Chapter 2: The Bloody Painting - Introduction

The night before she enters the crew, Mei Yi dreamt of Ming Tian taking her to an art gallery and showing her the bleeding painting, saying that it was pitiful and tragic.

When she woke up, Mei Yi was almost late to enter the crew as a worker helping to move stuff. The caste, who were already on the bus, consisted of Wen Xing Ya, a shaman and doctor in case something happens, Tang Bo Wen, a rock star and former monk, and Jacob Hosea, a catholic priest/ Ming Han, an ESP, and Layla, a researcher, boarded the bus after, Ming Han complaining that Layla slept in and she said she was heartbroken, so slept late. Yi Jiang, Ming Han and Layla's assistant, followed in the crew and helped out with moving stuff.

On the bus, the casts were briefed in on their first case that takes place at an private art academy. They were told that there is a cursed painting that bleeds blood at midnight in the school, and with it, a weeping cry could be heard. It's suspected that the weeping belongs to the creator of the painting, a female senior art student named Quan Na, who had committed suicide and passed away in the art room. The reason for committing suicide is suspected to be due to pressure of getting into college and home financial troubles.

When they got to the school, Mei Yi was shocked when she saw the painting and Yi Jiang, who caught her expression, asked her about it and she told him that she dreamt about this painting last night.
