I just layed there the whole night, Looking at the celing. I heard my parents go out of the house. I knew that i couldn't do anything to save them. Even if the events played out differently, in every scenario the probability of their survival was 0.

I spoke to him without moving my eyes from the ceiling.

" That's why you gave me this quest on such a short time notice. "

" Then why? Why did you tell me of their demise when you knew i wouldn't be able to do anything to help them? " I asked not because i was angry at him but for wanting to know his motivations for telling me.

In this state of calm i didn't dwell or mope. While yes i was sad even extremely so, i was quickly turning that emotion into determination to hunt these bastards down.

I ignored his comment and focused on the information instead, The skills that came from a higher being, so he wasn't the higher being that gave me these skills after all. Hmm curious-curious lets do a test.

While my simple test of lying and getting more information worked, i had some ideas of where all my skills came from , And he probably did too.

I was satisfied with the information i had gotten from him but one last key piece of information remained that i wanted to ask.

" Hey, is it possible in this world to revive the dead, and not cause the universe to break? " I knew that it was not a good decision knowing my parents morals but i didn't care. I wanted my parents back and i will get them back one way or the other.

After the conversation i still laid there without moving a muscle and deviced a new plan in accordance with the new information.

' Who the fuck says have fun to a kid who just lost their parents huh!? ' As i said that l, i closed my eyes for a couple of seconds.

I then sat up on the side of the bed and opened my eyes. I had a plan, I had an objective and i had some fuckers to kill.

It was probably close to 5 A.M right now.

As i couldn't fall asleep anymore, so i got off the bed and stated doing push-ups first.

I was able to do 2 sets of 10s for both sit-ups and push-ups. As the skills adaptability and calm mind were still going due to my emotions still not calming down, I was able to fully the potential of every single muscle in my body while exercising.

my body was dead tired both physically and mentally so i climbed into my bed and laid down while calling out to the system.

Some of the things i noticed far quickly than others, I had two items in my now new inventory tab.

My " Bastardized Omniscience " was locked.

And Tomorrow i had to find a way to slip past ben and may to go for a run.

Before i opened any of the things in my inventory, i had to make sure they don't just fall out. As it would be hard to hide it depending on what came out.

I picked up empty bottle of water and thought of sending it to Inventory and it vanished from my hand. As i looked back at the screen it now showed another icon of a water bottle besides a brown pack and a golden ticket.

As i thought of bringing out the bottle, It landed right in my hand.

' Hm, I wonder if i could..'

As i experimented with the inventory i came to a conclusion that it being a pocket dimension as i had hypothesized would be able to store any and everything but i was wrong. It could only store non living materials upto 50 items and the item had to be in physical contact with me to be stored. I could quick equip my clothes and stack similar items upto 99 but unique items took their own slot as a whole.

Now I knew that whatever came out of the ticket and pack would stay in my inventory so i started to open them.

' Money is always useful, I can order some chemicals and get some equipment to test out my Crafting skill. ' I thought as i look towards the now again two mystery items.

' Pisonic? does that mean a telepathic name. That's ingenious! , I wonder if i can replicate this using my Crafting skill. ' I slowly started to fall asleep but as soon as i relaxed the skills became deactivated and i started to feel guilt, sadness and anger all at once.

And the skills activated again. I sigh knowing full well i wouldn't be able to sleep now so i just grabbed the book mom was reading me and continued from where we left of.
