Falling

I look up to the bridge and then I see the night sky, time seems like time slowed down as I fall to my death the stars look beautiful tonight not a dark cloud in sight. A tear slip down my face, I feel like I'm finally free as I fall like the past ten years of loving him has sent me free. I feel water around me as I sink deeper to bottom I don't try to fight for air I just want to rest now. In my heart I just wish my sister forgives me, let him forgive me for all the things I've done to them, and my father and stepmother who loved me I wish they can forgive me, my grandparents too I know how much I disappoint them. Although I never hurt my sister but I believe I did when she knew that I loved him too, I didn't mean too love him but I saw him first but he on the other hand only had eyes for my sister. I couldn't let go of him that's probably why he felt disgusted by me when all I wanted to do was get to know him. I started choking on the water it was almost time I can feel my life slipping away, I slowly closed my eyes as the last face that comes to my mind is his, his beautiful face as he smiles talking away. Be happy, in the next life if we ever see each other again I'll make sure to leave you alone the way you want it. People one the bridge hold flash lights pointing towards the river.

"Someone fell in the river! Quick call the police!"

A figure in the crowd smirks, as they retreat going back to their car, driving away from the growing crowd that gathered around where the girl had fell into the river, in the background you can hear sirens blue and red lights flashing in the night.
