This could have been a great read plot wise speaking but the translation quality was subpar. tbh the plot is also kinda uneven at some places but one can still give it a shot. The best thing about the book that is has closure. cant't say the same about a lot of books I have come to cherish on this platform
Worldbuilding was pretty weak. It really only involves two nations. It’s fine but with a war between two countries you would think other nations would be involved. It’s a weak nitpick but the world does feel a little stale like that. A lot of schemes don’t pay off well. Like too much stuff happens that doesn’t pay off in a meaningful way because the real plan was something else entirely. And a lot of stuff gets hyped up like the abyss sword but it goes nowhere. I don’t think the dragon sword gets reforged either. Ending was super rushed. All in all the world feels empty, and the story is confusing and unsatisfying.
Well I finished the whole novel and will suggest that if you want to read a unsatisfactory novel you may try . I started that's why I finished, otherwise I want to give negative rating if it was possible . mc is a moron. another dact that you eill find that mc cultivation level is increasing pretty fast but that all .He didn't level rest of the chapters at all . The ending was not like ending at all .It was like author just dropped the story suddenly. There are also many facts that remain a mystery because of the sudden ending .
The character design of all characters in this novel is hinged on disguising as another character no one appears as themselves, the writing tries to imply it in a comedic tone but most of it is just cringe. Unnecessary delays in the plot while repeating stupid details incessantly. Author tries building suspense but its like the attempt of a little child who has just been introduced to what suspense is. no potential for garnering long standing readership.
MC Jumps about 6 realms of cultivation in 40 Chapters, and then no significant improvement for the next 200 Chapters. Even when MC is considered one of the Peak Experts, he cant even defeat those 2 to 3 realm below him. if that was not all, he even lets his enemies go and always tries to talk things out.
