Chapter 9

The wind whistled through, gently rustling the leaves.

A hand extended, delicately plucking a branch from the tree.

Holding the narrow end of the branch with the other hand, fingers closed into a tight grip, sliding down to remove the leaves and small branches.

Making a gesture with your hand then breath out fire, making it into a smooth stick. (Staff) (5 to 6 feet tall)

(I almost forgot it's the world of chakra).

Sato swings the stick and checks its flexibility and durability.

Looking around, not finding the rope then with a momentary pause he untie the rope to hang clothes.

(Ya, she will punish you )

He then ties one end of rope to a wooden plank and the other end to a tree.

Then he turned towards Hiruzen and asked him to come and see.

"I will teach you two most fundamental moves"

He then pushes the stick against the plank. Making it rock to and fro.

"Well, for today you have to do these move each by 500...(seeing Hiruzen eyes almost bulged out) 200, 200 of each move"

Then Sato gave the stick to Hiruzen and after encouraging him a bit, he returned home.

Hiruzen stands alone in the backyard while planks sway with the wind.

"Let's get it over with"

"Haa"

Hiruzen first thrust with the stick, then sweep the stick.

"20 haaa haaa"

Hiruzen takes a slight pause. Then continues.

"50 haaaa- haaaa haa"

Hiruzen drops the stick to wipe the sweat.

'This is harder than it looks. I'll do the rest of them tomorrow.'

He then stretched out his right hand towards the left side and pressed it with his left hand.

Hiruzen did the same stretch with his left hand.

Then after a glance at the plank, shook his head and returned towards home dragging his feet.

"...he was so polite...dragged...I interjected...she thanks...who do ... ultimately.."

As he got near the window he heard his Uncle bragging.

When he enters the home everyone focuses on him.

Sasuke peeks at Sato's face and raises a brow.

Sato clenched his fist in anger, he glanced at Kana who had a soft smile.

Sato suppressed his urge to beat his lovely dovely softy nephew, after clearing his throat he said,

"Well done, like father like son, to have completed all this in such a short time"

"I'll complete it tomorrow, anyway I'm hungry ", Hiruzen replied.
