A doubt

Today Sherleen called the meeting for the discussion of the big assignment which was sponsored by the other company, Every company was working for that project and Tx company too, Sherleen was a lot nervous while dealing with this new project she wanted the plans to be very innovative and unique from others, no one plans were much attractive but then jack told everybody his point of view which was quite different and none of them thought those plans before it was something out of the box, which made everyone shocked and at the same time with lots of questions to be asked to. Everyone claimed that the chance to be get successful in this project is once and it's necessary that this plan should be successful otherwise our impression will go down and the company may suffer the loss. Sherleen was agreed to with her employees point of view but she said there is no great success in life can be achieved until you won't take the risk it's important to be a risk bearer. So all agreed to Jack's strategy and went to their work. Sherleen called Jack in her cabin for further discussion. After their meeting ended Sherleen told jack to continue with his work. Jack was quite puzzled and had a lot thoughts in his mind but was little afraid to ask to Sherleen as she was his manager the owner of the company and to ask her about her personal life wouldn't be nice in professional life. But then a thought strike in Jack's mind and he took out the guts to ask her that is she happy with her life! Because it doesn't seems like. Hearing this Sherleen said excuse me? with a question mark gesture. Jack said I apologize to you what I said but i really don't think so that you are happy with you life, I should have not been to personal to ask you this question, and it's not mandatory to you to answer my question but I am not asking this question as being too personal with you but as an employee I am asking this question to my manager, because for a manager its very important to be happy with life she sets the good example for others and if she will be unhappy with her life it will create a bad and adverse impression on the company and this can also affect the company's growth. Sherleen was quite and said nothing, after Jack completed his sentence he apologized again if he said too much or hurt her feelings, Sherleen was upset and went back the flashback remembering Garry she was upset and sad and went back to home to write up the diary, her best companion. She wrote her feelings in that diary of what happened today she mentioned Jack for the first time she also wrote that it wasn't easy for her to digest what he said, diary is between us Garry but still someone third came in our life, after thinking a lot I agreed what he said to me, his question was right but then I am amazed that how come he knew about my mental state, I kept my pain within myself how come he knew about me. Maybe he's too smart in handling not only professional life but also good in reading others mind.
