Chapter 3:Beginner Level three

Five days has passed since the village elder made the announcement about the ceremony on the fifth day Kali was in a sitting position on top of his bed it was already midnight when he suddenly opened his eyes, that shows how and excitement.

"I advanced to level three at last hahahhahahaha, I am now a begginer level three!"

Kali was so happy that he started shouting which alarmed the other villagers.

"Knock, knock, knock"

Someone knocked on Kali's door, so he hurriedly opened the door and saw almost a dozen of people holding torches in front of his door.

"We heard you screaming earlier, are you okay?"

Asked the old man in front of Kali.

"Oh I was just having a bad dream, sorry about that" said Kali.

"Then we will now leave you alone, good night" said the old man.

"Sorry again everyone, good night" said Kali.

After that commotion Kali closed that door and went back to his room to sleep, he was so happy that he had a hard time falling asleep,

This sight is rare to see from a kid who is always distant from others and always like to be alone.

After a good night's sleep Kali woke up in good mood he ate his breakfast and went to his backyard and did his daily routine, after his morning training, instead of going to the library like he always do, he went to the nearby woods to train his dagger skills using the black dagger he bought a few days ago, he slashed a nearby tree which is two fingers thick and cutting it in one move, he looked at the dagger in his hands.

"Good dagger" said Kali while nodding.

Kali continued his training the whole afternoon, he only stopped when the sun is about to set, then he left the woods to go home.

When he reached his house it's already dark, people started to close their doors and eat their dinner, Kali who lives alone ate a simple dinner and did his nightly routine which is to meditate, he just reached beginner level three last night and his level needs stabilizing, while meditating he was thinking a lot of things like what kind of challenges and savage beasts will he face during the ceremony, thinking about those things he stopped meditating since he can't cincentrate, instead he started to recall the beasts informations he read at the library and started to contemplate the advantages and disadvantages of each savage beasts, hours of contemplation and he came up with a decision.

"It's decided I will tame a beginner level Gale Wolf!" 

-Gale wolf - beast type - wolf race - wind attribute.

Skills: beast claw,tail whip,bite,Gale slash

-Gale wolf has a great speed,agility,and strenght but I lacks defense, it can make intricate moves and Swift attacks which makes it a great savage beast to tame at beginner level.

Though Kali knew that Gale wolves are mainstream savage beasts he still chose it because of its strength.

"I'll just go to sleep, tomorrow is the ceremony I don't want to be late"

And after that Kali fell asleep, other kids who will participate in the ceremony feels the same as Kali and has a hard time meditating much less sleep.

When the sun rose up, Kali washed up ate his breakfast and took the bag that is placed on top of the table, it is the bag that contains everything he might need during the ceremony it includes rations, medicines, spare clothes and the black dagger he bought from the middle aged man few days ago.

When Kali reached the square everyone turned their heads and looked at him in a weird way it includes the kids, their parents, even the village chief.

"What are you doing here Kali?" Asked the village chief

"I'm here to participate in the ceremony " the moment those words came out of his mouth different reactions came from the villagers the others are shocked like the villagers while the others laugh at him.

"Hahahhahahaha you really are a hilarious" said the mohawk haired kid name Asu, he always makes fun and insults Kali for being an orphan but Kali pay him no attention which irritates him more.

The village chief approached Kali to see if he's lying, the chief touched Kali's forehead with two fingers and his eyes immediately because of his shock.

" you really are a beginner level three, since you are already level three yoh are qualified to join the ceremony"

After the village chief said those words everyone made shocked noises and expressions since Kali is just 12 years old, he's the youngest participant, the genius Celia didn't participate in the last ceremony because it is only held every two years, and the average age of beginner level beast contractor is fifteen years old. So Kali participating at the age of twelve is truly shocking.

Their shocked expresions slowly turned into amazement, even Celia is looking at Kali in a different way, when Kali felt her stare he looked at her direction and their eyes met, she just lightly bowed and Kali also bowed before she turned her head to look in front where the chief is already standing , and is about to state the rules and regulations of the ceremony.
