Abilities, Status and "borrowing" Knowledge

On a lighting in the forest one could see an eight years old child with white hair, laughing and giggling to himself in a manner, some would describe as creepy, others as cute. This boy was Merlin Ambrosius, who was already fantasizing about all the things he could and would do, once could control his abilities, as well as the faces of those he would "borrow" from.

'Okay! Guess I should go at the rest of my abilities in the correct order, huh? Then first is 'Denial of Nothingness'!'

With that, Merlin guided his mana into the form it needed to possess for the First True Magic: Denial of Nothingness to work. Once it was complete, he felt, that he could 'upload' information into the magic. So he did just that. The first thing he did, was think about the easiest thing he could imagine, a small knifeblade. Yes, a knifeblade. Made out of iron without any impurities. It had a gleam similar to that of polished silver, yet possessing a sharpness and durability unlike any other cutting tool made of iron and some of steel.

'Well, that worked perfectly. Now all I need is to broaden the amount of knowledge I possess, which I will be solving shortly. Now, that I know that this works, it is time to test the second true magic: Kaleidoscope! I can't wait to be able to use it!'

And so, he tried to use Kaleidoscope. Although it was a bit harder in the beginning, since he needed to know where and when he wanted the portal to appear, he finally managed to create a portal between his place and a different timeline, in which he never reincarnated into this world, therefore leading into the middle of a wild forest, surrounded by mountains, but without any sign of his clearing or mountain home. Once he managed to do that, he knew that he could begin "borrowing" knowledge and traveling at any time. Immediately afterwards he took a clump of coal, that he created using 'Denial of Nothingness' (from here on just 'DoN', since it's a handfull to write each time he uses it) and cut it in half with the knife he had made beforehand. He then threw it through a portal he created in a random parrallel world of his current one, at the same place and time. Once he then used the third true magic: Heaven's Feel with the remaining half of coal to locate the rest of it. And the moment he used it, he immediately knew where it was. When he opened a portal at said place and time, the coal was laying on the ground, the exact same way he left it.

'The fourth true magic: Phantom is gonna be a bit tricky to test, since I can't really trick reality or the universe or something, and there are no animals around either... Guess I'll just take an animal from another timeline and put it here, then test it.'

And he did just that. Test result: It worked. The (un)fortunate rabbit didn't know or perceive either the portal that brought him there or Merlin himself.

*Munch*'Well then, now only the fifth true magic: magic blue is left.'*Munch*'Should be pretty easy to test.'*Gulp*'Gotta thank that rabbit and the surrounding herbs. I might just create a grave for the rabbit... on second thought, I think I'll leave it.'

Merlin the took a twig laying on the ground and broke it, laying it back down. The moment he used magic blue, the twig gained a faint blue glow and started reversing itself, until it was just like before he broke it.

'Alright, with that done, it is time to do a last checkup on my status and the beginn 'borrowing'!'

"And off I go! First goal: the ancient library of alexandria!"

And with that, he left through a portal that had opened in the air. The moment he left he was assaulted by the hot air of egypt. He immediately went towards the library, which he could already see from far away, and entered unimpeded, courtsey the fourth true magic: Phantom making him a true 'phantom'. Once he was certain that noone was within the library, he the used Kaleidoscope to put he entire building into his personal dimension, after covering it with 'Phantom'. Of course, before he did that, he checked the timeline, and saw that in this one, the world would be destroyed either way, so they had no need for it from the very beginning. The ancient Egyptians and the rest of that timelines world, including the supernatural side, however, would wake up to the unexplainable sight of an empty plot of land where the library was before, not knowing what was missing, yet still knowing that it was something very important. Only the strongest beings were not influenced by 'Phantom' leaving a miniscule amount of supernatural being knowing about what had disappeared. Though by the time they began the search, the culprit was already long gone, instead going to other doomed parallel worlds, collecting books, blueprints and other things noone would miss, at least in his opinion.
