Chapter 6: Hulk Vs Sasori

[Summer camp over! Yey! But next week proper class will start again. Arrrggghhh.!!!! Don't ask me what a 'vacation' is, I don't even know such a word existed!]

Before Ironman defeated Deidara

In an undisclosed location, Fury was talking to the council. If Bruce was here, he would be familiar with the way they were discussing.

"Is it really wise to trust Ironman and that green monster to handle those two aliens?

"That green monster was able to easily incapacitate another like him and has not been on a rampage since then. Might I also inform all of you that he can easily slip away from SHIELD's surveillance anytime he wants." Fury started.

"And need I say about Ironman? The fact that his father was one of the founders of SHIELD should be enough." He ended but the councilwoman spoke.

"Stark is a special case, we agree. But that monster was once just a scientist. And the fact that he can control himself while he turns into the Hulk should be enough reason for him to come to us and-"

"and let us put him on a table and turn others into someone like him?" Fury cut her off.

"And join our cause in protecting Earth." The councilwoman continued to which Fury stared at her for a moment.

"You might have the good intention on hand. But Dr. Banner is no longer the same as he was months ago before his battle with Abomination. Right now, Dr. Banner acts more than a trained Agent." Fury concluded.

New York City

Just a few minutes after Deidara left with Ironman

Sasori was now killing the civilians remaining in the area alone. Although he was fast, the civilians on the streets alone were already a lot of number. Now add to that those inside the buildings.

Nevertheless, he was a blur in every ordinary human's eye as he cut, decapitate or sheesh kebab them with Hiruko's Iron Tail. From time to time, he also uses poisoned senbons.

While people were screaming in fear with no idea how to outrun a puppet-controlled killer, a Quinjet landed not far away from the genocide that was progressing.

Soon a team of SHIELD agents came out with two figures leading them. One was a handsome man with no sign of his real age and was wearing a very strange earring, while the other was a woman that can only be describe as a combination of both sexy and beautiful with red hair till her shoulders.

"Not to get ahead of you but, aren't you going to change now Dr. Banner?" Natasha asked carefully not angering Bruce. Although it has been proven that Bruce is already under control of his transformation, it can never be too much to be careful enough.

"Isn't it normal to hide your cards in a fight unless necessary? Until you have fully grasped your opponent's weakness, that is." Bruce answered with a question himself as he smirked at her. Natasha could only look confused as Bruce started walking.

"Where did you even learn that?" Natasha asked absentmindedly as she followed him along with the team of SHIELD agents behind them.

"uh-" Bruce stopped walking and seemed to think for a moment then walked again towards Sasori as he answered.

"The internet of course!"

"Right." Natasha relented but it was clear she didn't believe him.

A few moments later

A woman was screaming hard in fear as Hiruko was slowly walking towards him while all around her were her friends, bathing her in their blood. Her eyes were wide open in tears, her heart beating loudly while her body was shaking.

Sasori, who was inside Hiruko, has long since knew that he was being surrounded by this world's military. He found it amusing how they can fearlessly do so when their stealth skills were so lacking in front of him.

This was obviously because he was a real assassin which in their world was called shinobi. Sasori getting impatient with them said.

"Why don't you all show yourselves already? You've been hiding for a while now that it's getting on my nerves waiting for you to come out while I-" His metallic tail chopped the woman's head in front of him.

Only then did the ones surrounding him came out which included Bruce who wasn't affected to what he's done.

Natasha and the rest however were staring daggers at Hiruko, if looks could kill then he might have died already. Although, technically speaking, can Sasori even be considered alive?

They were currently on a standoff where the agents including Natasha were aiming their guns at Hiruko while Hiruko's tail was still in the air above him.

Not even a minute later one of the agents couldn't take it anymore. All of them were well trained. However, training, and real-life experience in the field are quite different. Unable to hold himself anymore, he started firing but his bullets were deflected by the metallic tail dancing around Hiruko.

But no matter how fast, there was more than one agent surrounding him who also started firing. Left with no choice, Hiruko jumped and opened his mouth which shot the same poisonous Senbons he's been using since earlier, and this was the last batch in his reserves.

The agents immediately ducked to cover yet some of them was still hit besides Natasha and Bruce?

Natasha saw Bruce just standing there, without thinking twice she tackled him for cover. Bruce already knew her actions, so he let her tackle him without any hitch.

Once the attack from Hiruko was done, Natasha immediately reprimanded Bruce who took it like a man.

"If you want to die that badly, don't include me in it." Natasha angrily pointed out.

"Duly noted." Bruce replied nonchalantly and started walking towards Sasori once more.

"Start evacuating the surviving civilians and don't help me." He said and started sprinting before Natasha could reply. Either way, she started doing what he told her to do.

Hiruko saw Bruce approach and he was surprised as Bruce turned green in each passing moment and grew bigger. Once Bruce was in a distance favorable distance and his transformation to Hulk was done, he jumped in the air towards Hiruko with he intent to break it down to pieces.

Hiruko/Sasori wasn't idle and immediately stretched Hiruko's metallic tail towards Hulk. He was surprised to see Hulk easily grab his attack and was even able to lift him up using it.

Hulk wanted to smash Hiruko on the ground so, with great strength, he lifted the puppet up but before it could hit the ground, a figure came out of Hiruko's body.

The puppet was then destroyed by Hulk as he landed back to the ground. Then another thud was heard as a handsome young man with bright red hair landed.

This was Sasori's real body or better yet, his real Puppet-body. Natasha who was watching the fight from a distance scrunched her eyebrows upon seeing this.

"Bruce, did your enemy transform into a kid?" She asked through her comms which Hulk was able to hear, this was the function of the earring he was wearing so that even if he transforms into the Hulk, he will still have communication with them.

"Call me Hulk when I'm in the field or in this form. But no, he came out from that huge form earlier. And that form is now lying in pieces on the ground."

"Still don't need back up?"

"Remain on standby, I'll let you know."

"Copy that."

Natasha didn't question Bruce's judgement; she wasn't even surprised by his sudden commanding tone towards her.

Back on the battlefield

"You're an interesting one, but I am having second thoughts if I want to add you in my collections." Sasori spoke in a different voice than he used earlier.

"And you are saying something interesting too, its like you can add me to your collections anytime you want." Bruce replied.

"Of course, I can, let me show you." Sasori said as he opened a scroll with a kanji word "Third"

'Must be the third Kazekage who has magnet style' Hulk thought as he prepared himself.

Truth to Hulk's words, a puppet came out in a puff of smoke. The figure has dark skin, dark hair and yellow eyes. He was wearing a dark cloak which was covering his whole body and he was floating in the air.

No normal human from this earth could see but chakra strings were connected to it directly to Sasori's fingers.

Looking at his enemy, Hulk was having a nostalgic feeling. Growing up, watching Naruto anime series has always been his only favorite pass time. And it was still his favorite even though he was tortured in it.

Smirking to himself, he turned off the comms on his ears. Sasori could feel that his opponent was up to something so immediately upped his guard.

"So, you were the culprit for the third Kazekage's disappearance, Sasori of the 'Red Sand'." Hulk's words rang louder on Sasori's ears. So much so that Hulk took advantage of that and utilized his chakra.

Using Sunshin, he appeared in front of the Kazekage and punched. Unfortunately, Sasori's reaction time as an S-rank rogue shinobi was not to be underestimated as black sand blocked Hulk's attack.

Although Hulk was unable to damage it, the strength behind the punch was still strong enough to send the black sand along with Sasori and his puppet to another building's wall.

Not waiting for Hulk to land another hit, Sasori controlled the black sands to form into numerous spears above him.

Bruce seeing this grabbed the nearest pole he could for a makeshift staff and then flexed it as if he's been handling a staff many times before.

Sasori let the black sand spears fly towards Bruce's direction who looked prepared for it.

Bruce didn't stay idle on his position and ran towards his opponent despite the many spears in his way.

Then, as if in a chinese kung fu movie, Bruce easily deflected those spears as he advanced towards Sasori.

Seeing this, Sasori controlled his puppet again. The third kazekage puppet summoned hundreds of hands made of wood that came charging towards Bruce who managed to deflect every obstacle so far.

While Sasori was maintaining the distance between them, Hulk was trying to decrease it while dodging the wooden hands that came towards him. None was able to touch Hulk as he used not only his strength but also his chakra at the right moment making the wooden hands hit the ground or another obejct around them like cars or buildings.

As soon the wooden hands were exhausted, Bruce covered the pole he was holding with wind chakra nature and smoothly hurled it towards the third kazekage puppet.

The transition from dodging the wooden hands to suddenly throwing the pole was so smooth Sasori was unable to prepare as his puppet was pierced away from him and into the nearest building.

"It seems I have underestimated this world."

"Let me guess, you will face me seriously now right?" Hulk teased.

Sasori didn't reply and took off his robes, revealing that he himself was no longer human. 2 metal spikes or windmill-like shuriken protruded behind him while a cable attached to his stomach was full of poison.

On his chest was a cylindrical object with a label for the Kanji word 'Core of the living flesh'.

Natasha and the SHIELD agents evacuated the civilians as Hulk faced Sasori earlier. However, that didn't prevent them from seeing the battle.

Natasha and the others were left staring at the Hulk flexing a pole as if it was a bow staff like a master. And that wasn't even the end of it.

They saw how Hulk easily deflected spikes of metal thrown at him, dodged some bizarre wooden hands that charged at him, and easily threw the pole as if it was a javelin towards the enemy's wooden puppet.

And now it was the enemy's turn to surprise them as they saw how his whole body didn't look human at all. At first, they were reluctant at the appearance of their enemy as a handsome young boy. But looking at him now, they only felt horrified despite being agents of SHIELD.

How could someone do that to a young boy's body? Was he tortured and experimented on? If only they knew that Sasori did it to himself.

Boom!

Hulk and Sasori heard an explosion nearby.

"It seems like Deidara is dead."

Bruce could only agree as he sensed Tony and another signature coming towards them.

"I am outnumbered, let me just fixed that."

Sasori took one of the scrolls behind him and opened it. He made a hand sign and as soon as he did, figures in red came out from the scroll and blocked the sky above.

100 puppets controlled directly from Sasori's chest were hovering above Bruce.

Ironman and Hawkeye didn't stop and landed beside Hulk.

"You didn't even invite us to the party, how selfish of you Hulk," Ironman commented mischievously while Hawkeye regrouped with Natasha and the SHIELD agents who also came near Hulk.

"Well, if you guys feel like attending this party. I suggest you all focus and don't get distracted. Ironman and I will be taking them head on while the rest support us from a distance. Don't let yourself be surrounded and be vigilant. Get ready!" Hulk said after turning on his coms and everyone did so as he told.

SHIELD agents hid behind cars a distance from them along with Natasha and Hawkeye while Hulk and Ironman were the Vanguard.

The final battle was about to begin.

Unknown Location

A certain someone was having a 'deal' with a certain individual who was supposed to be dead having fallen into the void.

"Bring me the Tesseract and you will have earth." says the one sitting on a throne.

[AN: I am having trouble holding myself back on calling him Purple Head Potato after reading so many Chinese fanfics LOL]

"We have a deal." agreed the other individual, this was Loki who was taken by Thanos after entering the Void.

Then another individual spoke.

"Sire, I don't know who did it. But we can now send Loki to earth immediately, someone has broken their defenses.

"Tell me more." Thanos replied before giving his verdict.

"There are 2 individuals sent to earth and at the moment are wreaking havoc, leaving them distracted and leaving a hole in their defenses which was normally maintained by their local sorcerers.

"Then send him now. You can use this timing to get the Tesseract and prepare yourself to take over the Earth." Thanos commanded which Loki thought to be his chance.

Little did he know that he was only being used as a pawn. Right now, despite having a hole in their defense. Earth was still protected by two powerful factions or individuals. Odin Borson of Asgard and Yao of Kamar Taj.
