"And then Mikey appeared and tried to kick Taiju's ass but I blocked it, and then he went on rambling about something for his brother," Arakan said as he opened his eyes to see the rest of the Tenijiku's core members already half asleep.

"Having a nice sleep eh?" Arakan said as veins tightened around his head and he started to beat the sleep out of them. Within ten minutes the Tenjiku's top members were now sitting with bruised faces.

"Although I admit we were ignoring your story you didn't have to beat us up," Rindou said as he massaged his swollen cheeks as the rest of the members agreed in unison.

"Well long story short, we are going to scrap the old plan I have decided to take over the whole Kanto in a single sweep!" Arakan declared as he spread open his arms.

"Now you are talking~" Hanma responded with a grin.

"Kanto is already in our grasp," Rindou said.

"I am going to have fun bashing their head~" Ran responded with a smile.

"I will teach those Toman fuckers what it means to mess with Tenjiku!" Taiju said firmly.

"The whole Kanto eh? looks like I have some preparations to make" Kokonoi said.

"No need, Kokonoi, Inupi both of you are also in this battle," Arakan said shocking them.

"Finally having to get our hand dirty eh? got ya boss" Inupi responded with a grin. Since the creation of Tenjiku Inui and Kokonoi have been doing the dirty work of Tenjiku and now it was time they hit the battlefield as well.

"It is going to be the first all-out war that Tenjiku will have against someone! Izana! Kakuzho!Taiju! Hanma! Ran! Rindou! Kokonoi! Inupi! Teniku's era of domination has finally appeared!!" Arakan declared as they all cheered in response.

"It was all months ago..." Arakan muttered as he looked at an empty warehouse that used to be the first base of Tenjiku.

"Do you regret it sometimes?" Izana asked as he stood beside Arakan.

"I guess so...It was four months ago when I disbanded Tenjiku" Arakan said with a soft smile as he sat on a chair.

"Everyone!! We are the victors of the Kanto war! We have defeated every gang that ever had their presence in this region! Onzuku Kizoku, SS, ICBM, Night Dust, and Tokyo Manji all have been defeated!" Arakan announced with a grin as the members of Tenjiku cheered in unison.

"We are now the rulers of the whole Kanto region! We have proved ourselves to be the largest and the strongest among all the gangs in Japan! Even the first Genrationg of Black Dragons was unable to do what we did!"

"From now on Tenjiku is being Disbanded!!" Arakan announced loudly as the members of Tenjiku looked at him dumbfounded.

"Oi! Oi! Oi!" Hanma exclaimed shocked as he approached Arakan who was standing on a higher platform.

"What the hell are you saying Arakan!" Hanma yelled as Taiju backed him as well.

"We have just stood on top of Kanto and prooved ourselves so why!?" Taiju asked as well.

"It is because we are on the peek and I want it to be like this forever. Tenjiku is now officially disbanded!!" Arakan announced as everyone just looked at him in silence. Arakan said nothing as turned and started to walk away with Kakucho and Izana behind him.

"Arakan!!" Hanma yelled as he approached him along with the rest of the Tenjiku's core members behind him.

"Answer me, you bastard!!" Hanma yelled pissed as he approached them.

"You promised me an exciting life! you promised us!" Hanma yelled as he walked toward Arakan, Izana, and Kakucho.

"The lanky fucker is right! What happened to your...no to our ambition!!" Taiju yelled.

"We pledged to be with you and follow you with our lives! now you want to just throw everything and walk away!!" Rin exclaimed.

"You promised us a new era! and we Don't see it!!" Inui yelled.

"Stop walking and answer us you, trap-looking bastard!" Hanma yelled out loud.

Hearing Hanma's words Arakan paused for a moment as the rest of the Tenjiku's core caught up with him.

"at least tell us a reason!" Kokonoi said as he too approached him.

"Yours and everyone's anger is valid, I promised everyone things I am unable to archive..." Arakan responded with his head down as rain poured from the skies.

"Kakucho has been taking good care of this place," Izana said as he looked around.

"Yeah...I really hoped that Tenjiku lasted a lot longer, even though we won the war and took over the Kanto the supernatural side of things has started to get a lot messy" Arakan said as he let out a sigh.

"There is nothing you could have done to stop that, disbanding the Tenjiku was the right idea you wouldn't have been able to manage the whole Kanto and the supernatural side of things together," Izana said as he patted Arakan's shoulder and sat beside him.

"It is time to leave Riser should be arriving at any moment as the one overseeing the discussion you should not be the last one to be present" Izana informed as he opened a teleport circle under them.

"As if I could be bothered" Arakan muttered as he got teleported along with Izana by his side.

'Riser and Rias's marriage meeting...what a pain did the writer had to make this arc?' Arakan thought to himself as he saw Rias and her peerage along with the new addition Issei who was baffled to see Arakan and Izana.

"Eh?! Arakan-sensei and Izana-sempai?!" Issei yelled in confusion as he saw Arakan and Izana appear out of a teleport circle.

"He is your new pawn I suppose?" Arakan asked as he sat on the president's chair.

"He is indeed my new peerage member, I apologize for his lack of conduct Arakan-sama," Rias said as she gave a slight bow.

"I would also like you to introduce you to my new bishop Asia," Rias said as she presented Asia who seemed to be cowering from Arakan.

"I expected more from someone of your standard, regardless do you know the reason I called you here?" Arakan asked as he looked at Rias while Asia just stood beside Issei.

"Yes, it is related to my wedding with Riser," Rias said as she looked down while Issei was too confused to even talk his shocked face was all one could see.

"Your new member is shocked to his core explain the basics of the situation to him the basics the Chicken should be here soon" Arakan informed as Akeno brought him a cup of tea.

"Issei, I have already explained to you the basics of the Devil nobles, the man in front of you is Arakan Barbatos the head of the Barbatos family. Despite being of the same age as you he far surpasses your current strength so be respectful towards him" Rias said as she introduced Arakan.

"and Also I own the Kuoh" Arakan added.

"What!?!" Issei yelled in confusion as another teleportation circle opened on the floor as Riser had his appearance surrounded by embers.

"Riser Phenex heir of the Phenex clan of the 72 pillars of hell greets Barbatos-sama! I thank you for allowing us to use your property to discuss our personal affairs" Raiser said as he bowed in front of Arakan.

"I was asked by your and Gremory's father to overlook this so no need to thank me, the faster the negotiations go the better I do not wish to waste most of my time here" Arakan stated without even glancing towards Riser.

"I see in that case I too would not like to use much of your time" Riser responded respectfully as he sat down opposite Rias.

"It is a pleasure to see you again my dear Rias, I hope that you are ready for the marriage." Riser said as he accepted tea from Akeno.

"Riser! I have said multiple times I will marry the man I choose!" Rias said out loud as she put her arm in front of her chest.

'Why are they making such unnecessary moments' Arakan thought as he saw Riser just sitting while smugly responding while Rias would swing her arms every time she made an argument.

"Well since both parties are not satisfied we can settle this with a rating game," Arakan said as both Riser and Rias turned towards him.

"Rating game? What is that?" Issei asked confused.

"Rating game can be said a chess simulation to test the strength and strategy of two different peerages. It is quite a topic among the devil youths and a way of entertainment or show of strength for the adults. Each of the rating games is supervised by Tiamat one of the five Dragon Kings." Arakan informed as Issei looked amazed.

"I accept!!" Rias immediately yelled as she heard Arakan.

"You serious? Hahahhahah!" Raiser asked as he laughed loudly.

"You do realize that you don't even have a proper peerage as compared to a complete one like mine?" Riser said as a portal appeared behind him and his peerage appeared.

"They are all beauties!" Issei exclaimed.

"It is a harem! a harem!" Issei yelled as he saw Riser's peerage.

"Dose your pawn dream of a harem as well?" Riser asked.

"Yes, he dreams to be a harem lord" Rias responded.

"I see then let me give you a taste," Riser said as his queen Yubelluna came forwards and sat on his lap. They both looked into each other's eyes before they started to kiss each other intensely.

"After I marry Rias her peerage would belong to me as well," Riser said with a smirk. Hearing Riser's words Issei got mad and charged at him however Riser's pawn Mira blocked the blow.

Before the both could continue any longed two large arms grabbed their faces and smashed both of them on the table surprising everyone watching.

"Strikeeee!" Taiju yelled as he then suspended both Mira and Issei in mid-air and punched them into the wall planting their face there. Riser and Rias along with their peerage prepared themselves as they stood against Taiju.

"Who in the world are you!!" Rias said as she prepared a magic circle in front of her.

"How dare you disrespect Riser!?" Riser yelled as he too prepared a magic circle.

"He is a part of my peerage. If you wish to have a conflict with him it means you wish to have a conflict with me!" Arakan exclaimed as he stood from his seat.

"I see! Riser apologizes in that case" Riser responded as he canceled his magic circle and sat down while his peerage relaxed as well.

"My humble apologies Barbatos-sama," Rias said as she bowed and sat down as well.

"heh! Weaklings" Taiju remarked with a smirk as he stood behind Arakan along with Izana.

"The meeting is now concluded! The marriage will be decided by the winner of the rating game! In case Riser wins Rias will marry him with no questions and if Rias wins Riser will no longer persuade her!" Arakan exclaimed as Issei and Mira both wobbly released themselves from the hole.

"Riser accepts!" Riser exclaimed.

"I accept it as well!" Rias responded.
