Chapter 6: Morning Bliss

Ava's pov

I woke up in his arms, my body still wrapped in his embrace. I felt a flutter in my chest as I gazed up at him, his eyes soft and gentle in the morning light. His warm breath caressed my skin as he whispered, "Good morning, beautiful !" I smiled, feeling a blush rise to my cheeks. My heart raced as I realized I was still naked in his arms, but I didn't feel vulnerable or exposed.

Instead, I felt safe, protected, and cherished.

"Good morning," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. His eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled, and he tightened his hold on me. "I don't want to let you go," he whispered, his voice filled with emotion. My heart skipped a beat as I realized I felt the same way. "You don't have to," I replied, my voice filled with conviction. In that moment, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be - in his arms, in his heart, and in his life.

Viktor's pov

Just as I was savoring the moment with Ava, my phone rang. I groaned, not wanting to be interrupted. But when I saw the caller ID, my heart sank. It was Ava's father. I knew this call wasn't going to be good.

"Viktor, it's time to return my daughter," he growled, his voice firm but laced with a hint of desperation.

I smiled, my grip on Ava tightening. "I'm afraid that's not possible," I replied, my voice firm.

"What do you mean?" he snapped. "Ava is my daughter, and I won't let you keep her from me!"

"Ava is a grown woman, and she's made her choice," I said, my voice unwavering. "She's with me now, and I won't let her go."

There was a pause on the other end of the line, and for a moment, I thought l'd lost the connection. But then her father spoke again, his voice cold and menacing. "You're making a big mistake, Viktor. I'll do whatever it takes to get my daughter back."

I smiled, my heart beating faster with excitement. "I'm shaking in my boots," I replied, my voice dripping with sarcasm. "But I think you'll find that Ava is exactly where she wants be".

With that, I hung up the phone, my eyes locking on Ava's. She was watching me with a mixture of concern and curiosity. "Everything okay?" she asked, her voice soft.

I smiled, pulling her close. "Everything's perfect," I replied, my lips brushing against her ear.

"You're with me now, and that's all that matters".

Ava's eyes searched mine, as if looking for any sign of doubt or uncertainty. But I knew that I had made the right decision. I was willing to face her father's wrath and anything else that came our way, as long as I had Ava by my side.

"Viktor, what did my father want?" she asked, her voice laced with a hint of worry.

I hesitated, not wanting to spoil the moment. But I knew that I had to be honest with her. "He wants you back," I replied, my voice firm.

Ava's eyes narrowed, her jaw setting in determination. "I'm not going anywhere," she said, her voice firm. "I'm with you now, and that's where I want to stay."

My heart swelled with pride and love for this strong, beautiful woman. I knew that we would face challenges ahead, but I was ready for them, as long as we were together.

"I love you, Ava," I whispered, my lips brushing against her ear.

"I love you too, Viktor," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

And in that moment, I knew that nothing else mattered. We were together, and that was all that counted.

Ava's pov

As Viktor's words echoed in my ear, I felt a flutter in my chest. "I love you, Ava." It was like music to my ears, but a part of me couldn't help but wonder... was it too soon? We'd only just given in to our desires, and now he was proclaiming his love for me? I wanted to believe it, I really did. But l'd been hurt before, and I couldn't help but guard my heart.

I looked into his eyes, searching for any sign of insincerity. But all I saw was genuine affection and adoration. He really believed what he was saying, I could tell. But did he truly love me, or was he just caught up in the passion of the moment?

I pushed my doubts aside and focused on the way he made me feel. He was kind, protective, and passionate. He made me feel seen and heard in a way no one ever had before. Maybe, just maybe, his love was real.

"I love you too, Viktor," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. I hoped that I wasn't making a mistake, that I wasn't falling too fast. But as I looked into his eyes, I knew that I was willing to take that risk. As we layed there, wrapped in each other's arms, I felt like I was melting into his embrace. It was like the whole world had come to a standstill, and all that mattered was us. I felt his heart beating against mine, his warmth seeping into my skin, and his love enveloping me like a blanket.

But as we pulled back to gaze into each other's eyes, I saw a flicker of uncertainty in his expression. It was fleeting, but it was there. And in that moment, I knew that he was struggling with the same doubts as me.

'Viktor, what's wrong?' I asked, my voice soft.

He hesitated, his eyes searching mine. "I just... I don't want to scare you away," he admitted, his voice low. "I know it's fast, but I can't help how I feel. I love you, Ava"

My heart skipped a beat at his words. It was like he was reading my mind, addressing my deepest fears. I took a deep breath and reached up to touch his face.

"I'm not scared,"I lied, trying to sound convincing. "I feel it too, Viktor. This connection between us... it's like nothing l've ever experienced before." I didn't lie about that

Viktor's pov

As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, I knew that I wanted to spend every moment with her. I wanted to feel her skin against mine, her warmth, her love.

"Hey, how about we take a shower together?" | asked, my voice filled with suggestion.

Ava's eyes sparkled with excitement as she nodded. "That sounds amazing," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

We walked into the bathroom, hand in hand, and turned on the water. As the warm spray enveloped us, we wrapped our arms around each other, our lips meeting in a passionate kiss.

The water cascaded down our bodies, washing away our doubts and fears, leaving only our love behind. We stood there, lost in each other's embrace, the world outside fading away.

As we showered, our hands explored each other's bodies, our fingers tracing the curves and contours of our love. It was like we were rediscovering each other, our passion and desire reigniting with every touch. I couldn't help but squeeze her butt making her moan, l'd love to hear that sound more but l know she's in pain. Besides we have time finally, we emerged from the shower, our skin glowing with warmth, our hearts full of love. We wrapped ourselves in towels and gazed into each other's eyes, our smiles reflecting our happiness.

And then, I knew that I wanted to make her breakfast, to nourish her body and soul, to show her just how much she meant to me.

I lead Ava to the closet to get dressed afterwards heading into the kitchen, Ava by my side, and started rummaging through the fridge. I pulled out some eggs, bacon, and cheese, and got to work on making her favorite breakfast dish - a fluffy omelette with crispy bacon and melted cheese.

As the kitchen filled with the savory scent of cooking bacon, Ava's stomach growled in anticipation. I chuckled, feeling a sense of pride and happiness. I loved taking care of her, loved making her happy in even the smallest ways.

When the omelette was done, I slid it onto a plate and presented it to her with a flourish.

"Voila!"I said, my eyes shining with pride.

Ava's eyes widened as she took her first bite, and a look of pure delight crossed her face.

"Mmm, this is amazing," she moaned, her eyes closed in rapture.

I grinned, feeling my heart swell with love and happiness. This was what it meant to be in love - to want to make someone happy, to want to take care of them, to want to be with them forever.
