Bloodlust

"Vampire or not you pure breeds will never be able to defe-" Midou was cut off by Eli suddenly appearing in front of him with his arm pulled back before he punched Midou in the gut, knocking the wind out of him and causing him to stumble backwards.

"Moka give Tsukune your blood by he croaks. I'll take the repercussions from the others afterwards." Eli told her as he looked over his shoulder and she immediately bit into Tsukune's neck when he began to walk towards Midou, "Do you know what the difference between me and Moka is? I'm not weighed down by the worry of protecting someone."

"Are you telling me that if Tsukune wasn't here then she'd kill me?!" Midou asked as he charged towards him and Inner Eli gave him a smug grin as he dodged every attack as if a child was throwing them before delivering a devastating punch to Midou's jaw. Eli followed up with three kicks to Midou's stomach, chest and head and Midou hit his knees with coughing up blood. He looked up at Eli and only saw a silhouette with crimson eyes standing over him.

"Don't let him beat Midou!" One of the other Outcasts yelled as they ran towards them before blood splattered the ground and Eli turned around to see that Tsukune had taken all of them down in a split second with a wicked smile on his face. Midou tried to attack Eli from behind but Eli kicked him in the face without looking, knocking him out instantly. He'd deal with Midou later but what was important was the fact that Tsukune was now a ghoul and he watched Moka as she tried to put him out of his misery.

"What's Moka doing?!" Kurumu asked as she, Yukari and Mizore arrived and Eli sighed while pinching the bridge of his nose, "You have to stop her Eli! If this keeps up then Tsukune is going to die!"

"I'm aware." He told her in a cold tone and they gave him a shocked look as he simply watched what was happening, "He's become a ghoul so all he's going to do is search for blood and kill everyone he sees."

"I can't believe Moka is willing to hurt Tsukune like that though! If she kills him then there's no way I'll ever be able to forgive her!" Yukari yelled with tears beginning to streak her face and Eli looked at all three of the girls with a sigh as he realized the outcome of Moka's actions would be, "Please Eli!"

"Fine. I'll save him from Moka." He told them as he walked towards the fight and Moka gasped when he suddenly threw back by her shirt, causing her to knock the others to the ground. Tsukune dashed at Eli with a wicked smile as he pulled his arm back but Eli slammed his fist into Tsukune's face the moment he reached him and the others stared at him with wide eyes.

"I though you said you'd save him from Moka?!" Kurumu asked as Eli kicked Tsukune to the ground and he gave her a cold look as Tsukune began to stand up, "You meant you were going to do it yourself didn't you?!"

"All of you have to understand that Tsukune is already dead. He's going to kill and drink the blood of everyone and that includes humans." Moka explained in a serious voice as she got to her feet and they watched Eli knee him in the chin before grabbing his arm and slamming him into the ground, "Do you think Tsukune would want that over death? We would only make him suffer more if we didn't kill him."

"You guys should look at this. I was curious as to our Eli's inner self managed to get free and I found these." Mizore explained as she held her hand out and even Moka was surprised to see the shattered remains of Eli's crosses. Eli sidestepped Tsukune with a calm look as he tried to punch him and elbowed him in the jaw before grabbing him by the throat.

"Eli stop!" Kurumu yelled as she flew towards them and he looked over his shoulder at her as she hugged him from behind, "There has to be another way."

"He'll kill you without hesitation if I let him go and you want me to?" Eli asked her in a calm voice and she nodded with tears in her eyes, "I'm sorry but I won't do that."

"You can't mean that! You've been around him longer than me so I know you aren't serious!" Kurumu yelled as she squeezed him tightly and he let Tsukune go with a sigh. He immediately caught Tsukune's fist sent him tumbling across the building with his free hand before making Kurumu let him go and turning around to face her.

"See? He didn't hesitate to attack me. Now go back to the others and let me finish this." Eli told her with a softer tone but she shook her head and he began to walk towards Tsukune before she grabbed his arm to stop him. He pulled his arm away without a word and Kurumu was speechless as she shakily reached out to him but stop when Moka put her hand on her shoulder.

"He's hurting to Kurumu. Look at his hands." Moka told her as she pointed to Eli's trembling hands before he and Tsukune launched towards each other with their arms pulled back. Two hooded figures suddenly flew in from a hole in the roof and stuck a cross to Tsukune's forehead and another to Eli's back, causing both of them to stop in their tracks. The two spoke a language that the others could understand but knew better than to stop them as they watched Eli and Tsukune return to normal.

"Sorry for the sudden drop in." Ruby said after both boys fell unconscious and she removed her hood with a smile, "This was the least I could do after what you guys did for me at Witch's Ranch."

"I'm applying a holy lock on both of them to help keep their abilities at bay. They aren't very strong so do be careful." The man explained as he wrapped chains around their wrists before locking both chains with strange items similar to a padlocks, "Eli's will be removed once I repair his rosaries but try to keep fighting to a minimum."
