Starting the life of a Ninja

"Let's see what you two can do!" Said Anko as she rushed at us without any warning. Without thinking I stepped in front of Ota and grabbed the incoming fist, pulled her above me and kicked her in the air. "Puff" Smoke appeard, Anko disapeared and a wooden log was sent flying by my kick. "Ota!? Are you able to track her?"

"Sorry, didn't expect her to attack all of sudden and vanishing shortly after... I ordered my bug's to look for her!" After a few moment's Ota showed me the direction in which Anko should be hiding, I had already summoned my sword a few minutes ago and turned it into my daggers which supprised Ota, even more then just summoning without a scroll. All of sudden I saw a giant fire ball flying at us. Fireball Justu ! I slashed at it without thinking, I turned around as the Fireball was vanishing and instantly dashed to Ota to protect him from possible meele combat, since it is his weakness. I slightly relaxed when there was no other attack coming. After about ten minutes, which felt like hour's Anko stopped hiding and said:" Great performance!" and grinned happly as she ate some dango's... I ... We were wary of another attack and waited and she just left and brought some dango's for herself?!!! " I feel stupid. "

Anko all of sudden said:" Actually you did great most would let their guard down and think the enemy escaped after some time, you are already well above any Genin... I would say between early and mid level Chunin!" And Ota ... like the the Hokage expected you are a little traumatized aswell from your last mission you hesitated alot. Ota you have two week's free time to get better, spent some time with your family and remember it wasn't your fault what happend.

Areth you and me are gonna do D rank mission's for two week's, we all start C rank mission's when Ota is back! That's it for today, see ya tomorow Areth." Anko continued eating dango's and left. Ota left to clear his head and I started training. Day's went by. At the first few days Anko watched me complete the "Missions", but she left on the 4th day... said I am capable to do them alone. I catched a missing cat. help carry random stuff from one place to another. I did alot of other thing's ... every mission was about helping civilan's.

After two week's it's finally time for a CRank mission outside of Konoha. I was excited. I never left Konoha before, finally it's time! I stepped inside the hokage office with my team to get my first C rank mission!
