Sisters For Life!

"Emma! Emma!" Andrea screamed out after opening the front door. She walked in with two big bags of groceries in her hands as she walked steadily into the kitchen. After setting down the bags, she drank a glass of water and sighed while looking towards the stairs.

After dragging her tired body up the stairs, she dropped lifelessly on their bed only to scream back to her feet.

"What the hell girl?!!" She exclaimed when seeing it was Emma under the sheet . She thought it was just a stack of pillows Emma usually used to deceive her when she wanted to sneak out.

But Emma decided to scare her friend for once by staying silent under the sheets. She stood up with a satisfied smile after seeing the scared expression on Andrea's face.

"Gat ya." Emma smiled sheepishly as she made a cute expression as she stared at Andrea with puppy dog eyes.

"I can't believe you girl... do you want to give me a week vacation to the hospital?!" Andrea exclaimed as she chased after the fleeing Emma in an attempt to 'punish' her. After a few minutes of running around, they both fell on their backs with a smile on both of their faces.

"So how was your interview today?" Andrea asked as she turned to face Emma.

"It was okay."

"Guess what?" Andrea asked again, but this time in a more excited tone.

""Spill it girl. So who's the new guy?" Emma said while rolling her eyes. "Oh common! How did you know I was going to ask you about a boy?" Andrea pouted unhappily.

"Only a fool won't know. Besides, you just gave me your 'new boyfriend smile'." Emma said with a smile.

"I never knew I had a 'new boyfriend smile'. But anyways I believe this will work out." Andrea said confidently.

"And what makes you say that?" Emma asked with raised brows.

"Um... because he's in the army?" Andrea answered doubtfully which caused Emma to burst into laughter.

"My God!! ha ha... Who in the world gave you such an idea?? I mean, just because he's in the army doesn't mean he will also be strict in a relationship. He could be even worse than your past scumbags." Emma said which caused Andrea to sink in thought.

"Stop it girl. You haven't even told me congratulations and here you are lecturing me." Andrea pouted.

"Congratulations!!" Emma said with her wicked and creepy smile which made Andrea shrink back in fear.

"Common girl... you can't scare me like this. Why don't you like the fact that I've found someone who I like." Andrea said unhappily.

"It's not like that sis..." Emma said as she drew near and placed Andrea's hand in hers.

"I care about your happiness a lot and that's why I'm saying all these to you."

"I don't want you to rush into a relationship that will leave you broken at the end. That's the only reason I keep nagging you like this. But if you think this is finally your man, I won't stop you." Emma said affectionately and they both embraced each other.

No matter how deep a pit is, they both are willing to jump in for the other. That's how strong their bond is.

"I'm starving Andrea... I haven't had anything since morning." Emma said childishly and Andrea the cook had no other choice than to rush downstairs and cook up something nice for her baby sister.

The food was ready in a blink of an eye and Emma was so hungry that she had three bowl of rice. Due to how hungry Emma was, Andrea decided to cook rice and vegetables so Emma didn't wait for long before eating.

After dinner, they had their baths and fell asleep due to the stress of the day.

In a private mansion at the outskirt of C city, a man with tattered clothes and frightening wounds all over his body hung his head low as he breath heavily.

"Are you ready to talk?" An icy voice resounded in the cold dark dungeon. "Please spare me... I'm telling the truth, I don't know anything about that incident. Believe me please!" the chained man screamed out in tears.

'Ahhhhhhh'

Before he could even take another breath, a bucket suspended above his head was released and he let out a miserable shriek. The bucket contained salt mixed with hot water which brought unimaginable pain to the chained man.

Levi walked out of the dundeon with a cold and frightening aura around him. He was very angry and a hint of disappointment was seen in his dark emotionless eyes. Zeus who was a few steps behind found it hard to breath but could only suck up and follow Levi closely.

They arrived at the roof of the mansion and Levi walked towards the edge staring down at the beautiful city before him.
