I don't understand why Chinese authors are so bad at writing science fiction. If you want to write wuxia or xuanxian just write wuxia or xuanxian. MC's dumb, world building sucks, and it's dropped.

I think the author stopped writing it because he realized his setup wasn't great, I'll wish him luck on his next effort but this one is not really worth reading.

Sorry to dampen everyone's hype but the author is apparently very sick. The novel stopped updating for nearly 2 months. So yeah, I don't why the **** webnovel, once again, picked an abandoned novel.

I’ve read like 200 chapters in mtl for this novel and lets just say.... its average. Just average wish fulfillment. Update Stability: Trial read Story development: Classic mc becomes op suddenly. No big romance, but little things here and there. The novel mainly focuses on the mc becoming stronger and the occasional face slapping here and there. Also mc will probably be saving the world soon. Character design: MC He’s not smart at the very least. All i can say. Or else i spoil some things. Other characters basically exist so the mc can: 1) Faceslap them 2) Copy their power 3) React to the mc faceslapping others 4) Praise the mc Other characters are not rememberable and they aren’t special. World background: Standard “apocalyptic world where some people awaken with special powers” setting. I recommend this to new readers, people who want wish fulfillment, people who like op mc or faceslapping.

Its a lot better than i expected. I thought it would be a another MC that is OP beond reason, but to my surprise, i only found it reasonably OP(not beond reason). Although the MC has an OP cheat, it is not that OP in the beginning, wich gives a sense of growth. Suddenly the MC has goals and Dreams. This is something a lot of OP MC lack. Because they are to strong in the beginning, you dont really feel like the story is going anywhere. The story becomes stagnant. Anyways, rant over. I liked the OP cheat, i liked the cheat limitations, i reasonably approved the world building(by a small margin), and i feel like the characters are ok. I guess that sums it up. Good, but not outstanding.

It's not a bad story, really, but it's definitely simple. Not much happens to interest you, but the pace picks up to absurd rates. his ability is the title card, but he barely uses it. Overall, I don't recommend it, if only because it just doesn't stand out in any way. Find a better way to waste your time, because this one doesn't try very hard.

The novel has been discontinued (I think I heard that the author passed away) and that's why it ended the way it did.. Thought I'd mention it so there's less people complaining how it ends, if they see this, that is

Well I was interested in this novel so read, mtnl MC is an Idiot he leave his lover for a small argument and start pursuing another girl in the same chapter. Very Idiotic move.
