"The Sitri princess seems to be focusing on the strays surrounding the Kuoh rather than the ones inside the city, Gremory Princess however is more focused on getting new members as she has yet to start exterminating the Strays and Fallen Angels."

"I see then what are the current conditions of Kuoh?"

"The members of Church are the ones that mostly take care of the strays within Kuoh I am afraid that any more of this continues and the influence of Church would increase."

Over the year Arakan's appearance had changed to great degrees. Having his growth phase he now stood at a height of 6'2. His long dark green hair with some jade green strands.

His hair was tied with long bangs behind his ears. His skin was still a fair and smooth as ever. His ember eyes now had a powerful glow that demanded respect.

"My peerage members are one of the few people I trust, that is why I can't leave my home to just anybody," Arakan said with a smile.

'Arakan-san just praised me!' Kasumi thought to herself as a pink hue appeared on her cheeks.

"I will be leaving in a few minutes, thank you for putting up with my requests," Arakan said with a smile as he left the room.

'A year has already passed, I wonder how Tenjiku is doing, with Iza-chin and Kaku-chan as the acting president and vice-president' Arakan thought while Izana and Kakucho did report to him during their rating games he still hasn't been there for a while.

'Since the flux of Fallen and Strays has grown near Kuoh over the week I think the canon should be starting soon as well.' Arakan thought as he walked through the hallways of the Barbatos household.

'Those princesses have learned nothing but instead allowed pests to multiply within my territory, inexcusable' Arakan thought as he entered the bath.

*Knock**Knock*

"Who is there?" Arakan asked from the bath.

"It is your servant Seves, young master, lord Lucifer is asking for the presence of Nobles" Seves replied from the other side of the door.

"I see, I will be there in a minute" Arakan responded as he got up from his bath.

'I barely managed to relax after washing myself, what a drag' Arakan thought to himself as flames extended from his fingers and surrounded him drying him.

Putting on his bathrobes Arakan opened the door and was approached by Seves.

"Young Master, lord Lucifer is asked for the presence of every noble devil for a meeting," Seves repeated.

"I heard it the first time, huff, what do you think it is about now?" Arakan questioned.

"I believe it might be regarding the marriage of the Gremory Princess and the conclusion of the treaty" Seves responded.

"Arakan-sama, your clothes have been prepared please get ready to leave as soon as possible" Grayfia said as she approached both of them.

"Thank you for your work, Seves, Grayfia" Arakan responded as proceeded to enter his room.

"to think that lord Barbatos's territory would be ruined within two years...they are very competent in being incompetent it is rather surprising," Grayfia said as she let out a sigh.

"It is truly pitiful, however, it was Arakan-sama who allowed them to oversee his territory." Seves responded with a sigh.

"It no longer matters, Seves, the past is in the past it is time I fix the present" Arakan responded as got out of his room fully dressed.

"No need to accompany me for today Grayfia, I am leaving for the human world after the meeting regardless. " Arakan said before Grayfia could ask.

A magic circle appeared below him with the symbol of the Barbatos house. A light green tint surrounded him as he vanished from the mansion along with the circle.

"I was gone for a few years and you all still smell like shit," Arakan said as he kicked open the door of Tenjiku's base. Over this period of time, the base had gone through a change as it looked like an expensive living quarter rather than a Gang Meeting place.

"Captain!" Inupi, Kokonoi, Hanma, and Haitani brothers yelled in unison as they saw Arakan for the first time in years.

"Tenjiku's leader is back! know who is ready to take over Kanto?" Arakan yelled with a grin as Tenjiku members cheered.

Over the years Tenjiku grew as it took over most of the Kanto the only territories left were the ones that belonged to Toman, ICBM, Onizoku Kizoku, SS, and Night Dust.

"Although we stopped our Vanguard from just rushing and taking over territories after you left a lot of gangs just surrendered themselves to us," Kokonoi said as he explained the current situation to Arakan.

"I see, did any new gangs start in the period I was gone?"

"There was one, it was called Valhalla however Mikey defeated their leader and almost killed their number three " Kokonoi responded.

"Your brother sounds strong ya know," Arakan said as he looked towards Izana.

"He doesn't hold a candle to Tenjiku" Izana responded.

"What do you guys say...Let's take over the other five first, we are going to corner Toman" Arakan said as he stood up from his seat.

"Manjiro Sano is said to be invincible however he can't win against a whole army..." Kokonoi muttered.

"Army? you are forgetting something Koko, I am Arakan! I took over a fifth of Kanto in three days I don't need an army to defeat a kid" Arakan declared with a grin.

"Fun time is comming~"

"By the way where the faq is Taiju? I thought I asked everyone to be present?" Arakan questioned.

"He went to the nearby convenience store to get some stuff. I almost forgot captain do you know someone by the name of Kisaki?" Kokonoi asked.

"I don't have the time to remember the name of every ant we come across" Arakan responded simply.

"He was trying to enter the ranks of Tenjiku, he is quite smart I managed to cut off Tenjiku's connection with him however make distance from him" Kokonoi warned.

"An ant will remain an ant no matter how strong its bite is, it will be crushed with enough force" Arakan responded before heading out.

"Taiju is going to feel it in the morning" Inupi commented.

"I wanna watch it~" Hanma said.

"Sure go ahead we will give you a proper cremation at the very least" Ran responded.

"man I really wanted to this ass whooping," Rindou said with a sigh of disappointment.

"come over to my place," Hakkai said as he invited Takemichi with a smile.

"eh-eh ok" Takemichi muttered rather nervously.

'But this is Hakkaii Shiba, this murderer wants to be friends with me!?!' Takemichi thought to himself.

"If you two are 'bros' now then I get to be elder sister to both of you~" Yuzuha declared.

"Huh!?! you are Brother and Sister!?!" Takemichi exclaimed baffled.

"Buy me some juice since you are little brother now" Yuzuha commanded jokingly.

"You both don't really look alike" Hina commented.

"You don't look like you got any fight in you. Why are you even a captain in Toman?" Yuzuha asked.

"urk!" Takemichi exclaimed.

'She got me where it hurts' He thought to himself.

"Hakkai obviously got the capacity to outrank you...but he's got no interest in that" Yuzuha said as she complimented Hakkai.

"You are right Shiba-kun does look strong" Hina added.

"Hina!" Takemichi exclaimed

'Hmm? what's with the silence' Takemichi thought as he followed them with Hina by his side.

"You are totally hopeless," Yuzuha said as she tapped Hakkai's shoulder.

"Just being the top guy gives me a headache, I just wanna be free~" Hakkaisaid with a smile as he turned towards Takemichi.

"You are really cool!" Hina exclaimed as she heard Hakkai's reasons.

"We are almost close to our house," Hakkai said as they had been walking for a while.

"Hakkai...we are in trouble" Yuzuha muttered as they noticed a bunch of men wearing Tenjiku's uniform outside their house.

"Hanagaki, sorry man, you'd better go home" Hakkai suggested as he tried to push him back.

'What is that uniform? I don't think I have seen them before' Hanagaki thought as he too noticed the Tenjiku's men.

"well, well, well if it isn't our young master Hakkai~" Shion said as he approached the four of them.

'Who is this guy? I have never seen him in the future before!' Hanagaki thought in a slight panic.

"Hmm? who the hell are these jerks?" Shion questioned as he looked at Hanagaki and Hina.

"I have seen him before...he is the first division captain of Toman," A man beside him in Tenjiku uniform said.

"Huh!? there is a Toman fucker in our turf!!" Shion yelled enraged.

"You tryin to Fuck with us!?"

"You are not leaving the turf in one piece asshole!" Shion yelled as the rest of the Tenjiku members followed him.

"This whole zone is Tenjiku's territory! If any other gangs swagger in the Boss has given us the right to kill them!" Shion declared proudly.

Arakan had indeed given them the freedom to do as they wish to do with the intruders from other gangs however they are not to harm civilians unless they are trying to block them.

"You know what that means right!? Hangaki!!" Shion yelled with a grin on his face.

"Go get them, boys!!" Shion commanded. Over time Shion had gained some reputation within the Tenjiku however he was nowhere near the level of Tenjiku's core but some of the ex- Aka Oni still followed him.

"Lay off guys Takemichi is my buddy" Hakkai warned.

"Hina-chan stay back, they don't get easy on girls," Yuzuha said as she pulled Hina towards her.

"Hakkai~ even the friends of our young master needs to be taught some proper manners," Shion said with a grin.

"So that's Hanagaki?"

"I didn't expect him to be a pussy!"

"I will kill him for street gred."

"I told you to not hurt my friends...so please-" Hakkai said

'Does he knows someone from Tenjiku?' Takemichi thought.

"Huh!? did you not just hear us? we don't take orders from you!"

"Do you wanna get the girls killed as well?!" Before he could continue Hakkain punched the man to the ground.

"Fuck off!" Hakkai warned shocking the Tenjiku's members.

"Sorry to get you involved as well Hanagaki. One of the Core members of Tenjiku is Taiju Shiba" Hakkai informed.

"Huh?" "Shiba!? " Takemichi muttered confused.

"yeah Taiju's our older brother" Yuzuha explained.

"He is hardly as home except for such pain in the ass" Hakkain complained.

One of the members immediately pointed a pocked knife at Hakkai's throat.

"Don't talk shit about the Leader of Tenjiku's Strike Squad!" The man yelled in anger.

"Talk anymore like this and I will kill you"

"You have no damn chill"

"You think I won't do it!" The man yelled in as he was about to strike however he was kicked in the head by Yuzuha giving Hakkai, Hina, and Takemichi a view of her pantsu.

"Back off Rm#1, they are boss sibs" Shion warned.

"Hina-chan, Takemichi leave we will handle this" Yuzuha said in seriousness as Takemichi merely nodded. However just as he was about to leave with Hina.

Taiju rushed towards Takemichi from a nearby Alleyway and choke slammed Hanagaki on the ground. Tears dwelled in Takemichi's eyes as he looked to see the absolute beast of a man in front of him.

"Your Shit Just Got Wrecked!!" Taiju yelled with a huge open mouth grin.

"That's not fair! You guys looked like you were having so much fun~" Taiju exclaimed.

"Let me join in!" Taiju yelled as he lifted Takemichi by his collar.

"Hyhahahaha!!" Taiju laughed madly as he punched Takemichi's face with his other hand. Just as Taiju was about to take another step Arakan appeared as he leaped in the air.

"Heads Up!!" Arakan yelled as Taiju looked towards his direction only to eat Arakan's boots in the face. With the force, Taiju got knocked down as Arakan stood over his face.

"Ehh!" Takemichi yelled surprised.

"He defeated Taiju in a single move!" Hakkai too exclaimed rather surprised.

"Hakkai...he is wearing the same long coat" Yuzuha pointed out as they noticed the Tenjiku's commander coat hanging over Arakan's shoulder.

"Teniju's Founder and creator! Arakan has returned!!" Arakan declared as he turned towards the four trespassers as a shiver ran down their spines.
