"Never I thought that is how my father ends." Yamato looked at the place where was a skull island. Now, it became history.

"Are you sure my father is dead"

"Probably. Unless he has capability to live in lava." I answered. "If you don't have any to ask then excuse me. I am going to a certain place to build a force." 

"Just as I thought. You are a noble from outside world. Did you get into something so troublesome to hide in this country?" 

"First of all, I was a noble. Now, I am just a normal person with a big dream." 

"The power of controlling water. Does this mean you are invincible?" Yamato looked at me with shiny eyes.

"Surely. I admit that I am one of strongest people in the world." I raised my chest in proud. 

"Except some people that don't eat devil fruit." I said in low voice.

I may be a nemesis to all devil fruit eater. But, to non-devil fruit eater, my water was considered as funny thing. My water didn't do much damage at all. Water focused on defense more than attack. 

If I wanted to attack like the one that I beat Kaido, it will take much time to prepare. While preparing, they could attack me and kill me. That is totally not what I wanted to experience.

I beat Kaido thank to 2 primary reason.

One is he was too drunk to know the incoming danger. As a result, I sunk his entire stronghold to 10 000 km depth in the ocean. To bonus that, there was a hole leading to lava layer in the bottom of ocean. Maybe god of luck smiled at me and decided to support me. 

Second is he is a devil fruit eater. The biggest weakness is sea water. I didn't need to beat him to death. I only need push him under the sea. The rest. Ocean will complete the remain for me. If no one comes to save him then he will be a goner. 

Instead of sleeping with fish, I think he was sleeping in hell now.

"Go and tell everyone that I am the one who kill Kaido. I have some rats needed to be dealt with. I will return by the dawn of tomorrow. Furina out." I said goodbye before leaving.

The rat that I mentioned here is Government's agent. I must prevent them from delivering the defeat of Kaido to outside. Or else, they will dispatch admiral to this place. Which meant more troublesome coming for me.

After going a certain distance, I summoned one of the shop seller. 

"ITI. About this app. Are you this will work?" I took out my phone and turned it on.

"I have told you 3 times. Please have a trust in me. It's not like I sell fake app for you." ITI said in angry voice.

"Well. It's just the way how it works. Unexplainable."

"Open it and I will show you." 

"Okay. Let see. Do you want to claim this land as your territory?" I read the content on phone.

"Click yes."

"Yes" I did what she told me to do. An notification announced on the phone.

"It's more than that." ITI said swaying her wand. "Do you want to block the signal so that spy can't deliver the new."

I did as she told.

"Yes, it does. I will explain for you before leaving. So listen carefully. I won't say twice." ITI glared down at me.

"Because you are using this app as free trail so some functions were blocked. However, you still can have some basic function. Look at some random people on the street. What you see."

"Trust 0 means you and him are stranger. Trust 1 is friend. Trust 2 is soulmate. Trust 3 is lover or believer. Trust 4 is you are treated like a precious person. Trust 5. Forget this. No one reaches trust 5 before."

"And the main goal of this app."

"To develop the territory and harvest their faith. That's all what I want to say. Goodbye" She disappeared in the blink of eye.

Next morning.

"Attention everyone." I shout out loud in the center of lively city

Everyone on the street was attracted by my voice.

No one answered or responded.

"I could see that at you. You work so hard but why your body looks like a skeleton." I pointed at hard working man. "If people see your body, they will say 'Working more harder and you will escape the poverty'. " I observed everyone to see their reaction.

'No reaction. This will be hard from now on.'

"Well. They are not completely wrong but they are missing one thing. Let's have a simple example. You. The worker over there. How much you get paid?"

"Ah. Around 5 copper coins." 

"Hmm. I see. Have you known that there is same worker that works hard like you but he only gets 4 copper coins instead of 5. Do you know why?"

They continued being silent.

They still played silence.

"The first one is noble class. Second is middle class. And the last one is slum."

"No matter how you works, you can't change your social position." I pointed out the truth of this country.

I didn't lie to them. If father is a king then his son must be a king. Even his son is dumb, he is still a king since his father is a king. Other people. Dream.

If a noble kills a people that is not a noble, that noble will be deemed as innocence.

The crowd dispelled, the street backed to lively state. They carried on what they were doing.

"About the social that you want to build. Isn't it difficult?" Yamato asked.

"Yes. It's difficult but we don't know if we don't try. So at least, I try."

"Those people are not going to listen to you." 

"They won't. After all, they have stable job. Why they bother to join a risk operation."

"Afraid. People who are noble thought they are strong and mighty. No. Because I myself is a law. A law brings prosperity and equality. Those noble didn't represent a law. They are just a being following a law of heaven" I packed my stuffs up ready to leave.

"To the slum. The side that noble don't care."

At the slum.

"By the way, Furina. You was a noble. Can you answer why noble don't care about them although they are their people living in their territory." Yamato pointed at hungry children on the street.

"That is very simple. No benefit from lower class."

"Benefit. Why care such a thing like that?"

"Don't know. Maybe they think lower class is troublesome."

In middle of talking, a child jumped from the hiding spot. With a knife on hand, he wanted to kill the strange outfit girl in front of his eyes.

I blocked his eyes with lump of water. It clung onto his hands forming into a handcuff.

"You see why those people is troublesome. But for me, they are quite cute." I rubbed the head of the boy. After confiscating his knife, I released him and he ran away in hurry.

"They are honest and easy to understand. Not like noble class. Those noble are mostly a psychopath, idiot or idealist. At least, from my experience. I know somewhere out there still exists a kind and wise noble class."

"Do you think he will call more people?" Yamato looked at the attacker running away.

"He will"

"And how will you respond to his attempt of killing you, Furina. I wonder" Yamato asked me since she was very curious how foreigner dealt with this.

"Year of prison makes you lost common sense. Anyway, I will teach you how to gain trust from stranger."
