This might not seem offensively bad at first glance but it's monotonous, underwhelming and mediocre to such an exaggerated extent, I can't recommend it to anybody. The worldbuilding, "characters", combat, "story" and just progression in general are ridiculously prosaic have been done a million times before in far more unique ways. There's nothing wrong with writing a safe novel but this is genuinely worthless. This isn't even that good at what it's trying to do, everything about this so far has been sub par at best, the execution of it's immensely uninspired ideas included. In hindsight, it almost feels like parody. This whole subgenre of "reincarnated into a non human and evolving" has already had most of it's value milked dry so unless there's an interesting twist or gimmick, there really is nothing entertaining, unique or of value conceptually to warrant the existence of this novel. Despite this I assure you that even if this was made when the subgenre was new, the banal, safe, tiresome execution and complete lack of creativity this novel displays would still make it seem pointless and unexciting. If I asked some godly AI to take every "reincarnated into a non human and evolving" novel and manga in existence, remove every distinguishing, unique or valuable idea and then combine them into a novel, I'd probably get something just like this. The authors writing ability is fairly adequate so it's a real mystery why he even bothered writing something this insipid. If I had to guess though, I'd say that's it's probably a lack of creativity and passion along with the desire to earn some quick money. Not worth my time. 0.5/5
This is a good read. Translation is decent with very few typos, Can't judge grammatical errors cuz english isn't my first language but it's easily readable lel. So far the story development is good, MC is a baby wolf with mama wolf and his brothers and he evolves to become giga chad wolf. Here every wolf/animal can evolve by meeting certain hidden conditions and not just MC, the only difference is MC can see the evolution options and their hidden conditions so he can choose which path he likes... but all options are not equal like out of 3 options its: weak < medium with some useless ability atm for MC < strong( ofc mc choose this always until now) and their difficulty levels are also the same. He forms his own little wolf group and helps them evolve as he can see their paths too(not at first tho). Only wolfs/animals(idk humans not introduced yet) that have not matured can evolve, the adults can only mutate.. like get a certain ability or modify a certain body function/part. The characters so far are just wolves, although the interactions are a bit human like, they just started evolving so no high iq characters yet.. maybe MC or maybe not lel. World Background is the usual apocalypse or spiritual energy break out where people get powers but this time instead of the human camp we are in the beast camp. I've only read 20 chapters so far and this is what i feel about the story, i think it's interesting and hope the author doesn't mess this up, good luck! sorry for bad english :)
One of the best books i read. I am just really sad how it just ended. there is so much Potential that would be able to double the books lenght. And you can tell that the author gave up on the Story but wanted to give it an end. Fellow Readers i really recommend reading this. Altough short its still a very good Story.
Chapter 23 3.5 out of 5, Great Novel decent plot no background story on parents. System type story mc is not 1 shot kill OP, everyone have the same talent but mc have system to guide to best result. it is good but he help his sibling chose e*oution kinda of bad because it was introduce very late with so far no sibling bonding so mc is pretty dull but it too early to tell. Short chapters. I will recommend this to myself and others.
Very well translated. Too bad that after chapter 19, you have to unlock the next chapter. The story is really likeable as well. A unique yet familiar storyline with an unabtrusive system, great character development across the board and with a focus on the MC while still involving the side characters, giving them added value instead of being cardboard npc's. Having read multiple beast cultivation stories, it's refreshing to read the story from the viewpoint of the beasts, just when they start changing into something more. Certainly worth a read and / or vote !
The story and novel in itself would be something i would recomend if the arthur would stopp with uploading incomplete chapters. So you could read half a chapter and then he/she would Write "still missing 600+ words". and the next chapter he starts of from where he would suppose ended within those 600+ words. so you have no idea what happend. Also alot of reposting old chapters after those 600+ words gone missing OR the 600+ words he/she forgot to write like 10 chapters back. IF THE ARTHUR WOULD KINDLY STOP DOIN WHAT I'VE WRITTEN ABOVE. I would rate this as a must read...not a must ignore.
