Peter Reborn
Peter soars through the open blue as he makes his way to the battle between his old villians and the Avenger, X-Men and Fantastic 4.
But as he gets closer to the battle he begins to think why he is doing this, why is he going to help them, he starts to slow down from mach three to mach two, mach one and finally to a complete stop just on the side of the Empire State Building.
Peter Parker: What am I doing? I thought I didn't hold care more for them all, but instead, I see myself rushing to their rescue.
As he hovers beside the building he turns to the building and looks at his reflection and just stares right at himself, he looks himself up and down as he sees what he is now and remembers what he has done already as a Tenno.
Peter Parker(Thoughts) : I have reached power I thought wasn't possible without my cosmic suit and Uni Force, I have killed three thugs mercilessly and without hesitation, I would not have done that at all before and I even fought She-Hulk one of the former women I loved....and I won amazingly.
His head stooped moving and now he just looked at himself internally and tried to figure out who he was now, what was his goal, and what did he want?
A storm started to brew above New York as it shut out most of the sun coupled with rain, people started to either pull out umbrellas or start rushing inside to escape this freak storm, lightning could be seen in the storm as bursts of light are seen inside the cloud.
He lowered his head as his body seemed to droop almost like he has let go of his body, drops of water streamed down his suit as well as the glow on his wings started to visibly dim from the usual vibrant green to a more dirty dark green, but he quickly shook his head side to side as he straighted his body and the speed and colour of his wings returned.
Peter Parker: No. I won't let myself falter now as I know what I want and why I want to be a true fighter for what is right and no matter what it takes, my goal? My goal is to create a better Earth; a better planet all around so that every neighbourhood is friendly.
He pauses and takes a deep death and closes his eyes as his current warframe disappears with him now sticking on the building with his hands, his eyes now revealed to be filled with determination and a will that was broken into pieces but now has been reforged to be unbreakable.
Peter Parker: I am no longer Spider-man, no longer Peters Parker I am now-
Peter pushes himself off the building and does a back flip as the scene seems to slow down as the rain slows stops in place and a lightning bolt seems to fall right beside Peter's airborne body, Peter's eyes open at a normal speed this was a complete opposite compared to the speed of the surroundings.
Peter Parker: Tenno!
Everything seemed to start to speed up as Peter finished his flip and transformed back into Titania, his wings seemed to unfold to full mast and then snap down causing Peter to fly up with him only a small distance between the skyscraper, he broke the sound barrier immediately breaking windows around him and as he rises up the building he brought up windows with him as he passed until he reached the top and rocketed into the storm at mach three, this destroyed the cloud as Peter left a huge hole in the cloud allowing the sun to break through the cloud.
Peter detransformed high up in the sky and then suddenly teleported higher and higher then let himself fall but caught himself by transforming back and now he just hovered in one place.
Tenno: Now let's go stop some bad guys who thought they could attack this City.
He shot towards his original location to not help the 'heroes' but to help the civilians that are stuck in between.

Sorry for not updating but I wanted to somehow look into what you were saying and make the best chapter solely for Peter and his character.
It's short because I didn't feel right to add anything else to a chapter solely for Peter and his development.
