After writing the diary she went downstairs to have a lunch, her mother prepared her with lunch she told her mom always not to take stress or responsibility while preparing food her daughter is there for everyone, Sherleen had her lunch and went for work as she already knew she had a lot responsibilities to take care of, Sherleen is a manager in the most famous university of Italy. After a long break her company established in the new city of Italy and it was her first day to start the work, Sherleen and her team members decided to do recruitment of all the employees by taking the interview and placing them according to their skills. Sherleen and here team members discussed inside the Sherleen's cabin of how to start and do the entire process of recruitment and training ahead, one by one all the employees were getting ready for tje interview, due to this profession of hers Sherleen became a lot busy in managing and handling the company's goodwill, she was an intelligent and genius girl who was well aware of her responsibilities. Sherleen recruited 360 employees and according to each one skills she and her members incorporated them in those departments. Sherleen took no extra time and decided to organise a meeting where she will be explaining all the procedures and pros and cons of the company, She was a nice manager who not only wanted to maintain a goodwill of the company but also want that their customers should be satisfied, to be concern with the employees and to look after the internal and external environment with new strategies and innovative ideas. She herself used to analyse all the problems and strategies of the company, Evey company used to work in a hierarchy order but Sherleen was the manager who watches every departments as her responsibility, and due to this all the employees of her company was satisfied with her rules and regulations. Evey employees had a good impression on Sherleen's work. Sherleen treated all the employees equally and not as a tool, Her management skills was so unique and amazing that she systemized every work in a discipline and organized manner that none of the employees had any fractions or grudges with the manager, and people were inquisitively waiting to do job in Sherleen's company her famous company name was "TX" company she already worked in previous same company in another branch but due to her promotion and good skills she formed her own company, where she was the manager and all her teammates her supporters in running the organisation smoothly.
