"Your Shit Just Got Wrecked!!" Taiju yelled with a huge open mouth grin.

"That's not fair! You guys looked like you were having so much fun~" Taiju exclaimed.

"Let me join in!" Taiju yelled as he lifted Takemichi by his collar.

"Hyhahahaha!!" Taiju laughed madly as he punched Takemichi's face with his other hand. Just as Taiju was about to take another step Arakan appeared as he leaped in the air.

"Heads Up!!" Arakan yelled as Taiju looked towards his direction only to eat Arakan's boots in the face. With the force, Taiju got knocked down as Arakan stood over his face.

"Ehh!" Takemichi yelled surprised.

"He defeated Taiju in a single move!" Hakkai too exclaimed rather surprised.

"Hakkai...he is wearing the same long coat" Yuzuha pointed out as they noticed the Tenjiku's commander coat hanging over Arakan's shoulder.

"Teniju's Founder and creator! Arakan has returned!!" Arakan declared as he turned towards the four trespassers as a shiver ran down their spines.

"You must be Hanagaki Takemichi, the First Division Captain of Toman," Arakan said as he stepped off Taiju and walked towards them.

"I don't care if you are the leader of Tenjiku, you wanna reach Hanagaki? you will have to go-" Hakkai's speech was cut off as Arakan performed a tornado kick planting his face on the ground.

"Just because I took on Taiju doesn't mean I am on your side pipsqueaks," Arakan said with a grin as he continued to approach the remaining three.

"Send this message to Mikey, Tenjiku currently stands as the greatest Delinquent gang within Kanto in the next three weeks we are going to take over Toman as well so be prepared," Arakan said as he turned away and dragged Taiju with him.

'that guy...he is scarier than Draken!' Takemichi thought as he took deep breaths.

"His presence was demanding fear and respect...who is he?" Yuzuha questioned as she stared in the direction the Tenjiku left to.

'My body is still shaking from his glare...is this the presence of Tenjiku's leader' Yuzuha thought as her hands still trembled a little.

'Why is someone like that not famous in the future!?' Takemichi thought to himself as he had not heard about the Tenjiku or anything related to them.

"You are lucky that Boss returned right now or I would have killed ya all" Shion said as he too left the scene.

"Kuoh Academy, a High School, and a College..." Arakan muttered as he stood in front of the gates of Kuoh High.

'How nostalgic to see it, I bought it a few years ago when it was at its lowest now it's a gathering place for all' Arakan thought to himself as he noticed a wave of students roaming inside its boundaries.

"Hey who is that guy standing there?"

"Whoa! he looks so charming!"

"I wonder if he is a model"

"He has been looking towards the school for a while is he going to enroll?

"He will finally have another man other than Kiba-sempai!"

"Comparing him to Kiba-sempai is like comparing heaven to earth!"

"He does have that mysterious beauty around him"

"Kyaa~ he glanced towards me!!"

'Hmm? they seem to have noticed me, it could be rude to just stare at them' Arakan thought as he let out a gentle smile and gave a small wave.

"He waved!!!"

"Sempai noticed mee!!!!"

"Kyaaa~~"

'How is it even possible to have heart-shaped pupils! This world confuses me' Arakan thought to himself as he approached the gates of Kuoh High and entered.

"He is coming this way!!"

"Over here cutie!!"

"Die pretty boy!!"

The difference between the attitude of Boys and Girls towards Arakan was the difference between day and night. The girls seemed to adore him while the boys wanted his head.

'What is wrong with the people of this nation? I wonder if the people of Japan in my previous world were like this.' Arakan thought as he entered the school.

"Arakan-sama!" Tsubaki called to him just as he was about to enter the academy building.

"?? oh Tsubaki-san it has been a long time since we last had a talk," Arakan said as he noticed Tsubaki coming towards him.

"I apologize! I was not informed about your arrival!" Tsubaki apologized as she performed a perfect bow in front of him.

"Ararara~ You are being too polite Tsubaki-san, I am here only for...let's say a surprise check" Arakan responded with a smile.

'Surprise check!? he has not returned since he handed over his territory to Rias-san and Sona-sama!' Tsubaki thought to herself nervously.

"There is no need to stall for any longer. Take me to the student council room I wish to meet Sona first and hear her reports after all it is still 'my' territory" Arakan responded while maintaining his smile.

'His? Of course, Kuoh was always Barabtos's territory! we were just looking after it for the time being!' Tsubaki realized as she stood in a few seconds of shock.

"Now then would you be dear and the way, Tsubai-san?" Arakan asked as he patted Tsubaki's shoulder interrupting her thoughts.

"it would be my pleasure" Tsubaki responded rather nervously as she started leader Arakan towards the student council room while a small crowd gathered around them.

Tsubaki was naturally one of the top beauties of Kuoh Academy she was saught by many young men who were there just to stare at her. She was said to be the cool beauty and now she was walking with a man handsome enough to claim himself as the God and get away with it.

"Here is the room," Tsubaki said as she stopped in front of a door that has a Studen Council written outside of it.

Arakan without giving a second thought opened the door and simply entered it. He glanced towards the baffled members of the Student Council and noticed a few new devils.

"Arakan-sama!" Sona exclaimed surprised as she stood up from her seat and bowed in front of him.

'President is bowing in front of him??'

'Who is this guy??'

'why is here!?!'

"You have increased your peerage to quite some degree although they are not the best they are...there that is what that matters," Arakan said as he noticed the small amount of mana they possessed.

'Even I had more mana when I was 12' Arakan thought to himself rather disappointed seeing Sona's peerage.

"In any case, Sona, show me the way to Gremory's Clubroom, Tsubaki take whoever you want and collect her peerage within ten minutes" Arakan commanded as he motioned them to stand up.

"Wait who are you? and what are you doing??" Momo questioned unable to process what was going on.

"I apologize I have yet to introduce you all," Sona responded as she walked in front of Arakan.

"The gentleman in front of you all is Arakan Barbatos one of the Dukes of hell and the current head of the Barbatos Family," Sona said as she introduced Arakan.

"Nice to meet you all, now get going," Arakan said as he left the room with Sona.

"It has been quite long since we had a walk like this hasn't it?" Arakan said as he walked beside Sona.

"It certainly has been, it may come off as rude, but why the sudden visit?" Sona asked.

"What is wrong with checking on your own house?" Arakan responded with a smile.

'There has been an influx of Stays and Fallen in Kuoh, is he here regarding our incompetence of taking care of this territory?' Sona thought nervously.

"A few days ago Lucifer held a meeting with all the heads of the remaining 32 pureblood families, I am here to discuss regarding same, this city is going to be chaotic soon," Arakan said as Sona froze up.

'A meeting with the Maou regarding Kuoh? could it be something serious? after all the Maou wouldn't look at a Duke's territory for anything minor' Sona thought overthinking about Arakan's words.

"Don't overthink, I have to announce my words" Arakan said as he patted Sona's head.

"Besides there is a lot more to happen than just a simple meeting today." Arakan as they both reached the building used as the clubroom for the Occult Research Club.

"Now that you all have there it is nice to see you all again," Arakan said as he sat on the President's chair while the other devils sat or stood in front of him.

"I am here for a few things and would be sticking around for a while as well"

"First thing First, Rias your time for marriage with Riser is not that far, the discussion between you two would be in a few months so prepare yourself"

"Secondly there have been talks regarding the peach treaty and this school will be used as the common ground for the faction leaders to meet up."

"And lastly you all must give me a report on what you have done since I let you guys borrow this town," Arakan said as he dropped all the info on them.

"A-a report?" Saji asked in a squeaky tone.

"A report indeed, when allowed you two to oversee the territory I asked you to keep reports regarding the smallest things, I wish to see them"

"Now!" Arakan commanded as his Haki spread within the room forcing everyone on their knees and damaging the walls and floor.

'What pressure?'

'It is more forceful than last time!'

'Is this the presence of a Duke from hell'

'Haa~'

"If you cannot give me written notes then you are going to provide me with your verbal assessment and remember there will be consequences of lying," Arakan warned as he stopped his flow of haki allowing the devils to breathe properly.

"Now, Now chop-chop! Rias Sona, I don't have the whole day" Arakan said as he put his legs on the desk.

Sona and Rias shakingly stood up as they performed a polite bow. Sona left the room to get her documents while Rias just stood up and faced Arakan.

"I assume your report will be a verbal one?" Arakan questioned.

"Yes," Rias simply replied.

"Very well where was the most active place you were in, this would include fallen and strays alike"

"It was the fifth street and near the sixteenth street"

"I see, what area were you the most active in?"

"Around the sixteenth street"

"How many strays and fallen you killed?"

"I am...not sure"

"Give me a rough estimate"

"12 to 15 combined I would say"

"I see, take a seat and relax, Akeno bring some tea for her, we don't want her to be stressed out. Right?" Arakan said as continued to ignore whatever the rest of them did.

"You are here at last Sona! I have been waiting"

"Here are the documents," Sona said as she presented the documents to Arakan, he picked them up and left.

"He is gone?" Rias asked in slight doubt.

"Yeah...it was stressful" Sona responded as she let out a sigh.

"He used to be a lot friendlier when he was younger," Rias said as she let out a breath she didn't even realize she was holding.
