Chapter Eleven

A few days has passed since the announcement of the festival. And the school was buzzing with business and excitement . although there was a little less than a month left. Katsumi was busy training since all her classmates were busy with practice. The class decided to hold a concert and was extremely busy. If katsumi could participate ,she would've been on the music part of it , singing most likely .mostly because she was part of a singing group in her old school. But she'd had to stick with training .she concentrated hard on her quirk. She trained to get a grip on every

quirk she had . But it was kinda hard to juggle them all at the same time . She groaned as she missed the training dummy and decided to have a break .she went to her bag and took out her water bottle .taking big gulps. The last few days she rarely saw any of her classmates except for when they were in class. So the last time she had conversation with any of them felt like forever ago.She stretched a bit before going back to training.

Time skip~

Katsumi walked back to the dorms with her bag slung on her shoulder. It was turning dark now.she had trained all day long and felt the hunger hit her,she also didn't eat anything the entire day .not even breakfast,since everyone was gone and she wasn't in the mood to eat alone.she exhaled as she walked in to the dorms. She was exhausted. The dorm was empty ,everyone was probably still practicing . She headed to the girls bathroom ,and decided to shower.since she was covered in sweat .it was a quick one ,since her stomach was begging her to eat .she stepped out and put on new clothes that came from her bag .which she started to pack to save time.she took her clothes to the laundry room to be washed before heading to the kitchen.She checked in the fridge and decided to make a sandwich .with her hair still wet , she sat down at the tables and ate .she looked at the clock on the wall ,it was late .but her class mates always came late .she stood up and washed her dishes.she got her clothes and put them in the dryer. Her last few days were spent like this ,alone. While she did miss her classmates chatter ,she also missed her family's chatter. She stood against the wall waiting for her clothes,her thoughts plaguing her mind. She heard the doors open and the chatter of her classmates.She headed towards them , excited to see them. She walked in the room and saw them all sat down at the tables, waiting for the other students to make food.she saw everyone except bakugo and knew it was his turn.She smiled at them but they haven't seen her yet."hey " she said catching their attention. Mina jumped up and yelled "katsumi !!!" She ingulved her in a bear hug .katsumi hugged back before letting go ."come sit with me !!!" Mina said ."oh um i'll be right back " katdumi said and went to go check on her clothes .she pulled out of the dryer and took them to her room .on her way down she saw bakugo in the kitchen and decided to head over.he was busy at the stove."hey" she said smiling.he looked over at her before turning back to the food."what do you want?" He asked with little to no anger in his voice."just wanted to say hey " she said before walking past him .As she walked to the other room she heard him 'tch'. Katsumi walked over to mina and sat down next to her. Taking kirishima's usual seat Which was next yo bakugo ,while kirishima took hers. She wasn't hungry since she already ate but she wanted to spend time with them."sorry kirishima " she said scratching the back of her neck ."hey , don't sweat it " he said grinning at her. The class talked waiting for bakugo to Finish making dinner .it felt like minutes but it was probably hours before Bakugo called them over.everyone stood up except katsumi to go get a plate .Katsumi was lost in thought when she was snapped out of it by bakugo who sat down next to her . "Why aren't you getting food ?" He said with his normal angry voice. "Oh um i already ate" she said. "What did you eat ?" He asked serously. "A sandwich " she sweatdropped. "Is that all you ate today ?" He asked with a raised brow." Yeah" she said nervous . "Go get more food " he said closing his eyes , turning away from her."but i'm full" she said still nervous.he turned to her with a very serious face ."fine ,but next time i hear that's all you ate ,i will drag you to the kitchen and force feed you " he said " ok ?" He added at the end. "Ok " she smiled at him ."good" he said before turning back to eating. By the time they were done everyone was back and was staring at them. "That's so manly bakubro " kirishima said with a tear in his eye."Shut up shitty hair " bakugo said with a growl but otherwise calm. "Aw, has bakugo gone soft because of his soulmate~?" Denki said while puffing up his cheeks. Bakugo stood up with his hands popping sparks. "Wanna say that again ?" Bakugo said with menace in his voice. " No ,i'm alright " said Denki hiding behind his soulmate. "And he's back" said kirishima. Katsumi tried to keep in her laughter but ended up bursting into fits of laughter. Her laugh made so many different sounds while she slapped her hands together ,trying to calm down. Bakugo looked at her face with a smile before bursted into his own laughter as well. It wasn't scary or evil,he genuinely sounded happy. He wiped a tear from his eye "aha - you sound - like a horse - uha " he said between laughs. " I know " Katsumi said before bursting into laughter again ,making Bakugo laugh even harder. While 1-A sat frozen in shock ,for no one has seen their classmate bakugo laugh like that,not even his friends.When they were done ,katsumi wiped a tear from her eye. " Ah - I haven't laughed like that since I last saw my best friend" she said calming down." Bakugo hasn't laughed like that in his entire life " said Sero from his seat. Bakugo didn't say anything and just took another bite of food. Katsumi took one look at his food and went to get her own serving. When she came back with hers in hand and sat down. Bakugo gave her a 'told you so' look." I had room for some more " she said before taking a bite. Her eyes lit up and she began to fill her mouth with food. Bakugo didn't look surprised and put hot sauce on his. "Hey ,I wanna try some" she said after gulping down her food. Bakugo gave it to her with a look that said she couldn't handle it.She began pouring some drops on. "Katsumi ,are you sure you can handle it?" Ashido said with a worried look. She didn't say anything and took a bite. Everyone waited for her to scream for water but when she took a second bite Denki nearly fainted."This is really good" she said pointing to her plate of food. " Duh ,I made it " bakugo said. "Of course ,sorry your majesty" she mocked before taking another bite "what did you say ?" He asked with his normal annoyed voice."just take the Compliment" katsumi said rolling her eyes and continued to eat. Bakugo gave her a look but didn't say anything. After that the class went back to normal before everyone cleaned up and went to bed.
