Standing in the center of slum, I looked around before giving a speech.

People who lived in slum started paying on me because of my luxury outfit.

Some people eye's showed greed on their face.

Yamato looked at me with confusion.

Although she understood why noble discarded those people from the beginning since they are worthless, she didn't understand why Furina insisted on helping those slum people. The benefit from them wasn't much.

"Furina. I still don't understand why you are willing to help those people. Like. Look at them. They don't bother to hide their bad intention." Yamato whispered into my ear.

"Indeed, they must be planning on kidnapping me right now. I want to see how far they can go and I will use that to measure them. Never-mind about them. After all, this is a slum." I answered.

"Where we are? Right. First of all, I want to inform you that I am a noble who will take care this land from now on. As a person who is responsible for this land, I want to see the good side of you." I observed their expression. They didn't have good impression on noble.

"Are you sure about that? I only met you 2 days ago and you have already been a noble." Yamato whispered into my ear again.

"I will show them what is different between me and that poor noble. But first, I need to measure their crime rate in order to give a suitable solution."

I coughed to clear my throat. "Sorry, everyone. I will continue some important notification now."

When they heard this sentence, I secretly scolded me in their head.

Their eye became brighter. Year of drinking polluted water made their body weak and appeared many diseases. Seeing clean water before them, they couldn't contain their excitement.

Just a moment before they charged at the pool, I stopped them.

"Wait wait. Let me finish. Although this water is gave to you for free, I still want something from you guy."

Hearing this, the crowd discussed lively not knowing what I wanted.

"Just a simple thank is enough. Whenever before you drink this water, I just need you say this loud 'Thank you lady Furina for bringing prosperity, justice and life to this land'. Not a bad deal right."

What I said sounded like heretic, it was hard for them to accept this.

I clapped my hand to end the demonstration.

"That's it, everyone. That's all thing that I want to say. You are free to do anything now."

Everyone was discussing lively. In the end, they all turned their back against me and walked to home.

"Who should do that for free water."

"Sound like a slave for me."

"New noble is more worse than the old one."

Most of it was a bad comment about me.

In no more than 5 minutes, the lively street became a ghost street. The only sound was rustling wind.

"This is bad, right Furina."

That night.

Yamato was watching the pool. The pool was too big for a lone person like her to watch.

Normally, she should be sleeping right now. 

While she was patrolling around the pool, there was a shadow passing through the bush and alley.

Yamato could sense their existence but Furina said her only duty was watching the pool not taking care of them so Yamato ignored their existence.

Only when Yamato went away at a certain distance, those shadow sneakily reached the pool and took water from it.

Some shadow done with taking water immediately left the scene.

All of their action were recorded.
