look at the Nomu void of his usual smile. "Now, Lady Tanaka, I would have preferred to keep you in the dark about this since you are a young hero but because healed me and Young Midoriya, I feel like I can trust you with this secret.

"This beast likely shows that the villain that gave me the wound you healed may still be alive. I will be informing Nezu of this as well. I mostly hope to tell you this because I saw you giving Young Midoriya advice and hoped you could help train him a little. He has a lot of potential and the advice that you gave him has already helped him a lot. I will tell him that I hope that you can be what recovery girl was to me in a healer and someone who keeps me in check, HAHA."

"That is quite reflective of you All Might. I would be happy to do that for Midoriya, but can you tell me why him specifically? And is it all right for your police friend to know?"

"Of course, that is why we put up the walls and are discussing this after telling you about this villain. The proof is in front of you after all. I'm going to tell you a story. The story of One for All, and All for One. Then you can give your brief to Tsukauchi, he has a truth detector quirk which means he can help record your words."

Having heard the story from the show and manga, I had to fake a little bit of surprise but not a lot. I had been researching All for One for a while so when Tsukauchi asked why I wasn't surprised it was easy to pass off as having a doctorate in History and having done extensive research into the beginning of heroes and villains.

We finished up our conversation and lowered the walls. Students had been shuttled away already and teachers were gathering with the principal to debrief with him as well.

"It's good to see that all my teachers are safe. I heard there were some injuries, but everyone looks just peachy." Tiny Rat God gave us a genuine smile.

Aizawa was the first to speak up. "We have our newest teacher to thank for that, her healing abilities mean that I am not being left with major body damage."

"Of Course, Thank you Lady Nataka. You did a wonderful job protecting both the students and other staff.

"The big question we need to ask going forward is how these people are going to remain threats. We captured their teleporter thanks to Young Lady Nataka. All Might defeated the hulking 'Nomu' as it was called but the two other villains that got away were ones we can expect to see again seeing as they had the backing of not one but two warp quirks. We must be very careful going forward."

I spoke up, "They called themselves the League of Villains, honestly kind of a lame name but it makes me incredibly nervous thinking about who we faced today. I feel really guilty about the Evellyn villain. Have you guys ever accidentally made a villain?

"She used my writings in such a twisted way. I just feel dirty and getting advice from the older heroes in the room would be helpful." I felt disgusted. The shock of the whole situation and the life-or-death battle kept me from reflecting on her words but now that it was over and we were debriefing the emotions were hitting me like a ton of bricks.

The room was silent for a moment before Midnight spoke up. "I get how you feel. Most heroes do, sometimes we have people obsessed with being killed by heroes. They are usually suicidal and try to use the hero as a smoking gun. I'm sure that most of us have dealt with someone like that at some point in our careers. They choose a hero that thinks will be hurt by it or that they think deserves the mark on their record.

"Me in particular, I can understand how you feel more intimately and if you need anything Inari, do not be afraid to ask. I have villains that appear about once a year that become villains solely to capture me. Most of my female colleagues except for maybe thirteen would feel the same just because Her sex is usually kept a secret. As someone who needs the villains to be attracted to me in some way for my quirk to work always brings about some unsavory types. I'll introduce you to some of the other ladies I know to get you a few lady mentors and we can talk it through. I'm sure that if you contact Rumi, she may be able to help as well. You mentioned knowing her earlier and she is incredibly good at her job and has dealt with much of the same things I have."

It felt really nice having caring colleagues when my parents weren't around. Nemuri patted my back reassuringly. We finished up the briefs with property damage reports. Thirteen went over the damages to her facility in detail which thankfully could mostly be repaired by Cementoss, but the electrical equipment would need to be repaired professionally.

Recovery Girl pulled me aside after the briefing to request that when I wasn't with 1-A, to come mentor under her. All Might had talked to her about me being on Midoriya's side and since I agreed she felt that I needed proper medical training. She mentioned that if I mentored under her, that I could have a medical quirk permit by the third year which would technically mean I 'graduated' from a program at UA.

Now I just needed to call my parents. Man, they are going to freak out.

I was right, they freaked out. But they supported me and helped calm my nerves which is exactly what I needed.
