Tyler’s anger

Tyler smashed the glass on the floor.

"How dare you? Who gave you permission to go abroad?" He shouted angrily at Cassie.

"Who must give me permission. It is my wish. I decide what I have to do with my life? Anyways, who are you to question me about this?" Cassie now almost lost her temper and even felt like smashing the wine bottle on his head.

After her cold war with Jennifer, she left the dormitory to cool herself. At first, she just wanted to take a walk and reduce her vexation. But who would have thought that she would meet Tyler while trying to compose herself?

As she wanted to talk and clear a few things with him, she climbed on to his car without any resistance. She insisted that she wanted to go to some public place as she wanted to discuss the misunderstandings.

And he just had to bring her to this almost empty private bar and even to his private room. Before she could even start on the topic, he just smashed the glass and started to show his anger.

"Moreover, I asked you to take me to a public place, not to your own private room. If I knew that it was going to be like this…" Before Cassie could finish Tyler started to howl once again.

"Do you want to be on the front page the next day with a big headline in the gossip newspaper? An unknown college student went on a date with a famous singer and composer! Whose first name starts with T! Do you really want to get famous so badly and even put yourself at risk in front of my fans? Are you tired of living?"

"Yes, I am! Yes, I am tired of living. Why don't you kill me and free me from all this mess?"

Cassie walked forward and held his hands. She put them on her neck and tried to squeeze his hands hard. Tyler pulled it back and walked backward.

"Are you crazy? Have you lost your mind? And here I thought you were smart and would understand the situation. I thought you were a fighter. If I had known that you were so…"

"So? So what? I do not want to talk to you anymore. It is a total waste of my time. I just came to inform you that do not involve me in your games. I am out! I do not want to deal with the likes of you and neither with anyone whom I am currently involved with. Yes, I am running away. And I do not feel bad or guilty about it."

"You have really lost it! Seriously! Here I am thinking that we both could help each other. By the way, my mother also died in that accident that day along with your parents and brothers. And I am not like you, I won't run away. I will stay here and see to it that the culprit is punished."

Cassie, who almost reached the door, stopped and turned back.

"What? What now? Just get lost! Everyone leaves me anyway in the end and it is not new to me anymore"

When Cassie came and lifted her hand, Tyler thought she was going to hit him. So he raised his hand above the head to protect himself. But Cassie just took her bag and left without a word.

Tyler was really scared that he was going to get hit very badly today. But thankfully she was just taking her bag. He finally left the breath he was holding in, relaxedly.

Cassie never expected that Tyler's mother was also involved in that accident. Moreover, she passed away. When he said that her brothers were not alive, she almost struggled to control herself from speaking the truth.

She was still unable to trust anyone as of now. She doesn't know who is a friend or an enemy. As per Rose, her brothers are still alive either hiding or might be living abroad.

So, when the sponsor asked her if she was willing to study abroad, she immediately agreed. She knows the world population is too huge and finding her brothers would be like searching for a lost ring in the ocean.

Meanwhile in Dan international, Derek assigned the company's lawyer to take care of the order issued by his boss. When he entered the meeting room once again, he overheard the conversation between the father and daughter.

Since the fault is with them, Derek just smiled and once again apologized.

"I am so sorry for the delay. And do let us know if you need any favor from us in the future. We definitely owe you one!"

"Please don't Mr.Derek! I understand you are a busy man. Handling all the work when your boss is not around, would definitely put you in a difficult situation. We do not mind. So, if everything is alright then we could carry on with signing the contract." Amelia tried to soothe things out.

She had a feeling that Derek might have heard the conversation between them. But she cannot change what has already happened. Now she just wanted to make sure that the contract signing went smoothly.

"Ms. Amelia is truly smart and talented as I have heard. It is a pleasure to sign this contract with you. Hopefully, our collaboration brings forth prosperity for both of our companies."

Even though Lorenzo was not happy, he did not object to the contract signing. He did not speak a word throughout the process and even left without saying a single word.

Derek looked at his back with concern but Amelia patted his back and said,

"Do not worry! My Dad is a little old school but he is not a bad person. He doesn't like to keep anything on his mind. He would be fine in a few hours."

"Thank you, Ms. Amelia, for your kind words. I hope we will have many more such collaborations in the future."

"I would like to...But let us see what the future would bring us!"

Derek shook her hand and waited until they disappeared from his sight. Then he ran towards the finance department to process the payment for the cafe.

But when he tried to contact the lawyer, he received a reply which is definitely not what he expected to hear.

In the cafe, the waiter was losing his patience.

"Sir, Madam, Please leave."

"Didn't you hear me just now? I am buying this cafe" Jayden said aggressively as he did not want to lose face in front of his wife.

"I understand, Sir. But you still did not buy the cafe yet. So as per the rules, I can ask you to leave the shop. Please.." the waiter pointed at the door and even signaled the security to hold the door open to let them out.

"I think you need to back off for now. I know the owner of this shop and he would definitely not sell the shop." Jennifer whispered in his ears to save some face for her husband.

Jayden still did not want to admit defeat but as Jennifer already got up and started to walk out, he followed silently. But he did not miss to glare at the waiter and noted his name on his mind.

He would definitely hire him if there were any opening in his company. This waiter, Braxten, was really too good.

"Please do come again. And next time and order something, unlike today. We would even let you try our specialty coffee. It would be on the house" Braxten nodded his head and tried to go away.

Jayden intentionally hit his shoulders and stamped his legs.

"Oh! I am sorry. Did I stamp your feet? I did not see it as it was on my way. Do make sure to let me try your specialty next time when I come back as your owner." He said sarcastically and left with a smirk.

"Childish!" Jennifer muttered under her breath.
