I Saw Him in the Corner of my Eye

Kirishima's Pov:

My lord was I nervous! It's a new school year and a brand new attitude. This year I won't be scared anymore, not of people, nor myself. I dyed my hair red and I like it better like that. It makes me look like my hero Crimson Riot. He is strong and manly! I decided to take the bus this morning on my way to UA. I wonder who will be in my class.

I walked into the building and just about screamed. I can't believe that I am actually here! This year is gonna be great. New people, new faces, and new things to learn. I'm not too thrilled to learn Japanese again this year though…

When I walked into 1-A I saw Mina Ashido. She is one of my friends from middle school! We were one of the few in there besides a couple of others. We talked about our lives and what we did while we weren't in school. Soon Sero and Kaminari showed up. Man it was great catching up with these guys.

I caught a pair of red eyes and a mess of platinum blonde hair staring at me out of the corner of my eye. Maybe I went to middle school with him as well and he just was trying to remember me with black hair. No, I would've remembered his eyes and their hostile look in them. I kind of want to be his friend. Anyway, I went back to talking with my friends. Even though I could still feel the coldness of his stare in the back of my mind.

Pretty soon after that the teacher walked and told us to sit down. Luckily, this pretty mop of platinum blonde hair sat right next to me.
