Jack entry

It was a normal Sunday people were recruiting in TX company where one more person entry came, he was an intelligent brilliant strategiser in his plans were a lot innovative and all the employees of that company were hoping that this man will surely bring out something new in the company it can be either his strategies or his innovative plans for the company. Sherleen looked into his profile and qualification, achievements details she got impressed by seeing that he worked in almost 100 multi national companies, and due to keep a brain active and work properly it's his attitude of changing the companies for better experience. Jack knocked the door "May I come in mam" Sherleen said yes please. Jack asked him you might have been gone through my resume mam? Sherleen said yes and a quite impressed seeing your achievements and skills still you working as an employee but not starting your own company being so capable? He smiled and said mam i want to learn a lot new things still life teaches you a lot lesson and to grab a higher position as a manager will limit my skills and the position will make me proud and by this my learning capacity will decrease which I don't want so the reason of still continuing as an employee. Position and titles always make people rude and arrogant which limit his/ her skills. And i want to learn even from a small child or a poor man outside I am a good listener and learner too. Wow bravo your resume dosen't say anything lie you really are who you described in your resume and I am impressed. Saying this she congratulate Jack and told him that the company is lucky to have you Mr Jack, looking forward a lot new things from you. Jack grinned and left the cabin saying thank you. Jack was placed in the marketing department as he was good in making strategies.
