My Plunderer System
In the year 2097, humanity faced a new terror. Cities were destroyed by horrible monsters that came through the dimensional doors. To counter this new terror, humans began to awaken magical abilities and dove into the gates to destroy the oncoming waves of beasts. One student in particular became orphaned due to one of these dimensional doors. He was considered one of the weakest, and was bullied due to his inability protect himself. While being beaten up in an alley one day, the area went into chaos as a dimensional door opened, trapping him and others inside. He was face to face with death when a sudden beam of light came down. "Is this how I die?" the student thought. Waking up in a hospital later, his wounds were healed as if they were never there in the first place, and a strange screen was appearing in his vision... Chapter 61 - Expanding the System
When he found some solitude, Milo extracted the Essence Cores from his inventory, at first he was going to absorb all of them, but after some reconsideration he decided to hold onto the unique ranked core as maybe he could use it to get new gear he could use. After getting the essence cores in front of him, he opened up the system and selected to absorb the cores. After absorbing them, he got a notification screen.

After clearing all the screens popping up, Milo opened his status to check what was new in his system.

After closing the gate and absorbing the cores, Milo had gained enough experience to cause him to increase his level by three. Due to this, most of his stats were getting closer to reaching 40. After the essence cores he had also raised his Magic Power stat by 13 points raising it to 23. He also unlocked another ability slot, meaning he could now carry five abilities at once.
The in field experience and the loot gained from it were proving to be a huge boon to Milo. After checking out all the changes that his stats had undergone, he opened the Plunder to tab to see if there were any changes and he was pleasantly surprised.

After reading the changes to the Plunder tab, Milo was ecstatic, he now knew what the next two skills he'd unlock were called and what was required to unlock them.
He had also leveled the Plunder ability to level four from absorbing the essence cores which brought its cooldown down and made his chance of stealing an ability even higher.
He then went back to check out the newly revealed skills names, both skills had names that went with stealing in some way. Extortion usually involved using force to steal something, but Milo had no idea how it would tie into his already unlocked skills. Then there was Larceny, was a way of stealing personal property or ideas. Both of the the new skills that were revealed required much higher levels than what was previously required for the fusion skill. Which most likely meant they'd be stronger overall.
Milo was sitting in his bed dreaming about the different possibilities when he heard a knock at the door.
