Chapter 116:- Hiroshima Conquered 2

"In the realm of deceit, only a rebellion can overthrow the puppet heroes dancing on strings." - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

"Ohhh and make sure to record it well, let the whole world see what happens to people who break the public's faith." said Izuku as he hovered in the air starting to go somewhere, when he turned back and said, "You do this, till then I'll bring your daughters back," saying that Izuku teleported himself.

And in a few hours, Izuku brought back all the girls who were kidnapped and the dead bodies of a few unfortunate souls who died.

All of them were kept in a hospital, as Izuku had fixed their mental wiring and all, since the girls were too many, he used many clones as all the clones healed all the girls at the same time, it was taxing would be an understatement, he was completely exhausted to the point he actually fainted from overusing his powers.

However he soon recovered, reunited all the other girls whom he had saved before and were in Fukuoka with their parents as well, and then finally he gave the angry mob all those rapists, that had raped their daughters.

The rapists were sorted out based on who they raped, as they should be punished by the family of the victim they raped.

One by one all of the rapists were sorted out and dealt with, they were tortured, and beaten, of course, the first thing done to them was they were castrated, some were burnt, cut, etc etc, everything that could make a man impotent, as well as unable to use his manhood was done, each of the above things was done individually or collectively.

The angry mob did whatever they felt like doing, following which they were beheaded as well, with their heads placed as showpieces at the entrance of the houses of girls they had raped, with their crimes written below it, in their blood, this was to show everyone, that if anyone even tried touching their daughters or their family in general, then this is the fate they will have to suffer, the message was loud and clear.

Within a few hours, the people of Hiroshima had turned from civilized law-obeying citizens, into gruesome Vikings, who broke every law, and messing with them only meant death.

As far as the bodies of those rapists are concerned, well they were stockpiled in the middle of the city, where Izuku was sitting on top of it, as if it wasn't a mountain of dead bodies, but a throne of dead bodies, just like Sukuna had.

Hiroshima had become a war zone, where aircraft weren't allowed to fly, as any aircraft that flew above the Hiroshima air space, was shot down, irrespective of whether they were of media, airforce or charter and commercial planes, none of them were allowed to enter Hiroshima, as they prohibited them from entering and if they still do, then they were shot done, they didn't care who was in it if they flew over Hiroshima, their downfall was certain.

Soon people of Hiroshima started fortifying the boundaries, creating a stronghold just like AOT's three walls. After everything was said and done, the cleaning process was going on where the dead bodies were being disposed of.

The aftermath of Izuku's revelation and the subsequent events in Hiroshima sent shockwaves across the globe. News outlets and social media platforms were flooded with footage of the chaotic scenes unfolding in the city. The citizens, once ordinary people, had transformed into a vengeful mob, administering their own form of justice.

As the gruesome details of the vigilante justice reached international audiences, opinions were divided. Some condemned the citizens of Hiroshima for descending into lawlessness and brutality. Others sympathized with their plight, understanding the deep-seated anger and frustration that had driven them to such extremes.

Governments and international organizations scrambled to respond to the unprecedented situation. Diplomats convened emergency meetings, trying to comprehend the implications of a city turning against its own heroes. The United Nations debated whether to intervene or let the chaos unfold, and countries worldwide grappled with the question of how to address the new reality in Hiroshima.

The hero community, initially taken aback by the revelations, found itself at a crossroads. The line between hero and villain blurred as accusations of corruption and collusion resonated globally. Some heroes were quick to distance themselves from the scandal, while others faced scrutiny as their actions came under public scrutiny, and the scrutiny was merciless, many heroes were forced to resign fearing things that happened in Hiroshima might repeat again.

In the wake of Hiroshima's transformation into a fortress and the enforcement of a no-fly zone, the world watched in anticipation. The city had become an isolated realm, a symbol of both defiance and anarchy. Some praised the citizens for reclaiming their autonomy, while others feared the potential consequences of such unchecked power.

The impact reverberated through the fabric of international relations. The Hiroshima incident became a catalyst for debates on the role of heroes, the limitations of governmental control, and the fragile nature of the public's trust. The once-secure foundation of hero society now trembled under the weight of revelations and the subsequent upheaval in Hiroshima as cracks were evident in the foundation.

Heroes had to work overtime, for days without any break, as they couldn't let such a thing continue.

But sadly the shit had already gone down the fan a little bit too much, and small efforts won't do anything anymore, they had to do extensive work to mend the relationship with the public and gain back their trust, and for that, they had to catch some heroes who were doing things like Fourth Kind, and show the public proof of their work.

Yet no matter how much they tried hard, it wasn't enough, as the people of Japan had been divided into two factions

One faction still believed in heroes, while the other faction which started doubting the heroes and their capabilities, it also contained people who were victims of tyranny by the heroes, due to which the other faction was evidently visible, and the heroes couldn't do anything about it as they had to deal this matter smartly, using force won't do anything other than ruining their already shaky image, and they were already too tired from everything that was happening in Japan since last year.

Exhausted and sleep-deprived, the heroes struggled to find a delicate balance between enforcing justice and rebuilding public trust. Every misstep, every decision made in haste, risked further alienating a populace that had already lost faith in their protectors.

In the midst of this turmoil, heroes were forced to confront their flaws and acknowledge the pain caused by those who had abused their power. Yet, as they sought redemption, the shadows of past mistakes loomed large, casting doubt on the sincerity of their efforts.

The faction that continued to believe in heroes urged patience, advocating for systemic changes and promising a thorough reevaluation of hero society. On the other side, the disillusioned faction, fueled by tales of oppression and exploitation, demanded more than just promises. They sought tangible proof that the heroes were committed to dismantling the corruption that had plagued their ranks.

Public forums and debates became battlegrounds of conflicting opinions. The heroes faced not only external threats but also the internal struggle of proving themselves worthy of the title they bore. The once-unified hero society found itself on the brink of collapse, held together only by the thin threads of those who still clung to hope.

In the quiet moments between crises, heroes grappled with the harsh reality that rebuilding trust was a slow and arduous process. Each decision, each action, carried the weight of the public's scrutiny. With the clock ticking against them, the heroes faced an uphill battle to mend the torn fabric of society and redefine the essence of heroism in the eyes of a nation divided.

While seeing all this Izuku and Maki were standing on top of the skyscraper looking at the chaos they had caused.

"So, what next?" asked Maki with a satisfied smile as she saw what happened to Fourth Kind.

Izuku upon hearing this, had an evil grin on his face as he was looking at the map of Japan thinking about which city to strike next, as he said, "Which city do you think we should strike at now?"

However, another big incident was waiting for him, and the stage was already set for it.
