Immortality: Can live infinitely and nigh-impossible to kill permanently. If she does die, she is able to resurrect herself.

Shape-shifting: Can change appearance easily.

Flight: Can create wings with darkness. Can fly unaided through the vacuum of space at FTL.

Resistance to Death and Soul Manipulation: Being a child of Death grants her immunity and resistance.

Durability negation/Non-Physical Interaction/Slight Death manipulation: This is when she is gifted by Shinobu with a replica of the Kokorowatari sword that has the ability to interact on infinitely higher dimensional planes so beings like specters can be hit. Kokorowatari has the ability to inflict others with mortality and death.

Darkness Manipulation, Teleportation, Telekinesis, Telepathy, Intangibility, Phasing.

Yōtō Kokorowatari (Oddity/Kaii Killer) is a demon sword that was created specifically to kill kaii (supernatural beings, such as ghosts, vampires, deities, etc.). Has the ability to cut through most supernatural beings and kill most of them with a single scratch, including ghosts, deities and lesser abstract beings, and intangible beings. It also has the ability to severe or split the aspect or source of powers. Example removing divinities from gods, or aspects from lower abstracts, or permanently removing chakra from targets

Yōtō Yumewatari (Demon Sword Dream span) is the sister sword to the Yōtō Kokorowatari. It is a demon shortsword that has the ability to heal almost anything and restore the dead.

Gae-Bolg Alternative: A set of weapons similar to Gáe Bolg, though one step older. Similar to the better-known model, it inhibits regeneration, making it difficult to heal from wounds it inflicts. It is a replica of Scáthach's Gáe Bolg alternative given to her by Scáthach.

Although one can save themselves through external means of healing, the injury will not heal completely until Naruko's death. Naruko combines Gáe Bolg's two uses, the Barbed Spear that Pierces with Death and the Soaring Spear that Strikes with Death.

First, the Barbed Spear reverses causality to pierce her opponent's heart before the cause of the spear being thrust occurs, a sure-fire one-hit kill technique that fills her opponent's body with thorns and destroys it from the inside. As long as the true name is called, it strikes its target without fail, even if they use a technique that reverses time. While it is powerful, those with a high degree of luck or divine protection can potentially survive. Naruko's variant also sews space to immobilize her target, allowing her to follow up with her version of the Soaring Spear with her second spear.
