If you love both supernatural and sexy settings in a dense city, you're so going to love this book. There's only 4 chapters for now, but the characters are already really interesting! They're fun to read, and all the lore surrounding them is smartly exploited to include aspects of legends into a modern-day setting. There's also the fact that we're directly thrown into the characters's daily lives, as horrible or messy they can be. The character's dialogues and interactions are my favorite parts for now, along with the small elements of backstory you keep on adding; giving more substance to your characters. KEEP IT UP!

Bruh you can clearly tell this is a supernatural story at the first chapter. The sentences are quite decent, it flows smoothly as you read. Shindekudasai, please RIP. I find that phrase familiar somehow, an apprentice grim reaper who raps might've said that in a song. Who knows? keke Waiting for more...

After reading the pilot chapter, I can already tell that this is a very character-driven story. And let me tell you: the characters are WILD. And I love it! Worth a read? Big yes!

Yokai romance! aint that something? I've never stumbled upon similar stuff in WN, so this caught my interest! The writing is great, and the pacing is nice as well, alongside many jokes that cracked me up, good read!

I love the story. It has a unique plot and love the history and Japanese yokais. Its well written and Math definitely knows what she's talking about. Don't stop writing! :)

Usually books like these are not my genre, I am not a huge fan of modern types of fantasy, but this book is really good so far. Though it has a lot of foul language it uses it almost perfectly and some defines some characters. I really love the atmosphere the book gives and I love the description, though there are only 6 chapters characters are fleshed out already. I can't wait to see how this book will progress and I will definitely re visit this book when there are more chapters. Keep up the good work author.

The story is really great! It was really immersive both in comedy and the actual plot of the novel. The characters are well-written and have their own voices echoing inside my head! And the author placed a lot of effort describing the ghosts/sprits of those yokais and whatnot! The only thing that I could comment on are the passive voice misuse (were gathering, we're swaying). You could change these and make them in an active verb (gathered, swayed) to improve the lines written in the chapters. You should also explained what happened about the COVID-19. Although this is happening during 2019-2021, if people around 2030 read this book, they would have no idea about covid (unless they learned about it from their schools). Explaining those little details would allow readers to know the pandemic limiting the MC's abilities during their work. Kudos for the author!
