Dark Blue Coconut Milk
The moment you read a group of 8-year-old kids running an underground organization inside a wizard school with house goblins and an 8-or-9-year-old girl poisoning her boyfriend, who was also 8 or 9 and had probably fcked with, because of a gambling debt, you know you can't take this novel seriously anymore. Be it the characters, the story or the world, they are... colorful, but they are only at that, nothing more, nothing less. The author made it too convenient for the main character. "Sh*t, I'm a serious danger here which can cost me my life. What, I leveled up and conveniently acquired this ultra awesome skill which can conveniently save my life and was forgotten by me? Great!" World background is also nonsensical. Have you seen any gods schemed to kill a mortal before? Have you?! And wow, this novel really knows no boundary of child abusal. Rape, beating, killing,... it has them all. And the main character has also taken part in the beating, and killing part. Well, the fact that he is only 14 makes you "meh". You know what is wrong about this novel except redundant child abusal cases? There are no kids! Wow! Isn't that great?! Not!! For the love of Talos, it's annoying to see every kids act like a college student or ***** and sometimes the adults act like kids!
The first half of this story is alright, half way through the author started having real life issues one after another. His quality dropped along with his chapter length. Marvin the Main Character is insanely strong but is always held back at important moments by one stupid thing after another later in the story. The arcs in the later half turn into stretched out garbage filler episodes. The story used to progress quickly and meaningfully, almoat everything had a sense of urgency. Eventually the story becomes a real slog of inaction and stronger and stronger enemies and allies that somehow suppress actions at the last moment. Effectively making the past few filler chapters null and void of any relevance. If noy for the translation team doing a great job I'd rate this story 2/5 stars because of how bad it gets layer on.
Read Up To Chapter 160...... It is different from other Transmigration Novels where their Knowledge of Future events is way to OP, as its a real "butterfly effect" where all his actions dramatically change the timeline. The shift from viewing the world as Virtual to Reality is very interesting and it shows that the MC is not an IDIOT who is way too OP, he actually puts taught and effort into plans. Very Very Good Read HIGHLY ADDICTIVE
Do not read this. There is essentially no ending. The author basically said, “I’m not writing anymore, go read my next story.” All of the plots, character development, etc. (developed over 700 chapters) were forcefully ended in a few chapters so he could create an absurd plot bridge to his next novel. If the author’s not even going to bother correctly finish his story, you shouldn’t bother reading it.
I cant say enough about this novel, ever since day one I have been entangled in the history, awesome development and translation, every day I refresh the app only to see if there's new chapters, the mc is cool and reasonable, has a rapid development but with its motives, has an air of mistery about his background and future, I can only say that you cant miss this one.
Not bad in opening 10 chaps, quite action pack, mc has clears goals and plenty of plot armour that comes from his bla bla bla etc as in most of these going back in time/played as a game stories. Like the front cover thats very batman-ish he himself is like a ******** dark night, worth a read to see how this cold blooded but hopefully still friendly mc develops. Also seems abit of a pscho by how easily he kills, yeah i could kill pk in a game and teabag with the best but i doubt i could be so calm in real life

Easily one of the best light novels on here, there is a brilliant translator who works hard and cares for the series, a much more unique stance on the overused reincarnation genre that makes it refreshing, based on Dungeons and dragons which makes this series even better! It's easy to follow, fun to read and even the names were translated to English so they are easier to remember :) all in all love this series and can't wait to read more!
