Meeting with the Master

" Arakan-sama! Will you please Guide my peerage!" Rias asked as she bowed in front of Arakan.

Just a few moments ago Rias and Riser had agreed to participate in a rating game to decide the marriage. If Riser wins he would get to marry Rias and if Rias wins the marriage gets canceled.

"And why do you wish for me to train you?" Arakan asked casually.

"Your current peerage system is rather similar to mine, you understand the perfect way to use a peerage without having a complete set and managed to secure the third position for this year's rating games ranking. So I beg you please train us!" Rias said as she performed a dogeza.

'Third eh? only because I didn't want to go against Roygun...something about her just doesn't seem right' Arakan thought to himself as shivered remembering Roygun's glare.

'In any case training with them should allow Hanma and Taiju to be exposed to magic and sacred gears of low levels.' Arakan thought as he thought about the suggestion for a moment.

"Nah I am good" Arakan responded and teleported away with Izana and Taiju in tow.

"Well...what now president?" Issei asked a little baffled by Arakan's action.

"We will have to train among ourselves..." Rias stated with a sigh.

'If only he had accepted it...we would have a guaranteed victory' Rias thought to herself as she clenched her fists in slight frustration.

"Why didn't you take the offer?" Taiju asked as he along with Izana and Arakan teleported in front of the Barbatos mansion in the overworld.

"Those girls are barely the beginners in their arts. I have a mythical dragon and an Immortal Spider what makes you think they will be better teachers?" Arakan asked as entered.

"Then why were you considering it?" Taiju asked a little confused.

"In supernatural terms, both you and Hanma are dog shits. The only ones you surpass are low-class devils and I am very surprised that you can do that despite not having a good mana capacity or a Sacred Gear."

"You both are coming with me on an important journey! Where you will learn with tor- teachings of a Dragon and pai- patience of a Spider" Arakan responded while correcting himself.

'He was about to say torture and pain!' Taiju thought to himself as he imagined the new hellish training.

For the past four months, Arakan has been training both Hanma and Taiju in some martial arts. Exploding Heart Fist suited Taiju the most while Hanma was more freestyle with using a combination of different martial arts depending on the situation.

Over the course of four months Arakan trained them like slaves they woke up to the sound of a whistle and said good night with a punch on the face. Needless to say, Taiju and Hanma were able to perform their martial arts to a combat-ready degree according to Arakan.

"Now we just have to see what type of magic you guys are the most connected to and then we can spread your timetable accordingly Hanma must have received his already," Arakan informed as all three of them were greeted by Sara who lead them towards the underground training establishment.

"RUN FASTER!!" Kasumi yelled as she released balls of fire behind Hanma and Kakucho as they struggled to outrun them.

"Izana-san and Taiju-san I would be the one taking care of you," Sara said as she grabbed both of them before they could protest and threw them in front of the fireballs.

"Arakan-sama, My apologies for being unable to welcome you," Grayfia said as she greeted Arakan.

"No need to be so polite about it" Arakan responded as he patted Grayfia's head. Due to the height difference, they had now Grayfia just come up to Arakan's chin.

"Also I going to visit Tiamat, I have to discuss a couple of things regarding the Rating game and I haven't seen her for a while now," Arakan said as he removed his hand from Grayfia's head.

"I see, take care in that case" Grayfia responded in a soft voice.

"Make sure to break their bones~" Arakan said cheerfully as he opened a portal and waved Grayfia goodbye.

Arakan opened his eyes to see a giant opening to a cave covered with raven black rocks that seemed to stand out in the area filled with pale sand.

'This place is as shitty as I remember' Arakan thought to himself as he tried to take a deep breath but particles of sand entered his nose making him cough for a good minute.

"fucking hell..." Arakan muttered to himself as he finally stopped coughing and entered the cave.

"Tia-san!!" Arakan yelled loudly as his voice echoed throughout the cave. Following the voice was a slight earthquake as the whole cave shook.

'Wait she is coming out in her dragon form!' Arakan thought to himself as he quickly left the entrance of the cave as Tiamat emerged from the cave in her full glory.

Her Azure scales shined in the sun, her giant Dragonic wings flapped a couple of times as she stayed suspended in the air as flames surrounded her mouth.

'Wait surely she is not trying to do that' Arakan thought to himself as pale blue embers surrounded his palm. Tiamat opened her mouth and released a wave of crimson flames aimed at Arakan.

"Midnight Blaze" Arakan muttered as released a wave of pale blue flames that clashed against Tiamat's wave. The waves of flames spread as they battled for dominance.

'and now for phase two', Arakan thought to himself as a magic circle appeared in front of his palms completely ignoring the flames as they continued to pass through it.

A strong gust of wind erupted from the magic circle as it favored the pale blue flames and clashed against Tiamat's wave. The two waves remained suspended in mid-air as they continued to clash for dominance.

The clash ended as both Tiamat and Arakan stopped their input of mana and the remnant blazes clashed with each other causing an explosion. Tiamat slowly descended to the ground as she turned into her human form.

"You have been improving your magic!" Tiamat said cheerfully as she just didn't try to burn Arakan to a crisp.

"Huh? yeah I have been training it plus I am still no master at it," Arakan responded as he put out a tired sigh and sat on the ground.

'even training for so long, I have yet to get my magic to a Satan's level...I truly have no talent regarding it' Arakan thought to himself as he released a disappointed sigh.

"Don't look down on yourself already, you have managed to make your magic to be strong enough to match mine for a good ten minutes, if you use it in short bursts you should have no problem against Satan class opponents" Tiamat said as stood in front of Arakan and offered her hand.

Arakan lifted his hand in response as Tiamat pulled him into a hug. She tightly grasped onto Arakan as she nuzzled into his embrace.

"Tia~ let me go I have to take a bath I am already sweaty from the standoff, " Arakan said as he pleaded to be freed. Being one of the only five Dragon Kings Tiamat's flames were way hotter when compared to other users.

"Well then let me check it~~" Tiaman responded swiftly as she started to sniff Arakan's chest as a little drool leaked from her mouth.

'He smells so sweet~' Tiamat thought to herself as her hug got tighter as she started to lose her standing in the world of consciousness and her eyes gained a dangerous glint.

"Tia?" Arakan questioned with a slight blush from being sniffed while he was still a little sweaty. His call snapped Tiamat from her world as she slowly released herself from Arakan's embrace.

"Ahem, In any case, how come you suddenly remember me after such a long time. " Tiamat asked completely ignoring the situation that just happened.

"Oh yeah! I was here to meet you and to discuss a Rating game that is coming up" Arakan responded as he had almost forgotten why he came there.

"I see, how about you take a bath before we start discussing about... things" Tiamat suggested with a smile as Arakan nodded his head in agreement unable to notice the slight smirk she had.
