Scarlett (Part 2)

A few days later

A beautiful sports car stops in front of the hotel. A woman steps out of the car, walking in the hotel. After checking in She made her way to the room number she had received. After knocking a few time another woman opens the door. It was Lucy, She let her in. Following Lucy she found Marcus sitting on the couch playing video games.

"Oh, you final arrive," Marcus says as he gets up from the couch while pausing the video game.

Standing in front of him, she had to look down since he was shorter than hers.

"You sure you want to do this"

"Yes... will it really fix m... what the heck what just happen, "she said while looking around. She had to stop mid-sentence because her surroundings had changed, she wasn't in the hotel anymore but in a futuristic-looking room with white walls.

"Follow me," Marcus said as he starts walking "This my pocket space and this is the place where you are going to get your powers.

"Pocket dimension. did you make it? is this was a secret base?"

"Yeah, you can consider it like that, so about you getting your power you don't need to worry about it we did some adjustments to it. It will be more stable, after some training you will have complete control over it. but here is the thing, it's going to hurt, a lot.

"I thought about it this past few days, I am ready"

"Good" Stopping in front of a door, Marcus places his hand on a screen after scanning his hand the door slid open. Getting in, if you look around there was a medical bed in the middle with equipment around it.

"Please get on the bed"

"I don't do anything, change clothes or anything "

"Oh, I almost forgot Lucy, please"

Lucy then proceeded to move behind Scarlett and use a syringe to inject something in her neck.

"Arg, what was that"

"I will explain it to you later, it's very useful."

Nobbing Scarlett decided to trust them and sit on the bed. immediately she was restrained to the bed by some metal cuffs.

"don't worry, it will all be over soon" immediately after hearing those words Scarlett felt something insert in her veins, nake and spine.

"ahh, what did..." She had to stop mid-sentence as she felt something was wrong with her body, something coursing through her body, then she felt it, wave after wave of pain. It was like her body was in a sea of fire and it was getting hotter and hotter. suddenly she starts coughing mouth full of blood and it didn't stop but it was getting worse and worse with blood flowing out of her seven orifices causing her skin to become paler and paler.

Marcus knew about this so he had already prepared for this. the tubes that were connected to her vein and spine started pumping blood into her body replacing the blood she lost which cost a circle of pain. In the room, the only sound you could ear was only the scream of despair of Scarlett.

"Is she going to be alright?" Lucy ask. Even though her sentence sounds like she cares about what happens to Scarlett but if you look at her face you couldn't see any emotion.

"yeah, she will be alright and if anything happens Jarvis will take care of it."

"Can we go to taste new food today"

"I guess you have a new hobbies. Ok, you can choose the food."

While leaving the room Marcus turns the light off.

15 minutes after they leave the room, around the screaming Scarlett a cocoon slowly started forming, surrounding her tightly and looking at it you could see a pulse of red light from the cocoon, beating like a light. but half an hour later the light stop.

More than 6 hours later

A huge explosion happens in the med bay of the pocket dimension. As the smokes clear you could see a woman struggling to stand up in the middle of the room, she was naked, her hair was burning with a few parts of her body glowing bright red.

Looking around her, Scarlett discovers that she could only see in different shades of red. Suddenly, she felt like something was climb out of her throat. Not being able to hold it in, she let it out. To her surprise, it was a pillar of fire. She was breathing fire like a dragon. Seeing this, she immediately tries to suppress her powers.

After taking a few deep breaths she discovers that her ability was slowly calming down. She also discovers that she could see normally again. Looking at the room she was surprised. The room was devastated, the bed she was sleeping in was completely melt she was even surprised that the walls were red and the wall her fire breath had hit was completely melted.

Suddenly she felt strange from deep inside her she could sense two heat sources moving toward her. Then they arrived in front of the door and open it. She saw Marcus walking in when he turns around and his eyes landed on her she could see him visibly froze looking at her. He then proceed to look up and down at her like he was scanning her, he also had a...perverted type of smile.

she suddenly had enlightenment, she was naked. Quickly she covers her private part with her hand while squatting down.

"Hehe, you look way better than before," Marcus says as he creates a towel and passed it to her. Grabbing it she quickly covers herself with it making sure that everything was covered she turns around but this time she saw Lucy standing next to him looking at her with a look of shock.

"Wow, that is a huge difference," Lucy announced.

"right, I tell her that too."

"What are you guys talking about" Scarlett ask curiously

"ho, here," Marcus said as he created a mirror and put it in front of Scarlett

"omg, this-this face, is that really me."

'apparently' Marcus thought.

Here is the thing if you were putting the previous Scarlett on a beauty scale of 10 she would be a 6 or a 7 but know you can say that she was a 10 plus her physique you could give her a 12 and nobody will deny it. This Extremis was special. it was a mix of a boost version of the original Extremis and Extremis 3.0.(and a few other one)

The original Extremis will provide her with superhuman strength (able to toss a car like it was nothing.), superhuman speed (up to 300mph), superhuman stamina(almost unlimited stamina, with no need to eat, drink or breathe air), superhuman durability(able to withstand bullet impacts), Fire-breathing, claw-like pincers, electrical discharge, healing factor ( able to heal wounds at an incredible speed).

While Extremis 3.0 further boost strength, agility, reflexes and healing factor. Also, it alters your appearance to the most beautiful versions of yourself and nigh-immortality(halting of the aging process and rapid regeneration of body cellular structures.)

"Wow, that is a lot of powers."

[Is that all of them, after doing some analyze the should have been more abilities.]

"Yes, and you should. Letting you live here and then you proceeded to lose control over your power in the middle of the city. can you imagine the amount of damage you could have done."

"Follow me" Getting out of the room they walk in the hallway, After making a few turns they arrive in front of a giant door.
