The Lonely Girl

"Eli wake up!" Kurumu said as she tapped a rolled up newspaper on his head and he yawned as he opened his eyes, "We're done passing out newspapers for today so it's time to pack everything up."

"So you're Eli Yoichi?" A strange girl with light purple hair asked as she walked towards them and Eli gave her a confused look as he stretched his arms, "You're cuter than I expected."

"Sorry but his taken girly." Kurumu told her as she stepped between her and Eli and he quietly walked away from everyone to avoid being caught up in the sure to be argument, "Who are you anyways?!"

"My name is Shirayuki Mizore and if you don't mind I have places to be." Mizore told Kurumu in a cold tone as she walked past her and Kurumu just glared at the cold hearted girl. After school was over Eli wasn't sure whether talking to Kurumu today was a good idea or not but decided it would probably be worse if he didn't and he began to walk towards her classroom before he felt someone wrap their arms around his.

"You again?" Eli asked as he looked at Mizore with a sigh and she gave him a small smile, "What do you want exactly?"

"You and I are the same. We're both loners and I know you're the only one who can understand me." Mizore explained with a soft look in her eyes and Eli just rubbed the back of his head before she began to drag him out of the school, "I know the perfect place to go."

'This won't end well.' Eli thought as he reluctantly followed the strange girl and after a while of walking they arrived at a small pond on the outskirts of the forest, "You know I can't really say I'm a loner anymore."

"I can't understand how all of you act so friendly like that." Mizore said as she skipped a rock across the pond and Eli picked up one of the small rocks before skipping it as well, "I refuse to let that girl have you."

"What are you talking about?" Eli asked in a confused tone and she gave him a dark look, "What did you do?"

"I sent one of my ice clones to kill her so I can more easily express my love." Mizore explained in a sadistic voice and Eli sighed as he put a hand on her shoulder, causing her eyes to widened in surprise.

"Call off that clone. You will always be lonely if you do things like that and I can't say I like that idea." Eli told her in a soft voice and she looked at the water for a moment before she suddenly swung a clawed hand made of ice at him, which he quickly lept back from, "Don't do this."

"I refuse to share you!" Mizore yelled as the area around them became freezing cold and she charged straight at him but stopped when Tsukune and the others arrived, "Stay out of my way!"

"We don't want to fight you." Tsukune told her with a kind smile and she glared him before ice began to cover him. All of them dashed for Tsukune to save him from the attack, with Moka managing to reach him first and Eli slid to a stop as Inner Moka was freed. Kurumu surprised him as she removed his black cross and Mizore took a step back as the overwhelming demonic energy washed over her.

"Moka let me handle this." Inner Eli said in a serious tone and she gave him a strange look before taking a step back. Mizore's eyes widened when Eli seemingly appeared in front of her with his arms pulled back and she squeezed her eyes shut to prepare for the pain.

"Huh?" Mizore asked with wide eyes as Inner Eli brought her into a hug to try and calm her down and the others looked at them in silence before she suddenly pushed him away. Eli watched as she ran away and he sighed as he rubbed the back of his head.

"You better not have any funny ideas." Kurumu told him with a serious face and he chuckled as she handed his cross back. The next day Ms.Nekonome explained to Eli, Tsukune and Moka that they needed to find Mizore and convince her to come back to class before the P.E. Teacher walked in. He told them that Mizore had attacked two students and that she was facing expulsion.

"There's no way she did that." Eli said as he and Tsukune walked towards her dorm room, "She's just a lonely girl not an evil one."

"We won't know until we ask her." Tsukune told him with a smile as the reached her door and he calmly knocked on it, "Mizore it's Tsukune and Eli. Could please come out to talk to us?"

"Watch out!" Eli yelled as he pulled Tsukune away from the door just before shard chunks of ice burst through it and Mizore walked out with a sad look. Eli immediately noticed that she must have been crying and he clenched his fist because he knew that he handled yesterday incorrectly. After Tsukune explained the entire situation to her she walked away with tears in her eyes and Eli scratched the back of his head on frustration. They left the area to find Moka and Tsukune couldn't help but noticed the look in Eli's eyes. He turned around when Eli suddenly stopped and realized it was because his rosaries were shaking.

"I think he's upset to." Tsukune told him in a sad tone but it seemed as if Eli was listening to something else before he sprinted into the forest and Tsukune ran to find Moka and the others. Eli heard a yell in the distance and when he reached the source he saw Mizore being pulled off of the cliff by a tentacle.

"I'll drag you to the bottom and no one will ever find your body!" The P.E. Teacher yelled as she lost her grip and both of their eyes widened when a hand grabbed Mizore's before they both were pulled back over the edge, "Who the hell?!"

"Eli?" Mizore asked in a voice that told him that she had been crying again and she saw pure anger in his eyes as his rosaries shook more violently.

"Eli! Mizore!" Tsukune yelled as he and the others arrived and the P.E. Teacher realized far too late that he shouldn't have turned his attention to them as Eli kicked him in the face. The strike wasn't nearly enough to take him down but it was obvious that even without being in his vampire form Eli could still hold his own.

"Kurumu!" Eli yelled as he held his wrist out while the teacher charged towards him and she managed to take the black cross off just before he reached Eli. Inner Eli delivered a fierce knee to the teacher's jaw and they heard a sickening crunch as his jaw broke but Eli immediately followed up with a powerful punch to his chest. Inner Eli spun and kicked him in the side of the head before grabbing one of his tentacles and slammed him onto the edge of the cliff, causing it the break apart from the force and the tea her plummeted to the water. A few days later Mizore's expulsion was reversed and they found out that the P.E. teacher would be in the hospital for months.
