"I guess you're right and seeing the look on their faces I'm not wrong to say that everyone is interested in the subject." Seeing that practically all of his students nodded, the teacher continued.

"I think the most surprising thing for you would be knowing that we are not the only ones in the universe and that magic is a real thing."

If it wasn't for the fact that the person who was saying all this was the teacher, the boys would have thought that he was just an idiot saying stupid things. They could kind of accept the fact that extraterrestrial life existed, but magic, that had to be a joke. Aegon on the other hand was more surprised that Charles knew about aliens, but he said nothing and let his explanation continue.

"Professor, it's not that I doubt his words, but if what he says is correct, how come nobody knows anything about it? Something like that would be impossible to hide." Ororo voiced what was probably the doubt of all of Xavier's students.

"You forget how our existence is barely known." After a short pause Charles continued. "The existence of intelligent life and more developed than ours in the universe is information that only very few possess and is jealously guarded. I would not know anything about it if it were not for certain incidents that occurred a few years ago, but it is better not to dig into sensitive government information. I'll just tell you that we're not the only intelligent race out there."

Everyone remained silent thinking about what they had just heard from the teacher. After a few seconds of silence in which they digested the information they had received, Scott spoke. "Professor, if a race more developed than ours came to Earth and we don't know anything about it, I imagine that it was neutralized or left. If it is the first option, I would like to know how humans were capable of something like that and if it is the Second option I would also like to know the reason why they did it."

"I can only tell you that they received a strong persuasion from an external force. A powerful external force, that is why I tell you that you should not overestimate yourself because of your gifts, we saw in a very large universe and we know almost nothing about it. "

Aegon was impressed with Charles' knowledge, he understood that the professor was probably referring to the events of Captain Marvel where the Skrulls and the Kree made an appearance.

"Professor, have you ever thought that the existence of other races in the universe and the fear that he might have towards them would be beneficial for… the mutants. I still don't understand how it is that you use such an unattractive word to identify yourself."

Aegon thought Charles wasn't so wrong in the Marvel universe on more than one occasion mutants were used as weapons. In addition, if the governments of different countries began to use the services that the mutants could provide, there was a high possibility that they would end up being used to confront each other, in this way a government would have a better chance of eliminating an enemy agent and if the mission failed they would only be losing one mutant, one less to worry about.

"I guess you have a good point."

"The professor already mentioned the existence of extraterrestrial life, but he still doesn't tell us anything about the rest." Thanks to Kurt the rest of the students remembered the existence of magic. "What can you tell us about magic?"

When Alison heard the teacher she was more surprised than she already was. "Wait, supernatural? Like ghosts, vampires, and demons?"

"Well, if vampires exist, I just hope they're not like those that glow in the sunlight." Bobby commented cheering the atmosphere.

"Tell me, Aegon, how come you are aware of this kind of information?" Charles wasn't the only one who was intrigued.

"Would you like to talk a bit about it?" Charles asked him who was somewhat excited at the possibility of learning about something unknown.

"Perhaps some other time, now I must go."

Rogue was the first to react. "Why so soon?"

Aegon smiled before answering Scott. "If the teacher allows me, the next time I come to visit I can bring them."

Previously, everyone thought that the subject of brides was nothing more than a lie to create a ladylike appearance. Now they were a bit dubious, Rogue in particular hoping this wasn't true.

Exposing yourself to others was a touchy subject for the professor. "Are they like you?"

"I'm pretty sure there is no one like me. Except for one, the rest are normal girls."

"And they know about you?"

"Not really, but I plan to tell them everything, this afternoon. That's why I can't stay."

Charles couldn't help but be curious about the girl the boy had mentioned that she wasn't 'normal', plus he wanted to maintain a friendship with the boy. "If you can guarantee their discretion regarding our existence I see no problem with that."

"In that case we'll see each other soon, after all I have reasons to come for visits." He said this looking at the girls. Of course there were some who did not like this.

"No, you don't."

"Don't listen to Scott." Jean said as she nudged him.

"Don't worry, his words aren't enough for me, even though I know he has reasons to behave that way. I could end up taking something from him that he thinks is his." Not wanting to speak any further he headed towards Rogue. "Do you think you could show me the way out?"

When they reached the exit Aegon said goodbye to Rogue giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"I can see from your demeanor and the way you dress that you avoid skin-to-skin contact with others. You don't have to worry about me, Rogue."

"You know, it's a shame I didn't meet you before those girls."

"Even then you couldn't have had me to yourself. Would you have agreed to it?"

"At least I would have had a chance." The girl answered with some sarcasm.

"Who says you don't. Think about it Rogue." With those words Aegon left in the direction of the alley where he had opened a Gorge to come to the academy, leaving behind a pensive Rogue.
