Chapter 4 Torino
Right now, Gran Torino was reading a file about the boy who was currently admitted in a hospital.
"is the information in these files correct" Gran Torino asked the inspector that gave him the file
"yes sir this was all that was left after the fire and the family also had a few connections due to the job of the father and mother" the inspector replied
"alright go back" Gran Torino ordered, even though Gran Torino was a hero most people in the hero and govt knows that he acts more like a soldier and him being one of the people on the forefront in the war against All for one and also the mentor of Allmight the current #1 hero gives him power to command most of the police forces most times
The inspector gave a salute and went away
Gran Torino completed the file and started summarising all the information he had of the boy
'Enmado Inazuma, 6 year old, quirk was underdeveloped but doctors had guaranteed that he had one but it has not manifested yet
His parents were both detectives, both orphans with his mother having slight connections with a few business enterprises
Both the parents had died in the battle of the Yakuza right now leaving the boy orphaned but enough resources to live well even after being an adult'
Torino let out a sigh, this was just the preliminary investigation of the boy and just a few hours ago he had manifested his quirk
'super speed with electric emission during its use, it's a good one but the kid had fainted right after its use and the firefighter who had found the kid had told that he had lost all his memories after getting a wound on his head'
Currently Torino was sitting in front of the room in the hospital where the kid was admitted. He felt a bit responsible for not being able to save the girl because of his carelessness so he felt like personally making sure that the kid was okay as a thankyou for correcting his mistake
Then the doctor suddenly came out and Torino stood up
"doctor what's the boy's condition" Torino asked
"the kid is healthy sir, just a bit out of energy it seems like an effect of his quirk and it takes its calories as the cost of using it" the doctor replied
"is that so" 'it's a good quirk ' thought Torino
"yes it is, if his quirk had not healed all the wounds that he had he might have been in a more critical condition"
"wait, what do you mean by healing" shocked a bit Gran Torino asked
"Oh , so you didn't know before saving him. Well the kid's quirk is somehow accelerating his cell division by consuming energy from the body and the cell division is not harming the vitality of the child as well. I have a minor quirk of analyse that can scan what is happening in front of me and I was able to know that his quirk was healing him in this method
Well then Mr Torino I have to meet a lot of patients due to today being an emergency so I will have to say goodbye but it was still an honour to meet you"
The doctor began to move away and stopped
"oh by the way the kid was not healing before because it seems like he had used up almost all the energy of his body before except for a bit that maintained his functions, not to worry about this as this might be because of his body being young and the quirk requires more energy though I can't say what emptied his energy before
I have put him in an IV drip and had administrated medicines but after he wakes up make sure to give him more calorie rich food if you want him to use his quirk as it requires energy"
The doctor went away
Gran Torino was in a slightly shocked state this time, he had listened to everything that the doctor said and had not informed him about his speed quirk
He looked into the room and saw the boy sleeping in the bed
' speed and accelerated healing, I thought his quirk was just speed a simple one but it seems like one of the complicated new generation ones and the chances of him developing more are high'
He began to think about the situation in which the kid had used his speed
' if I was in the kid's place would I have been able to reach that girl, in my prime maybe but I have to go full force and will be a bit winded after it
Just a kid and reaching my prime what will happen when he grows up
And along with a healing quirk which seems to have healed that injury in the kid's head as well. If the information goes out his quirk will be targeted by that bastard'
His eyes darkened a bit with that thought
'the kid has no relatives left and possibly no memories either makes him a perfect target for that bastard'
Suddenly Inazuma opened his eyes
"where am I ?" he tried to get up
Torino pushed him back into the bed gently
"don't move much kid you are recovering right now "
Inazuma laid back listening to him, he recognized Torino but thought of not saying it as his backstory is amnesia
"what's your name kid" Torino asked
"Inazuma"
"do you remember your full name"
"no, I don't know"
'just as I thought the quirk must have healed his head but not his memories ' Torino thought
Torino had given up his kid for his safety so he had no experience dealing with kids so he decided to be blunt or more like he had no idea of another way
"Kid I am sorry to say this but you and your family had an accident and you are the only survivor seeing that you are alone right now how would you like to get adopted" he dropped a bomb like it was nothing
Inazuma's eyes went

"are you a scammer after my parent's money or something"
