After the dinner, Kana got busy with cleaning and Sasuke goes to study room.

Hiruzen ask Sato, "Uncle tell me a story"

Sato ask Hiruzen excitedly, "Which one, The one in which i heroically rescue a beauty, or The one in which i dominated my opponents with shurikens alone."

Sato continues, " or where i rescue your lovely father, or where with a single..."

Hiruzen interrupt his jabbering, " tell me any which is true"

Sato glare at him, " brat, what do you know these are all experienced by myself and in fact beauty is saved by me in this recent journey "

Is chaos really stopped after ninja village system?

For shinobi who joined any ninja village, their family was safe.

For those who hasn't joined any village or seeking refuge in one, their life become more chaotic because expending borders of nations.

Either they become citizens of the nation or they have to leave their own house because it is now in a specific nation.

In past the attackers who are fearful of them now attack, loot, and plunder them.

After that these people joins a village and got their protection, escaped from there punishment and crimes.

And any villages policy is that, if you are not from same village, why should we give you justice.

So it is inevitable that either you choose to join a village or erased from history, however strong you may be.

It is difficult to curb the momentum of ninja villages.

It is a new era.

It can't be stop even by those who started it.

And life of the civilians who are edge of borders be it may inside or outside of nation which were already in danger become more precarious.

As rogue shinobi, bandits, and marchents move around to join nations and villages.

Some of them just wanted some food, some of them wants wealth, and some of them just wanted shelter.

But, is it truly the case, are they really become satisfied if they provided with what they demand.

Well, anybody with little understanding knows the meaning of human greed.

And if they resist when they are not strong enough, they have not enough strength.

In both cases tragedies will occur.

Well, what is the difference when these tragedies always happened in past and happening now.

In past these tragedies happened occasionally and people get a respite time to heal themselves from this trauma.

But now frequency of these incidents increase exponentially due to flux of people, ninja, and warriors moves in large scale.

Civilians now have no respite to recovery. As a result population of civilian greatly decreased.

Such brutality at such a large scale happened but no one care.

Not even creator of peace for all ninja.
