Ingrid is now making an herbal soup for Gil. While he is watching her every move. Since it is night , she decided to sit in front of the firewood. Gil laugh. " I will not really forget this moment. " he said while watching the firewood that she made. She is now assisting him to drink the bitter soup. " It is bitter. " Gil complain but still drink it. " I know. But atleast I know it is effective. For your bloodlost and for your wound not to be infected. This is atleast I can do for sacrificing your body for my sake. " Ingrid said. " Can be honest? " Gil ask. " Sure. " She answer. " People around me thinks that I am weak and that is what I believe too. I am always avoiding trouble, but seeing you being attack , my body move by itself and before I knew it, I am bitten. " Gil said. " Did you regret it ? Saving me? " Ingrid ask. Gil shaked his head " The truth is , the first time I feel proud. I am not weak at all. I can save someone if I wanted to . I am so happy. " Gil smile. " You are really dumb. " Ingrid said and smile. " Atleast I am not a fool. " Gil joke. Then Ingrid is taken a back.She remember Remus. " You're right, atleast you are not a fool. " Ingrid agreed.

Ingrid and Gil are now in the border of south and north, infront of them is the big gate of the north. Gil use his identity to make Ingrid pass through the gate. Once they enter the first town of the north ,they decided to go to the inn. Same as before, it is free and special for them both. " Have you heard, the unit two son commander is promoted to being a commander for the witch hunter. He is now the commander of the unit three." One of the person in the other table said, while they are eating. " Ah yeah I see that young man who is popular among ladies. Even my wife is fond of him, at such a young age he manage to be the commander, and he have a first in command who is always with him? Is it a lady? " one of them said. " Valeria, the daughter of Salma who is the commander of unit one. " one of them answer. " What a promising young kids. " one of them said.Ingrid did not notice that her reflection have change. Gil holds her hands then they stare at each other.

Ingrid is on the bed and Gil in on the floor. " So , this will be our last time seeing each other? " Gil ask. " I plan to. And I wish to never see you again. " Ingrid says in a half truth. Gil pouts. " Remus, I know this promising young man that they are talking about. I met him a few times because his mother is a friend of our family. But after her mother died, I did not see him anymore. I heard he became a witch hunter. " Gil said. " How is he around you? " Ingrid in curious. " Well her maternal side were a business minded so I guess I thought he wants to take over his mother's family business , but then I heard that his father wants him to be a witch hunter like him." Gil said. Ingrid smile imagining Remus to be a business man, she remembers when they first met. Ingrid is selling the healing potions that she stole from her mother then Remus wants to buy it all and resell it to higher price. They even argue but she still let him have his way. " Yeah, he is enjoying being a business owner. " Ingrid suddenly said .

" When will the story finished? I am being dizzy in this body! " Zilan is complaining inside of Remus body.

Remus is not in the north because he is assigned to check a mysterious village in the south . They took the shortcut route going to the south because of an informant saying that they saw a small village mysterious village which they have believe that is a witch village. He remembers that this way is where he saw Ingrid and the villager. " We will let our horse drink water in this river and we can rest as well, I know we are tired ! " Remus announce. He open the map where the village is located . "What do you think? Is it a witch village ? " Valeria is beside him looking at the map. " Well, we don't know until we reach the place. Some of the informant are just being scared , remember out of ten , only two are legit. They only want for us to check personally for them to be sure that their place is safe from the witches. " Remus said. Valeria agrees to him because it is true. Not all place they went is a witch village.

For how many days that Ingrid is getting information about the witch hunters main quarter, she gather too much information and even found a way to enter it without being notice . She knew she only have one shot to do it and she is very careful because she is alone vs. many numbers. She found out that the witch hunters have ten units , frist is Salma' s unit, Second is Ramil's unit, the third is Remus unit. She is lucky because this time ,only two units are in the main quarter. She also found out that each unit have a mission , first and second unit are now in charge of the main quarter. The third unit have a secret mission , the fourth and fifth unit are in the west and the sixth and seventh units are in the east. The other units have their special and secret mission that cannot be revealed. " Luck is on my side..." Ingrid thought. She is also aware of their weapon that can weaken a witch power, and to kill witch. Since the quarter is not that big she can easily enter and goes out as she wish without being notice. Approximately only fifty witch hunters are in the main quarter right now.

It is in the middle of the night and Remus is quietly walking towards the direction place . This is the last night before they will reach the place in the map. " Are you worried that she might be there? " Valeria is now behind him. " Will you stop me? " Remus is serious. Valeria shakes her head. " From the first place you already told me that you became the third unit commander for her, I know you said that to clear the gap between us even if you knew how I feels about you. " She said. " Don't worry about the men, I will stall their time before you will come and wait for your decision. " Valeria said with sadness.Remus did not say anything and continue to walk with his spear.

Remus decided not to bring his horse because the people living in the small village will be alarm. Then he arrives in the place that is located in the map, he hides himself in the grass and trees being careful not to be seen by the villagers. He see some familiar faces that wears the same clothes as the north witches villagers. He confirm by himself that this is indeed a witch village where the north village witches went.
