20 "Allow me to Introduce myself"
"Hello there, chief," a voice whispers menacingly.
She then realizes that what is touching her neck is soft, she slowly raises her hands in the air as surrender and then drops the gun, distracting the person giving her a chance to grab the wrist of the person behind, get up in a spin and slam him to the wall.
"OWW! Easy there!~ aren't you a tad bit aggressive Chief~" The man teased as Lana pins him to the wall with her elbow locked onto his chest and the door closes behind him.
He looked like a soldier, a cadet based from the uniform badge,
but her gut was telling her that this person was not the usual ordinary cadet, purely from the individual's build, first thing that popped up in Lana's mind was…
'What's with his pecs?!' She gets flustered for a moment about then changed her game face back to being the professional Officer chief.
"State your name and purpose cadet" She commanded in an aggressive tone.
'He- he is young, but what is up with his body... why am I acting like this.' she began to wonder while the boy corrected his posture.
"Allow me to introduce myself, I am Leo Regalis, Pleasure to be your acquaintance. "He told with a cheeky smile.
"And I am here to make a deal with you chief."
"What kind of deal?" she questions as she still keeps her elbow locked onto his chest and her transformed claws right at his carotid.
"I want to be a cadet at the Military Academy," Leon said, trying to keep his voice steady. "And I know that you can make that happen for me."
"Do you honestly know who you are talking to?, I am the chief of this camp and if you are not registered in the camp before, means you are not from here, so tell me Regalis," The claws sharpened and made contact with his neck.
"Who the hell do you think you are and what makes you think that I would do anything for you?" Lana growled with her eyes narrowing onto his.
"Because I know things that you don't want anyone else to know," Leon whispered in a charismatic tone, leaning in closer to her.
"Something that could help you in the mystery case that is going on right now."
"What are you talking about?" Lana demanded, her voice rising while she steadied her gaze.
"I'm not going to tell you the whole thing right away now would I?" Leon said, a sly smile on his face. "But I will give you a hint. It's about a coverup that happened yesterday."
Lana's face went pale.
'There is no way this random kid would know about it… unless…'
"If you have your suspicions that I did It, then the answer is No," Leo said with a smirk as if reading her mind.
"Where are you from, Leo Regalis, and you better answer me because I can always torture the information out of you." She spoke with anger and frustration radiating from each word.
"From the 6th, that is all I can say. you can do your best but you wont be getting any answers from me" He replied making Lana click her tongue.
'The lawless zone, to think he infiltrated through our security..'
"Then, you are pretty stupid to come here alone, What's stopping me from killing you right here and right now? you are basically a criminal walking in front of a warden without his cuffs" Lana threatens as the claws slowly sink into his skin.
Keeping a calm composure as if not scared of death he replies with a smile.
"If I die so be it, you will Lose your chance to solve the mystery and in the end will be left to face the wrath of the Silvius family,
Plus the people working with me will expose the murder which happened inside the Military.
One message to the 'big man' and you know what will happen to you."
Lana's face went pale once again. She knew exactly what he was talking about, and she knew that if Quill found out, she would be finished one way or the other.
'And he is not working alone' she concluded.
"What do you want from me?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper.
"I want you to get me into the Military as a cadet," Leon said. "And I want access to use the ability-activating system.
I know that you have access to it, and I need it."
Lana's anger boiled over. "You think you can just blackmail your way into the Military when you don't even have an ability!?!"
"I know I can," Leon said, his voice confident and flirtatious. as he then grabs her hand which then shines a green glow "And I know that you're going to help me do it."
Lana was furious but knew she couldn't, her eyes turned green and images of her letting Leon ruin her career flew through her mind,
Images of the public eye viewing her down to the shadowy figures behind her looking down at her as a failure started to cloud her judgement.
"F-Fuck..." without even realizing it, she accepted her defeat.
She had no choice but to do as he asked and get him into the Military while Leon smiled at his success.
"Fine," she said through gritted teeth. "I'll get you into the academy, but you will owe me a favour."
"Gladly, I will do my best to help you in the investigation with whatever information I have as let's lets make a contract to exchange Information."
He smiles and winks at Lana, catching her off guard and making her ears red.
He brings the papers where he already planned the negotiation terms and hands one to Lana, angering her.
'This prick was prepared for this! Damn silver-tongue bastard' she cursed as she took the paper.
She reads through the terms and frowns for a moment, glancing back and forth between Leon and the papers.
'How does he know about that' she wondered, But in the end, they both signed the contract.

Terms of contract
1. The chief will Keep All Information regarding Leo Regalis, private, even from the government servers which are under the jurisdiction of chief Lana Starfire.
2. chief Lana Starfire will provide Leo support Proportionate to the Information provided by Leo Regalis.
3. chief Lana Starfire will protect Leo Regalis from any potential harm and Leo will Guarantee Chief Lana Starfire's position and provide immunity against Current president Hugo Durand.
Suppose any of the terms are broken by Leo Regalis. In that case, He will surrender to the third party 'Silvius's family' under the terms that Chief Lana captured him with information on The case.
The remaining conditions of the contract become Null and void.

Leon then gives her the documents he brought along in a Ring drive.
"My document details, I'll Leave my admission procedures to you, My number is also there in the documents so feel free to give me a call, Bye chief Lana"
He smiles as he said his goodbyes and then takes the card from her table which he knew was the pass for the Ability manifestation ceremony, then leaves the room while Lana stares at him thinking about what she had just done, and then walks and picks up her gun, walks back and hides the gun back in its place and sits back on her chair and rests her head.
"To think he has a clue on what's happening between me and that old man.." She palmed her face and sighs.
'and to a kid who was at least 5 years younger than me.. gosh.. was I acting like that,…. Ugh, I give up' Lana surrenders to her fate and leans back,.
'the kid is naïve since the contract won't mean shit but he know...
best thing to do is to keep the devil at bay till big sis pulls up then.'

Leon left Lana's office, he couldn't help but feel a sense of triumph. He had made it into the Military! All it took was a little blackmail.
'I can see why Loki likes doing these kinds of stuff' he thought to himself.

'This power is incredibly broken.... who knew that it could work wonders like that' he smirked as he looked at his palms which glowed with a hue of green.
'Still I got to keep my guard up, I can't be sure of how long this skill will last.' his face became stern and thought of the possibilities If he had made an enemy in Lana.
"Well, we'll see on the flow." He sighed and walked down the halls of his new life in the military.
