The novel is barely readable. The mc is pretty low-key, but is pretty dull and isn’t the smartest for a transmigrator. Translation is inconsistent. There are some terms switched around. For example, on the mc’s proficiency panel his rank for his skill keeps changing from entry to beginner to novice. There's a lot of that happening with other words. Also, it’s kinda dumb that the mc doesn’t use the pills he concocts to help raise his realm but uses spirit stones instead. There’s no explanation why he doesn’t do that, which seems kind of stupid. Instead, it’s explained that cultivators use spirit stones to cultivate, which makes sense, but what’s the point of pills then? It’s just a plot hole that’s so obvious that it’s annoying.

was good for the first 60 chapters but after that it became pretty much horrible to read. Not mtl, but you could tell that it's borderline mtl.

Dont even bother buying chapters. The chapters are so split up to the point where 168 chapters are split into 501 chapters. Pretty much a scam and not worth it.

It's a pretty good read. Far better than most trial novels that get picked up. Although pretty generic with nothing new, it offers pretty decent quality. My only nitpick is that webnovel started to split 1 chapter into 3 mini chapters and then they increased it to 5-7 mini chapters. The best thing to do is to not use your coins to unlock chapters cause you're just getting scammed when 5-7 chapters are really just 1 chapter.

There's nothing really new or interesting about this novel. If I were to sum this novel up in 1 word then it would be boring. There are a lot of timeskip so nothing feels meaningful. Like, what's the point of the mc going out to explore if he can just afk for a time skip and power up? The mc in this novel never encounters anything life-threatening in 200 chapters. What's more, he has a protagonist-like Dao companion who is as op as the mc. Also, the system always conveniently gives the mc the perfect mission at the right time. He learns all these skills but the author never really gets into it. Don't expect a low-key mc but he doesn't go around faceslapping everyone. There's pretty much no plot at all. The only closest thing we've gotten to a plot was the beast tide that happens every 200 years but suddenly got shortened to 100 years for no reason. Pretty much everything is just filler to the mc becoming stronger. If there was a plot it'd be mc goes into seclusion --> powers up and uses all the resources --> goes to trade or "explore" for resources --> mob villain greeds for mc's resources and dies --> mob villain conveniently has what the mc needs --> mc goes back into seclusion --> repeat. That's pretty much a vague summary of every arc. Also the mc and characters in the novel are pretty boring. There's nothing unique or interesting about them. There's just no character development in over 200 chapters. Overall, this novel is painful to read but if you have nothing to read then it's bearable. Just don't get your hopes up for any exciting fights or satisfying power-ups.

It's a popcorn read. Not good but not bad. Pretty good for passing time but don't take it seriously. It may get tiring though because most of the time you're just reading a bunch of info dump every chapter. It's pretty much about the loot the mc obtained or info about characters that the mc obtains. I'm at chapter 411 and I already feel burnt out. If the author were to exclude the info dumps then the novel would have less than 100 chapters.

Very mid-novel. It's not bad but it's not good either. It's just another mc who got an OP cheat and becomes very powerful easily. Almost everything is handed to the mc without him barely working to get it. Every side character seem so trash compared to the mc and is barely worthy of being remembered because once the mc upgrades his realm and surpasses the region then he just goes to a stronger region. Leaving behind those useless side characters.

It doesn't deserve all the hype that it's getting. The writing quality is subpar, and every chapter has spelling and grammar mistakes. Webnovel's 4.6/5 rating converted into an actual good rating is 3/5. Characters are pretty shallow. We don't know the MC's goal or motivation for staying alive or getting stronger. There's nothing that defines the MC's personality. We're told that the MC got bullied throughout his school years and is an orphan but we don't see any effect of that. The MC doesn't develop any traits that we'd expect someone like the MC to develop. Instead, he just seems like a normal guy, which pretty much makes his background story useless. What also annoys me is that some sentence structures do not flow well and sometimes I would have to reread. For example, in chapter 46, "Although Quinn wasn't strong enough to help now, in the future he would repay back this kindness. Now with Momo's soul weapon, the confidence in him grew." These two sentences were confusing. The author doesn't need "repay back", he only needs "repay" because "repay back" is counterintuitive. As for the second sentence, I thought that Quinn got ahold of Momo's soul weapon. The second sentence is just written horribly. I'm not trying to hate on the author but when I'm reading a novel that I'm enjoying and I read through constant mistakes like those, it makes me sad. The only interesting part about the novel that's keeping me hooked up on is the vampire system. This is one of the vampire novels where there isn't anything R18, which I much prefer. Otherwise, I don't have anything to nitpick. Overall, I'd give this novel a 3/5 maybe even lower. If the grammar and spelling are fixed then I would rate this a good 3.7/5. If the author goes back and rewrites some sentences then this book can be a good 4/5. Hopefully, the author improves their writing because I'm at chapter 48 and still have a long way to go.

because no one is "donating". Energy stones don't do anything. As long as there are enough people "donating" then webnovel will pick it up but sadly this one, no one is donating enough.

oh no, here comes another one again. this author loves abandoning his other novels to start a new one. Why would you write a novel that has over 1000+ chapters and then decide to start writing a new one?

Don't read this novel if you're looking for something unique or interesting. This novel is just to pass time. It's a wish-fulfillment novel with a little twist. The author doesn't go hard on your usual irritation tropes. ie, young master trope, everyone is evil except the mc trope. You name it. The mc has a system to collect corpses and he gets rewarded for collecting corpses. The higher cultivation of the corpse the better the reward, and vice versa. The mc pretty much goes through all the realms and reaches 9th realm in less than 60 sum chapters. The cultivation in this novel doesn't mean much. There's nothing unique with cultivation. As long as your realm is higher then that's all it matters. The author loves to make up names for the cultivation realms. In chapter 73, we're already introduced to about 14-17 realms. The world-building and pacing are horrible. As I said, the mc has no bottlenecks and just power through cultivation like it's nothing. The mc doesn't even cultivate, the author will make the mc breakthrough into the next realm when it's convenient for the plot. As for world-building, we're introduced to the Divine Transformation realm cultivators are the powerhouse for the current area the mc is at. Suddenly, we meet people who are Heavenly realm and they are considered ants in the actual cultivation world. The funniest thing is that the Heavenly realm is the 9th realm. The power system is just all over the place. We're not even introduced to a basic explanation of the world powers by the author. How do cultivators get power? Where do they get the power from? And how does the power influence them? Instead, the author expects anyone who reads this novel to already know the basics of any xuanhuan novel. Overall, don't take this novel seriously. It's just a wish-fulfillment novel with a little twist of the mc's golden finger. The best way to read this novel is to just skim. Enjoyment Score: 6/10 or 3/5!

I've only read 5 chapters and I already decided it was not for me. I read a lot of other reviews stating that the writing is good and there are no flaws. Some say that the writing is the worst part of the novel and I agree with that. It's horrendous, I could not go on 1 chapter without reading a sentence that has "you know" in it. It ruins the immersion and just kind of breaks the story for me. Also, the first 5 chapters are legit just exposition dumps and it ruins the world-building because who the hell is going to remember all that information? Overall, what threw me off is the horrendous writing. I heard the story is pretty good but I can't read a good story if the writing is so bad.

I like how well done the author has done to brainwash most people into thinking the mc's actions are not wrong. The mc is a dick and sociopath. Killing anything for power, even if it's a little boost. And I don't mind that. What I mind is how he developed into that kind of personality. It was poorly done and felt so fake, or forced. The fact that the author tried to add in romance was so funny. I mean, I can feel the author's desperation. It's unrealistic to add in romance at this point after trying to justify the mc's actions and such. Overall, this novel had potential, but was ruined by the author's lazy writing. I don't mind that the mc is a psychopath and goes around killing people, but at least show how it leads to him becoming one.
