She took one glance at the disappearing figure before opening the note. Reading the contents she smiled to her self, this was indeed good news.

She had been trying for years to find something that'll incriminate the king. In a world of vampires,humans,demons and other mystical beings. That human prince can never be the king to pure blooded vampires.

Her ears picked up the sound of footsteps that was coming form behind, Turing her head she saw her son approaching her. One look at his face was enough to tell her that he had another episode with Alex.

"Mother." He said as he reached where she was.

"What is it son? Why do you looked like your about to blow up?"she asked lazily.

"I had another encounter with Alex ,and I swear thus time am going to kill him." He said half shouting.

"You won't do anything of such. If we act reckless now we'll lose any chance of attacking him in the future." His mother said calmly while placing a hand on his shoulder.

"But mother if we don't act fast and quick we'll never be able to kill the prince and have the throne. He'd already attended the meeting of the kings and he is being to gain more power. And I fear that if we don't kill him he'll become more than he already is ,thus it'll become more difficult and close to impossible to kill him." He said with a worried tone.

His mother sighed removing her hand from his shoulder and stood her reds eyes looking into her sons brown eyes." Do you trust me son?" She asked.

"I trust everything that you do and say mother. But not the prince he's smart and very cunning ,and can easily turn the tables against us if we are not careful."

She smiled." The prince is not smart Adam." She said Turing her gaze from him and looking into the full moon.

He looked her confused." How?"

"Don't worry my boy ,leave it all to me. And time will tell." She said and continued. " its getting late Adam, you need to go back before anyone notice that your gone."

"But mother, you have to tell me what your planning."

"I will but not today." He let out an angry sigh before she said. "Patience is a virtue Adam. Don't do anything rash."

"Mother ,I have something to say.

"Mother, I was just wondering , with the previous attack that happened to the prince , won't he become more cautious and his security more thight?"

She raised a brow and placed her hands behind her back. "Your right Adam and I've thought it through. And I have decided that we won't attack him,until next month when he arrives at the castle as the Academy will soon go on holiday. That will be the prefect time to attack because then we could easily watch and perdit his next move."

"You're right mother, the prince will let his guard when he reaches the palace and that will give us the perfect oppoturnity to strike."he said smiling widely.

" Yes son,I also heard that the king was acquainted with a certain girl from the academy." She said.

"Yes Lorreina Drummond she's the daughter of James Drummond the count of straffen. She's been in the academy with us for two months now." He said.

"Good son ,I need you to get close to her. Because I feel that she will be of good use to us in the future."she said and this had him frowning.

"I've already tried to get close to her. But Alex showed up and took her away ,before I even had the chance to speak to her." He said remembering the past incident.

"Hmm, it seems that Alex is quite attached to the girl. Nevertheless ,try and get close to her with any chance you get."

"Yes mother." He said.

"Any progress from Eliza?"

He laughed "You cant be serious mother, Lorreina isn't fit to be the wife of the prince and besides she's no match to Lady Eliza in beauty."

"Adam, listen don't every underestimate a person as we cannot judge a book by it's cover."

"Yes mother ,I should get going now." He said then continued." When shall I come to see you again?" He asked.

"Next two weeks but not here in the school by the stables after midnight on Friday." She said.

"Take me to the mansion." She said as the man bowed his head before closing the door .
