"I hope you like my present," Arthur asked.

"I like it that's why I going to separate that head from your body," Milford said.

As Milford, the war maniac, prepared to unleash his attack on Arthur, the atmosphere crackled with tension.

"Hey wait, before we start the fight, let me introduce one more person to you all," Arthur called out to Shalltear, who was behind him.

She was covered in blood from both Kurogiri and Milf's force. And she had a crazy smile. She was taking deep breaths as if she were in some kind of erotic state. Even without turning back, Arthur knew that Shalltear was giving him those hot eyes. But now is not the time for that.

"This is Shalltear, the one who massacred your forces that were sent to Re-estize. Now then, as the introductions are over, Shalltear will deal with the army, while I will deal with these two gentlemen myself."

Milford, seemingly unfazed, grinned with excitement. "Well, well, if it isn't the blood-soaked beauty. This just got more interesting!"

"Shalltear... a formidable opponent, is she an NPC."Kikotenshin Nekonyan murmured to himself.

Shalltear, her crimson eyes fixated on the opposing forces, responded to Arthur's instructions. "As you wish, my Lord. I shall enjoy painting the battlefield red once more."

With a sudden burst of vampiric speed, Shalltear vanished from her position and reappeared at the forefront, facing the amassed forces of both Kurogiri and Milford. The Choir of Blood, her loyal army, followed suit, ready to unleash their vampiric might upon the battlefield.

Meanwhile, Arthur, still maintaining his chuunibyou charm, faced Milford and Kikotenshin Nekonyan. "Now then, gentlemen, let's make this a spectacle to remember. The stage is set, and the actors are ready to play their parts."

Milford, who was still looking at Shalltear's direction turned to Arthur.

"After I kill you and this fucker, I will make that beauty mine."

Hearing this, Arthur let out a laugh, breaking the character he had built till now.

"Haha, Dude, You should look at the mirror sometimes," Arthur said in response to Milford.

"You Fucker, You are courting death." Milford, fueled by anger, charged towards Arthur with a thunderous roar.

His greatsword sliced through the air, leaving a trail of ominous energy in its wake. Arthur, the enigmatic figure in the coat and suit, remained surprisingly composed, his expression unwavering.

{Guardian's Embrace} Arthur murmured as he activated the ability of his Archdevil form.

{Guardian's Embrace}, is the evolved version of {Shield of Navir} but unlike {Shield of Navir}, who only has the power to absorb the damage caused by magic spells, {Guardian's Embrace}, not only absorbs magical spells but now extends its protective barrier to mitigate physical damage as well.

As Milford's greatsword collided with the shimmering barrier of {Guardian's Embrace}, a shockwave rippled through the arena. The ominous energy surrounding the blade clashed with the protective magic, creating an intense burst of light.

After blocking Milford's attack, Arthur quickly cast a Spell.

"{Ice Calamity}"

{Ice Calamity} summons a frigid tempest, freezing the surroundings and trapping foes in ice. Those caught in its icy grasp experience a numbing cold that hinders movement, while shards of ice rain down, dealing frost damage.

Hindering Milford's close combat prowess becomes crucial; without the ability to reach his enemies, what can he do?

"You underestimate me, Milford," Arthur retorted calmly, his eyes glowing with arcane energy.

Arthur continues casting various spells.

"{Illusionary Mirage}, {Aero Levitate}, {Enchantment of Arcane Favor}, {Eternal Barrier}, {Chaos Warding}, {Vital Essence Infusion}, {Ultimate Potential Unleash}, {Liberation Charm}, {Illusory Life Data}, {Crystal Clear Vision}, {Otherworldly Intuition}, {Enhanced Resilience}, {Chaos Mantle}, {Unyielding Fortitude}, {Sensor Augmentation}, {Fortunate Destiny}, {Mystic Amplification}, {Draconic Empowerment}, {Immovable Enchantment}, {Celestial Radiance}, {Essence Absorption}, {Penetrating Gaze}, {Aegis of Magical Protection}, {Mana Infusion}, {Triple Maximized Explosive Mines}, {Triple Magic Seal}, {Triple Maximized Boosted Magic Arrows}, {Triple Maximized Inferno Ambush}."

Kikotenshin, observing the battle, saw an opportunity to strike. Swiftly employing his {Teleportation Storm}, he appeared behind Arthur, attempting a surprise attack. However, Arthur, with his heightened senses, anticipated the move and countered with a quick turn, unleashing a barrage of arcane projectiles.

"Aren't you two enemies," As Milford struggled against the frosty confines of {Ice Calamity}, Arthur turned his attention to Kikotenshin.

Kikotenshin, undeterred, replied to Arthur's question with a smirk, "At this moment, our common foe is you. I'll deal with Milford once you're out of the picture."

"Is that so, {Maximize Magic: Reality Slash}" As Kikotenshin is a half-wind spirit most of the attacks are useless against him as they couldn't do any damage to astral projection.

But {Reality Slash} is a spell that is specialised in damaging astral projection.

Kikotenshin, realizing the impending threat, hastily attempted to dodge, relying on his agility and wind manipulation. However, Arthur's spell was relentless, the reality-altering blade slashed through the air, cutting through the very fabric of Kikotenshin's astral form.

In a desperate attempt to regain control, Kikotenshin summoned a gust of wind with {Aero Cyclone}, creating a defensive barrier. The arcane projectiles collided with the whirlwind, dispersing harmlessly into the air. However, the distraction allowed Milford to break free from the icy constraints of {Ice Calamity}, closing the distance with Arthur once more.

Seeing Milford close distance with him, Arthur quickly unsealed the mine spell.

"{Greater Magic Seal} Release" He doesn't stop there,"{Inferno Ambush}"

Catch between two spells, Milford struggled before he activated one of the racial abilities of {Blood Monkey}.

"{Bloodrage}" As Milford roared with {Bloodrage}, his form seemed to transform, emanating an intense aura of crimson energy. The blood monkey's eyes glowed with an unhinged ferocity as he embraced the full power of his racial ability.

The {Bloodrage} not only heightened Milford's strength and speed but also granted him a resilience that defied the numbing cold of {Ice Calamity}. As the fiery waves of {Inferno Ambush} and the explosive force of {Greater Magic Seal} clashed, Milford, now fueled by an unbridled rage, charged through the onslaught.

Undeterred by the perilous situation, Arthur, maintaining his composure, activated {Eternal Barrier} to shield himself from the impending clash. The magical barrier absorbed the impact of the flames and mitigated the force of Milford's charge, creating a momentary reprieve in the intense battle.

Kikotenshin, recovering from the effects of {Reality Slash}, seized the opportunity to regroup. Employing his {Teleportation Storm} once more, he strategically positioned himself, preparing for the next phase of the confrontation.

As Milford closed in, Arthur unleashed a combination of spells in rapid succession—{Triple Maximized Explosive Mines}, {Triple Magic Seal}, and {Triple Maximized Boosted Magic Arrows}. The explosive mines scattered around the battlefield, creating volatile zones, while the magic seals and arrows added a layer of unpredictability to Milford's approach.

Milford, his vision obscured by the chaos, activated {Blood Monkey's Instinct}, a racial ability enhancing his senses. With heightened perception, he navigated through the magical onslaught, evading the explosive mines and deflecting the enchanted arrows with his greatsword.

However, the distraction caused by the explosive mines allowed Arthur to initiate {Mana Infusion}, channelling an immense surge of arcane energy into his next spell. "Behold the power of the Flames," Arthur declared as he cast {Triple Maximized Inferno Ambush}, intensifying the flames engulfing the battlefield.

Amidst the inferno, Milford roared once more, channelling the last reserves of his {Bloodrage}. The flames seemed to dance in response to his anger, creating a surreal and awe-inspiring spectacle.

Kikotenshin seeing an opportunity, quickly chants a spell to reduce Arthur's defense.

"{Triple Maximize Magic: Shattered Guardian}"

{Shattered Guardian}, a spell that weakens the target's defensive capabilities, causing fractures in their protective barriers and reducing resistance to subsequent attacks.

The arcane energy surged, manifesting as ethereal fractures that spread across Arthur's protective barriers. The weakened defences left Arthur vulnerable to the impending onslaught.

Milford, fueled by the final surges of {Bloodrage}, charged through the flames with an unwavering resolve. The weakened defences proved insufficient to fully withstand the blood monkey's empowered assault.

With a thunderous clash, Milford's greatsword cut through Arthur's shoulder, leaving a gash that seeped crimson, creating a vivid pool of blood on the battlefield.

"Ah, Fuck." Arthur moaned with pain.

As Arthur moaned with pain, the battlefield hung in a moment of tense silence. The flames of {Triple Maximized Inferno Ambush} continued to dance around them, casting an ominous glow on the unfolding duel.

Milford, still infused with the remnants of {Bloodrage}, stood with a fierce determination, his greatsword bearing the crimson evidence of his powerful strike. The pool of blood beneath Arthur intensified, marking the gravity of the injury inflicted by the blood monkey.

Seizing the opportunity, Kikotenshin, with a calculating glint in his eyes, prepared to exploit the vulnerability exposed by the weakened defences. Channelling his wind elemental abilities, he initiated another spell—{Astral Galeblade}, conjuring a blade of ethereal wind imbued with the power to cut through magical barriers.

With a swift motion, Kikotenshin aimed the Astral Galeblade at Arthur, intending to exploit the weakened defences and deliver a precise strike to capitalize on Milford's earlier assault.

However, before Kikotenshin's spell could fully manifest, Arthur, gritting his teeth against the pain, unleashed a burst of {Enhanced Resilience}. The magical energy enveloped him, reinforcing his weakened defences and fortifying his resolve to endure the impending assault.

The battlefield crackled with tension as Kikotenshin's Astral Galeblade clashed against Arthur's reinforced defences. The ethereal wind blade struggled against the enhanced resilience, creating a momentary deadlock between the elemental forces.
