Cao Guang parted with his gang and made to the Clock Tower magic association in the middle of Ancient capital. There he had a brief appointment with a new Councilman of the country and the latest member of the Threat Elimination Strategy Zhu Meng.

Zhu Meng was a newly elected Councilman and he was keen on joining the Threat Elimination Strategy proposed by chairman Shao Zheng.

Cao Guang had been keen on acquiring a certain company in the Andes, but lost out to Zhu Meng who had left for Chile last year just a week before he secured the three billion deal with the military.

The company acquired by Zhu Meng was responsible for treatment and extraction of Lightning Pentagon ores in the future, that was after the Lightning Pentagon Mine was discovered.

Lightning Pentagons were an extraordinary resource of the Lightning element, after the Little Loach pendant evolved in to the Star Universe grade it was pleased to devour this resource, but by the Andes Federation had sealed of this area.

But it wasn't just Lightning Pentagons that were valuable the Lightning Pentagon ores were also a valuable resource with many purposes. The mine might not even have a hundred Lightning Pentagons but it would atleast have a few dozen tonnes of the associated ore.

This ore could be used as fuel, as material to make magic tools or equipment, overall a useful resource. But Cao Guang wasn't just interested in the Lightning Pentagons. The treatment of Lightning Pentagon ores left a lot of tailings after the process.

These things were a waste that occupied land, energy and resources to handle, also something the Little Tora pendant could absorb in the future. So there was no problem in making Zhu Meng paying him a service fee for dealing with something he could use, while also gently nudging the guy into looking for the mine early than possible.

Cao Guang walked into the conference room after Zhu Meng's associate called him in.

" I heard old Pang accepted a student last year. He was bragging about you at a summit we had at Potala Palace early this year" said Zhu Meng shaking his hand.

" It is nice to meet you Councillor and I'm sure I deserved the praise. I have also been wanting to meet you Councillor for the last year" Cao Guang managed to draw a sarcastic smile from man's face.

"And why might that be"

"I heard you acquired a company in the Andes, it's the company's prospects that interest me"

"You see when the company was up for sale, I had someone acquire for me a land survey report from the summit of Sun Gathering peak and therefore I realised some of it's potential.

Naturally I am not asking to buy your company, just want to offer my services. I may have a way to deal with tailings from Lightning elemental resources post refining, you see and I can offer them to you in a few years, when the company is up and running for bidding for the rights"

" What sort of process would this be then?"

" Unfortunately I can't share it with you at the moment".

" I am sure the technique you have invented is exceptional but the point is my company is only just up and running. We are in no shape in to expand so much and the board I don't see us moving in to goverment contracts any time soon."

Cao Guang's reputation as the creator of Incendiary Fire system was still worth something.

" Is that so? Too bad, I had heard so much about Sun Gathering peak and wanted to explore certain of it's possibilities".

"It's not complete impossible though, we were looking for a new minority shareholder, I believe you can afford it with your financial situation"

Damn, old ginger is still spicy. I wanted him to pay me money for taking care of a problem he might have in the future and he wants to pay him money for solving the problem for him.. technically for us.

At the level of truly being rich and powerful, shares, investments these weren't just about making money plain and simple, they also wanted to make money while spending the least amount of it.

" I hadn't heard about that, how much are the shares up for and how much equity are you guys looking to sell?"

The duo then went on to discuss the deal in the depth and discussed many other world topics. From the selection of a new generation of Hunter Kings to the new chief archangel. He was rumoured to be a dragon who never showed his tail. It would intrigue people, supposedly the strongest human being, who had never displayed his power.
