CHAPTER 5: Burned Skin.

Caesar's car halted, and in a second, the door was opened for him.
Like the handsome guy he is,he walked out of the car,looking all hot and séxy as always.
He is wearing a blue suite,with black shoes that go perfectly well with his skin color. His dark hair,well combed into a nice style.
Most workers around started greeting,respectfully as he walked passed them,heading towards his personal elevator.
No one shares that with him. Well,his friend does,and sometimes his P.A.

🗣️ Did you hear about his wedding, yesterday?
🗣️ I can't believe he got married to someone else, jeez!
🗣️ I could just dié,if I were his girlfriend.
The workers started gossiping immediately he left.
•••CAESAR'S OFFICE ♢ ♢
"Good morning,sir. I'm glad you came to work today" Reece said,smiling handsomely.
"Good morning. Did I have any meeting,yesterday?" He asked, settling down on his swivel.
"You did,sir. Lots of them,and an important one which you asked me to cancel" Reece replied.
"What?! Do not tell me it's the same meeting I was supposed to have with the marketing Manager's of the Company,partnering with me" He said,curving his brows.
"Same one,sir. But,you....
"What the hell?! And you couldn't persuade me well enough to not cancel it" He asked like a stùpid person.
Wasn't he the same person who was insulting Reece yesterday, when he tried to tell him that the meeting was an important one?
Like, was Reece selling moi moi,or what? That he was supposed to persuade him into buying, jeez!
Reece just stood,staring at him in confusion.
He has known his Boss to be a cold and crazy person,but today,it's like someone hit his head with a harmer.
How on earth was he supposed to persuade and make him change his mind when he is his Boss, a proud one at that,who wouldn't listen to anyone's idea, especially of those who work under him.
Worse,he didn't even let him speak yesterday when he was trying to tell him about the impotence of the meeting.
"Boss,i tried my best,but you didn't even let me talk, yesterday" Reece defensively said.
"And the next thing you were supposed to do,was come to my house. That way,I would have known how serious you were.
"That's why you're my P. A,Reece. That is what I pay you for!" He shouted, and Reece shut his eyes,and took a deep breath.
"Leave!" He thundered angrily, murderously glaring at Reece.
•••BEGGLETON HIGHSCHOOL ♢ ♢
"Y'all submit your assignments to the class president on before 4PM" Sir Lucas told the students before leaving the class.
They just had their first class, and immediately he left,the turned to a market place.
"I heard another student was rapéd,yesterday and she even dìed" Michal turned to Alvira and said.
Alvira breathed heavily,shaking her head.
"Can't believe how our once peaceful school has now become a place of dèaths" She sighed.
"And I pray those culprits get caught one day. Why are they doing this,anyway? They just keep kílling pèople and ràping gìrls,our girls especially. Who knows who is next,gawd!" Michal sighed out,frustratedly.
"I just pity y'all who live in school. I can imagine how crazy the night always gets" Alvira shook her head.
"Seriously,there was so much chaos last night,with so many gunshots" She explained and Alvira hissed.
She lifted her legs off the floor and placed them on the desk like a rugged guy.
"So,how was your sister's wedding? You didn't even invite me" Michal rolled eyes.
"It was cool" Alvira stretched the word and smirked,mischiviously.Just that smirk that Michal saw on her face,she knew Alvira did something naughty.
"What did you do?" Michal asked,with raised brows.
"What? Look,I didn't tie anybody up. He was lucky enough to escape my wrath,all thanks to my sister" She blurted,and Michal started laughing.
"Who is he?" Michal asked,placing her hand on her stomach,as she tries to hold the laugh.
"My brother-in-law. You needed to see him bleeting like a gòat,asking for help" Alvira replied,funnily. She folded her arms and continued to smile like she won a lottery.
"Wait,are you crazy?" Michal shouted seriously,not laughing this time.
"That's an understatement. What you be asking,is if I have started visiting the psychiatric for check ups,because my plan was to tie and put him in the toilet. Anyone who messes with my sisters,messes with me" She said.
Michal bursted out laughing again.
"I swear,you're the craziest person I've ever met. What the heck!
"When do you intend to stop this shit you do,jeez!" Michal laughed,wiping the tear that was tempting to fall,due to the too much laugh.
"When I decide to repent,which will never happen,because I don't have the word" Repentance" in my dictionary.
"Wait,where is my sister?" She suddenly asked,when she finally noticed Alvara's absence.
•••NIMMAN ESTATE••• CAESAR'S MANSION ♢ ♢ HIS ROOM
It's 8AM,and Cindy is still lying in bed lazily. A soft knock came at the door that moment,waking her up from her sleep.
Caesar actually explained everything to her yesterday. She believed him,and calmed down
"Who the hell is that?" She asked,rudely,removing the strands of hair that was covering her face and mouth.
"It's me,Ms. Cindy. I'm here to tell you that breakfast is ready" A maid told her and she hissed.
"I'll be down,soon" She replied sharply.
She got out of the bed,brushed her teeth,and washed her face. After she was done,she went downstairs,still in her PJs,though.
She met Georgia on her way to the dining room.
Immediately she saw her,she hissed and glared at her hatefully.
Georgia actually didn't go to work.
"Unwanted weed" Cindy hissed again and went straight to the dining room where food was set already.
Georgia totally ignored her and said nothing,she only chuckled and left to her room.
She's trying so much to be a good girk,but it seems Cindy does not like peace.
"Set the water for my bath" She told another maid who nodded and scurried off immediately.
After a little while,the maid came back and informed her that her bath was ready.
Georgia overhead what the maid said,and let out an ominous smile.
•••FEW MINUTES LATER ♢ ♢
Cindy was done with her breakfast and was now ready for her bath,which the maid had set at a normal temperature.
Cindy took off her clothes, and went into the shower. She didn't bother checking the water's temperature again, since the maids already know how to set her water.
She opened the shower and the water started pouring down with much pressure.
The next thing that was heard,was a loud scream from Caesar's room.
"Ahhhh,my skin!!" She screamed out,agonizingly.
