"Hello, is Elder Hiro in his office?" After arriving near the Uchiha Police Office, I inquired with Jin Uchiha about Elder Hiro. Well, he is 18 and roughly three years older than me. His reported strength is Peak Jonin, and he already owns a three-tome Sharingan.

I see Elder laughing after checking content inside scrolls, and why wouldn't he? I went inside the building, guided by Jonin Uchiha, and soon arrived in a secret room, after which Jonin activated all chakra seals in the room and left, because every Uchiha despised someone spying on them, and so everyone in the Uchiha clan respected privacy, which is also why no one is so vigilant near the Clan compound.

After confirming I felt no prying, I took a deep breath and thought, Finally, I can know more about the Shinobi world. I always had a nagging feeling that there was a very small part of the Shinobi world I knew, be it through my anime knowledge or my shinobi experience. This is also why, during these 4 months, I never took a mission outside of Konoha alone; I never went beyond a B-grade mission, and that too with Jonin leading it.

"Just WOW!!" I exclaimed as I saw so many books in the Uchiha library, and then I wondered how much Konoha would gain by looting just the library alone, which could be worth more than 600 million ryo.

After calming down for a few minutes, I went to the Shinobi Routes section and slowly read all abandoned routes used by Uchiha at some point, and to my surprise, there were nearly 70 to 100 underground routes that were destroyed by other shinobi or buried in natural disasters, some of which led to chakra metal ore mines.

I went to the Elemental Continent section and began reading books one by one, and soon after reading more than 150 books and summarising them, I came to a very shocking conclusion: that the Element nation is about 2,500,000 square miles, roughly two-thirds of China, and there have been multiple foreign invasions during the warring state era, but there is still no detailed information. I also learned more about different big and small countries, as well as various clans and their characteristics.

Following that, I went to the autobiography section, where there were many autobiographies of elite Jonin and Kage shinobi, which I read by heart despite the fact that they all hid their dark histories, which didn't matter to me.

I memorised all the cases where they made mistakes or survived under impossible circumstances.

I also confirmed that I am not the only reincarnated being in the shinobi world.

Seniors like Uchiha Yechen and Uchiha Ben from warring state era may have already spoiled the plot, and even Six Path may be aware of major time events such as genocide and the Konoha collapse plan, so my future plans will change.

I took my packed dinner from the scroll and rested for 30 minutes before going to the miscellaneous ninjutsu section, which was filled with 90% incomplete ninjutsu, prototype ninjutsu, and interesting but unrealistic ideas from previous generations.

I read all of the scrolls in this section and discovered many interesting Jutsu, a few of which were

Bioelectric simulation ninjutsu, the goal of this ninjutsu was to control bioelectricity with the thunder attribute chakra and bring body reaction and response time closest to thought process, truly a fearsome ninjutsu, but all previous users left it in the middle or died from a heart attack being unable to control bioelectricity.

Spirit substitution Ninjutsu's goal was to work like body substitution, but instead of bodies, it was spirit or soul substitution to escape from illusion or soul type attacks, but like others, many left midway, became mentally ill, developed split personalities, or had brain hemorrhage.

Perception Ninjutsu and Uchiha had a variety of them like soul, chakra, life, spirit, motion and emotional perception ninjutsu. I plan to combine all of them and improve them to the point where I can sense chakra or souls in Naruto and Sasuke from miles away while also improving my stealth to evade my own perception.

I also read about the theoretical limits and various applications of Sharingan, such as memory modification, memory sealing, memory erasing, illusion control, leaving physiological hints, hypnosis, ninjutsu similar to Yamanaka clan heart-to-heart communication, and how to control five senses with Yin chakra.

After going to the Seal section and memorising all of the seals and their training methods for a few hours, I also took the Advance Seal scroll, which contained all of the materials necessary for a newbie seal user to advance his seal arts to master seal arts.

This alone was worth more than 4 million yen, and it was perfect for me because, at the time, I might have trouble purchasing materials necessary for seal mastery in Konoha.

After that, I went to the Summoning scroll section and saw many contact scrolls, such as crows, squirrels, monkeys, eagles, cats, and dogs. I passed them one by one and came to the empty Summoning scroll section and picked the highest-grade empty physic scroll, which were very rare.

it is said to take a seal master takes 10 days to create one of this high Quality. After that, I felt the clan library and completed the remaining formalities.

I went straight home since it was already 4 a.m., ate dinner that Sachi had made the night before, went to my bedroom, and fell asleep while hugging Sachi.
