Vector Manipulation, an ability that sounds like a bug, allows one to freely manipulate the direction of all types of energy, including kinetic, thermal, and electrical energy, just by touching them.

Pretty amazing, right? With this ability, even attacks against oneself can be rebounded, achieving perfect self-protection, while also being able to deliver powerful blows to opponents.

However, there is a prerequisite, one cannot exceed their own ability limit.

Currently, Renault's Vector Manipulation ability level is Level 3. He doesn't quite understand what level this corresponds to among the Pro Heroes in the world today. But after facing various types of bullies with strong Quirks over the past few years, Renault has estimated his ability's limit.

Combined with the current enemy in front of him and the few Pro Heroes he encountered earlier, Renault can conclude that his ability is hovering around the doorstep of a B-level hero.

Of course, this is only in terms of Quirk and doesn't include Renault's usage technique and other aspects.

Some might say that Level 3 is still too low even with Vector Manipulation. Renault also thought so at first, but considering his growth so far, he knows that this is only temporary. As long as his ability grows to another stage, he will definitely be able to reach the level of an A-level hero.

After all, the more one grows, the more powerful Vector Manipulation becomes. Based on the original work's Accelerator, theoretically, even nuclear weapons can be blocked without harm.

But Renault doesn't think of himself as Accelerator, where he can use his ability recklessly without consequences. This is not just a superpower, but also a Quirk that is linked to his physical fitness and other aspects.

"Ah, I'm thinking too much," said Renault, who snapped out of his thoughts and smiled as he looked at the enemy in front of him who had just been blown up by his power, "Your Quirk is quite good, but what a pity...I happen to counter you."

While the enemy was still in shock, Renault looked towards the same-aged person who was still wrapped up. He saw the person staring at him with wide eyes. From those eyes, Renault saw shock and...unwillingness?

"Hmm, you're a kid with strong self-esteem," Renault whispered as he prepared to pull him out.

The huge monster also snapped out of its daze at this time and glared at Renault furiously, "YOU BASTARD!!!" With an angry shout, a long whip made of slime slammed down toward Renault.

"Hmm?"

Renault looked at the whip but didn't move, just watched it.

"Boom!"

The slime whip smashed down with full force, but to the surprise of the crowd and the Pro Heroes, Renault was still standing there without any injury.

"It seems that your ability has not reached my reflection limit yet," said Renault.

"You damn brat! Are you underestimating me?!!"

Then, more than a dozen slime whips crazily attacked Renault, and the shockwaves of the attack even blew away the flames around them. But Renault, who was in the center of the attack, remained calm and standing.

"Well, although you are not considered trash, if only your strength is 30% higher, I might have to take you seriously," Renault evaluated as he slowly raised his hand and activated his ability.

"Boom!"

Instantly, the slime was once again blown away and the entire body of the monster was lifted up by the force of the attack.

"Watch out below!" Suddenly, a cry of alarm came from behind, causing Renault to pause. Then, a huge shock came from underground, sending Renault flying into the air, and then wrapping him up with its tentacles.

Looking up at the sky, Renault didn't resist and turned his body over. He saw the owner of the voice who warned him, a boy with dark green hair wearing the same uniform as him but didn't seem to have any abilities. He had a panicked yet determined look on his face as he rushed towards them.

What an interesting person.

In the next moment, Renault saw the boy throw his backpack and hit the monster's eye, causing it to pause. Then the boy began frantically scraping off the slime, trying to rescue the trapped boy.

The trapped tea-haired boy looked incredulous and questioned, "Deku! What are you doing?"

"I...I don't know!" The boy cried, tears and snot streaming down his face. "My feet...my feet just moved on their own!"

Watching this scene, Renault was stunned for a moment and couldn't help but smile. Honestly, he hadn't seen someone like this in years. A weak and seemingly powerless boy who dared to charge out to save someone despite knowing he couldn't win against the enemy?

Was he courageous or foolish?

"However, it's hard to hate someone like him." After saying that, the slime that had been entwined around him suddenly burst open.

Renault paused in mid-air and then quickly accelerated back to the ground, standing in front of the young man and blocking the whip that was aimed at him. With a smile at the scared young man, Renault turned his head to look at the blond man who had charged out but stopped halfway because of Renault's action. He said, "Since I've already intervened, let me finish the last step, Mr. No.1 Hero, All Might."

After speaking, he activated his ability again and the slime on the villain's body began to scatter, causing him to start screaming in pain. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Renault pulled the trapped young man out and then lightly waved his hand, causing a small whirlwind to appear and reveal the remaining half of the man's body that had lost most of its slime.

"It's over."

"Boom!" A sudden tornado appeared here and directly swept the villainous monster into the sky. It wasn't until a full minute later that the tornado that had reached the sky finally stopped, and everyone was finally able to lower their hands that had been blocking their view.

The previously rampaging slime monster had disappeared, leaving only a middle-aged man lying there, looking half-dead. After stretching his body, Renault ignored the two boys and went straight to the strength-type hero who was still stunned and took his own things back.

"Thanks~" Just as he was about to leave and hide his skills and name, a voice came from behind,

"Wait, young man." At the same time, a big hand also fell on Renault's shoulder.
